I had my car serviced at Dependable Dodge yesterday and it was a quick and friendly service. The car was done earlier than expected and they kept me updated on the progress all along. Their electronic interface is cutting edge. I received appointment reminders before my appointment, received a confirmation when I dropped the car off and then received a prompt notification when my car was ready. David, the service advisor, was great. I highly recommend having your car serviced at Dependable Dodge. It's a great dealership all around!

Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

I dont know about sales because I have never bought a vehicle at dependable but I always bring my Ram truck for service here. Matt and the rest of the team are always amazing, explain everything in detail, and answer whatever question u might have.

It's always a pleasure coming in for an oil change. Not only are they significantly less expensive then jiffy lube or any of the other on the spot places, but they really know their cars and I'm always in and out with barely enough time to check out the new inventory on the lot.

The staff was courteous and the facilities were clean. The repairs were done quickly and they even washed my Challenger RT! The sales people are relaxed and let you check out the inventory without pressuring you to buy.

I dropped my Charger RT off for insurance repairs and Lou took care of everything. I gave him the estimate and it was handled without hassle. I was nervous about the paint matching on the rear bumper repair since its a granite metallic flake but honestly it looks perfect as if the whole car was painted together at once. I really couldn't be happier with the quality of work they did on what I know is a difficult paint job. My car was detailed and fresh when I picked it up as expected. They are still a little high priced on that hellcat in the showroom....I know there's only one, but I'll wait.

I bought a new 2014 Ram 2500 from Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park on Roscoe Blvd. I had two sales men working on my deal. One was Pete from the internet department and the other was Ed. My experience when buying the new truck was great they both were very helpful and followed through on there word. However.... my experience after Dependable Dodge had my money was completely different. I had made no less then 10 phone calls into them about some aftermarket parts I bought and other questions. It seems to be impossible to get Anyone to call back or just answer my questions. So if you want a good deal on a truck head on down to Dependable Dodge, just note they will forget all about you the minute you drive away and forget about customer service. I have bought plenty of new vehicles in the past and never was treated this poorly after I drove away.

My Durango is the third vehicle I have purchased from Dependable. The buying process was straightforward and pleasant, with no hidden charges or "surprises." I have had the car serviced twice, and each time it was completed sooner than promised and the cost was less than I expected. A great place to buy a car and have it serviced. Oil change price is less than the "drive thru" places!

Case and point one) My wife was verbally abused while she held our infant son in the waiting room by a man who would not let her leave the room, blocking the door while she held our son who was crying, while the dodge staff behind the desk turned around and closed the customer window! both David and Matt, the managers, heard this assault happening. They did NOTHING to help my wife! Case and point two) My wife told the service manager, David, multiple times that a light kept coming on complaining about the air conditioning filter. He kept saying that the filter was fine, and not to worry. Mind you, this was while our car was still under warranty. Two months later our filter goes out and needs to be replaced, and of course we got charged for it. Case and point three) We brought our car in because the air conditioning was not working anymore (See case and point two). They gave it back to us. I finally drive the car one week later only to realize that the air conditioning recirculation does not work. I call and have to GO BACK AGAIN, after they've already claimed to have fixed our problem. They stated the the recirculate door was broken and that it's going to be $505 to fix it, Matt, onme of the managers. I told them that they already gave the car back to us when it didn't work in the first place, they said sorry, I can give you 10% off. I am NEVER going back to Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park, CA, and I would like everyone else to know just how bad the customer service is.
