I purchased a BMW 1-series in May from this dealership remotely. There were a couple of undeclared problems with the car when it arrived at my residence. After a conversation with the general manager of DeVoe, he asked me to send in some pictures and related information and promised to review the case. Shortly after sending him the supporting documents, he called and kindly offered a remedy that addressed the issues and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. While the initial experience with the salesman was unexpected, but the overall resolution meant that this dealership is managed well and the operation is well worth considering for any purchase of a used or a brand new cars.

Was sent here by OnStar Adviser. Upon arrival, Jessica was friendly, courteous and helpful. She was able to get a tech to diagnose issues with car to get me back on the road. Comfortable waiting area. Clean and well maintained. I highly recommend visiting and getting service here.

We recently moved full time to Naples and located DeVoe Cadillac for servicing our Cadillac locally. I have been dealing with DeVoe for over 12 years. I had a problem with a used STS I had purchased elsewhere. I had it brought in twice and it was an anomaly, couldn't be replicated. I was in a situation with a disabled husband and two children. I need a dependable, safe car. The service mgr sent me to Galen in sales and he found me another on the spot. Rolled me out of the STS into another used car, better in mileage and warranty, with pretty much a switching of keys! Every two years I give him my preference of colors and he takes care of everything else! I'll never go anywhere or drive anything else.

My Daily Driver remains my 2006 Cadillac XLR. Not Only Do I Treasure this car, but, I take Great Care in selecting those that handle it's Routine & Less Than Routine Service Issues. While I know that my car is out of most outside of most Warranty Issues, I continue to bring this car to my Dealer (DeVoe) for any mechanical problems or to handle All maintenance because of the care that I receive. Of all the people that I work with, I consider Greg Prudente most special. Not only do I consider him a very knowledgable resource to keep my car in the best possible condition, I have found him to be truly interested in taking care of my car on a consistently personal basis, I think of him as a friend who I have worked with for many years. I would say that Greg Prudente, himself, is the primary reason that I so fully trust and have confidence in working with the Devoe dealership.

Sent car in for oil change and 2 recall items. When received car outside thermostat read a RED 50. Therefore my A/C didn't work properly. Left car and seems everything adjusted and outside temperature recorded 71 like normal the next morning. Therefore A/C worked properly. Drove car that night and friend told me my parking light did not work. This was on drivers side. This was after I received my 12 point inspection with my oil change. I called after my golf game around 3:30 the next day but service was wrapping up for the day so I can't get this fixed until my return to Naples in February. I only have less than 6 thousand miles on the car. U have more service representatives than u have service people. I may have exaggerated that statement. Ur approach to the customer is great and appreciated but the bottom line is when service is complete that car needs to be checked by that rep. To make sure everything works properly rather than just standing behind a desk and handing back my keys. Also it is a nice gesture that u wash the cars but if they are not wiped down u r giving me back a car with a lot of water spots that have dried up in the sun. Better not to wash the car if it is not done right.

My car had a very strange noise. I really think it was a vibration. The motor and transmission checked out fine, but it was so noticeable. My passengers noticed it and even women would say, "What is that noise?" I try to keep my car in perfect condition, and this was embarrassing. I had it at the service department three ties, but the mechanics could not determine the cause. It would be nice if GM had a specialist that could be brought in to diagnose a problem when the regular mechanics cannot determine the problem. I could not sell the car on my own to another person with this noise, so I finally was so frustrated with it, I traded it in at another Cadillac dealer in another city. I must say that Susan McLean, Assistant Service Manager was fantastic!!! DeVoe is fortunate to have her.

After going to the collision center I was told I had to leave the car there and then come back the next day.I was so disappointed that they could not help me right there but he said they don't work that way.I felt very uncomfortable and did not like his attitude. After dealing with Devoe for 25 or 30 years I thought the whole explanation was without merit.Too bad I felt this way but I do need help in repairing my SRX 2015. I caused the damage myself. All this person wanted was my insurance. and all I wanted was an estimate.I would hope this person is investigated so if you respond I will give you his name.Shirley Daugherty

Starting with Karina checking me in..{.she is super!!! } and all the way through the service department I was treated very well and I would recommend your dealership in a minute. Even when I lost a key fob the man in service department was so empathetic. I really appreciated that.My husband is disabled and when he has to accompany me for service he is treated most kindly.Thank you for all of the above.

As a retired couple, having spent one of my previous business lives in the retail automotive industry, I was dreading having to replace my wife's Mercedes SUV. The dealership experience most often is fraught with peril! Being so prepared, we were extremely surprised when we met Tommy Barnard at DeVoe Buick GMC. After having been to Mercedes, BMW, and several other locations, we found Tommy and the Buick Enclave. Fantastic vehicle, all the right equipment, and a sales process and experience that left us both remarking on the pleasant aspect of the purchase. Tommy and the Business Manager (name escapes me) were both professional, direct, and efficient. In 40 years of buying vehicles, I have never left a Dealership saying much positive about the staff and process. Visit DeVoe and see for yourself. I have recently ended my 42 month lease with Devoe and although I have decided not to lease another Cadillac I will be sorry to leave this group. From sales to service I have had consistently great service on my 2012 SRX. My thanks to Jim Davis who has been my sales contact for 42 months. They were eager to have my repeat business but this time I just wanted a smaller car. Sad to leave them but I enthusiastically recommend them.

We leased a new 2012 CTS-V in 2012. Our lease expires next month so we contacted Tom Guthrie our original salesman in order to purchase our leased vehicle. He was very attentive and helpful via phone until we decided not to purchase the certification and the extended warranty. He told me to call the finance company to buy the car. I did and was told in FL the dealer has to handle the sale. I called Mr. Guthrie back and he told me just walk into any dealership and that they could handle it. That was probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Mr. Guthrie tried to talk me into purchasing the vehicle certification and extended warranty. I explained to him that since we leased the vehicle when it was new 3 years ago I did not need to have it certified, and that I felt the price of the extended warranty was too high to be cost effective. In concliusion if there is little or no profit, even though he was our original salesman when we leased the car, he does not want to bother with selling us our leased car. I am still shocked over how he changed from helpful to telling me to go somewhere else when we declined the purchase of the extended warranty and vehicle certification.

I took my 2013 SRX in for service and asked to speak to a leasing agent since my car would be coming off lease when I was out of state. Within minutes Ron Stickel came to see me and I remembered he was the Leasing Professional I did the 2013 lease with. We talked, and within an hour I decided to purchase a 2015 XTS VSP. Another couple of hours and I drove off with the new XTS. The VSP package and the 410 HP Twin Turbo sold me on this car. Sporty drive and classic interior. The Dealership just moved into their new facility two months ago and it is also spectacular. Thanks Ron --- see you again in the future.

worst experience very, they left my car out in the rain, tried not to tell me, removing rugs seats ect,, worst experience because they try to hide it from me,,,from some one that has owned 6 caddys, never again.....wouldn't feel this way if you make a mistake :OWN: it!!!!

Purchased a used Cadillac CTS from Mark Bennett. This was my second Cadillac purchased from DeVoe, but my first from Mark. He was a no-pressure salesperson, but he gave me a great price with a minimum of haggling. He was knowledgeable and very efficient in zeroing in on the exact cars that would appeal to us. He was also very speedy in getting the paperwork and details done to our satisfaction. After the sale was completed, he continued to follow up with us in the succeeding days to make sure that every detail of the transaction and car was perfect. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, however this was by far the best experience. I cannot imagine better post-sale treatment of the customer.

I have bought my first Cadillac there and I have been always very pleased with their service and friendliness.
