The service department took care of me once again. Dealing with any problems in the Covid era is tough. They were professional and courteous. They have an excellent new service department and I would happily go there again.

Rodney and Brett in sales were fantastic! I have never had such a positive sales experience anywhere else. I feel the service department could use a little fine tuning but they we're quick to get me in and get my new truck fixed after squirrels chewed the wiring. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and overall very pleased with my experience in service. This was my first experience with Denooyer Ford and didn't know what to expect. They went above and beyond to make this deal happen! I didn't ask for the moon or anything ridiculous to happen, I just asked for a positive sales experience and a couple accessories I needed to make the truck work for me that I could not transfer from my old truck. They gave me a little more for the trade to help cover the costs of accessories. They don't push the sale on you, they don't make you feel forced I to buying the vehicle, I had to take a few days to get my head and finances in line to make sure it wasn't going to be a problem and they held the truck for a couple days while I did so. They earned a sale from myself (which isn't always the easiest) and they have earned every sale we will need in the future.
