Luis has a great personality and easy to talk too!! He's very outgoing and patient. I had a wonderful experience at desert west auto sales!! I went in not knowing what to expect but Luis was very helpful and made the process very quick and easy for me!! He was able to work with what I had to offer in terms of my trade in. Luis made car buying easy for me. I saw the vehicle I wanted on the internet and he brought it to my home. I never had to leave the house to complete the purchase. Luis gave me a fair price and the vehicle was better than I expected for an older car. I would recommend him to anyone.

I bought a car here a few months ago and it was a wonderful experience. The selection of vehicles was great & they all seemed to be clean and in good condition. The owner was easygoing and professional, not pushy at all. The price ended up being perfect. There were a lot of nice vehicles to choose from, but the car I bought had a CARFAX which made it easy to pick out. Despite being twelve years old it has low mileage and looks brand new. They allowed us to take it to a private mechanic by ourselves on a test drive to have it checked out. Our mechanic found something that would be a $200 fix, and when I brought it up with the owner he knocked $200 off the price with no questions asked, so I could get it fixed basically for free. When I got talking about my old car he suggested I trade it in, and offered me more money than I thought I would get out of it. Overall I got a fantastic deal and I'm sure I will get my money's worth out of the car I bought. Four months and 8000+ miles later no major unforseen issues have come up. Absolutely come here if you're looking for an easy time buying a car. There are plenty of good vehicles to choose from, the owner is nice and the prices are reasonable.
