It was truly a five-star experience as Nate, the owner of the business, had to perform all aspects of preparing and executing paperwork for the sale of a used car on his lot. There were no other employees present that day so he filled the roles of both salesman and secretary. He performed those roles with enthusiasm and good humor after he had monitored my test drive, during which he described the special qualities of the vehicle. I was pretty sure I wanted the vehicle after driving only a few feet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it took so long--past experiences at purchasing a car seemed endless, as well--heightened by the fact that he had to answer questions from others in the office as well as on the telephone. Even so, it was a pleasant experience and I know I will enjoy owning the car he sold me!

This auto dealer is a breath of fresh air compared to purchasing from most used car/truck dealerships. They have the gifted style of asking questions of what your are looking for and then trying rob match you with what you want. Our drive of 55 miles to their location was well worth the drive. We purchased an SUV, definitely worth the value we paid and we left with an excellent purchasing experience plus 2 new friends. We will return when we need another auto purchase. Good job Nate and Steven.
