I would like to thank Brandon at Dependable Auto Outlet for an absolutely great experience. He and the team there are very professional and welcoming. They made our visit very enjoyable, as there was no pressure, plenty of information for each vehicle, and amazing courtesy throughout the entire process. We purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX, but there were other amazing cars on the lot that we would have loved to purchase, as all of they're cars are very, very nice. We had a few issues that needed attention as used cars sometimes do, but they stepped up to the plate and addressed all of our concerns and needs. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Dependable Auto. Thank you again to the entire team for making this an awesome experience.

These people are scammers. Please do NOT shop at this dealership, if you buy a used car from them. It it very likely that your car will have issues down the road. I have purchased a car from them and pretty much everything needed fixing. All of the pipes were badly rusted, alternator belt was snapped off, check engine came on, Engine knocking, extremely bad oil leak on the car. These are the only issues that I see, there are probably more hidden problems. Once these people get your money, they will not help you after. It seems to me that they only sells junk cars that needs a lot of fixing. Avoid at all cost.

Well i have had my car for only a month and the check engine light been on and I’ve been going to them every week since i had to car the check engine light never went off I’ve been calling and calling and nothing…..now my car is stopping this shouldn’t be happening this fast i couldn’t even enjoy my car cause it was a problem as soon as i got it…. I really wish i would have looked around a little more before i got a car from them….. dang now I’m stuck with dishing out more money from the start

Buyer beware! Do not buy a vehicle from them… Within the first week of having my car the check engine light came on, they continued to clear my check engine light that came on for the next 3 weeks and kept telling me they fixed the issue but clearly, they never did…. Once they get your money, they don’t care. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! They offered to fix the issue after lying about it and clearing a check engine light 3 times and putting myself and kids in danger.
