Saw a car advertised, looked good in pics. Spoke to a sales guy, offered a price, said he needed to check but that it was probably a go. I asked several times for sales guy to email pics. He sent me a video which was useless and I didn't want. Asked several times for a Carfax, said he would send. When I finally demanded a Carfax before hanging up he admitted the car had a rebuilt title. This was after him going on ad nauseam about how great the car was, that it was "too cool" for me, yada yada. Typical ultra high pressure used car sales tactics. Place sucks.

Did not return any cars.com inquiries (3), I had to contact them by phone. Drove 1:20 to arrive at this place after announcing my arrival to look at one particular vehicle. Don't go here! I wouldn't sent my enemies here to buy a car. The facility was in a state of disrepair that it appeared it hadn't been taken care of for forty years since it was built. The cars were in same state of neglect, not taken care of. You trying to sell a car the least you should do is give them a good wash and once over. They new the car I was coming for but didn't bother to have it cleaned at all, interior was nasty and exterior dirty. They clearly do not take pride in their operations nor the products they want to sell. Sitting down to discuss the numbers was a very unprofessional experience that made me run out of there.

I am amazed that one dealership could bring me such an amazing testimony. My car dealer/helper was Andre Guthrie. He was a breath of fresh air (and it was quite cold that day) & made my buying experience quite memorable. If anything, he was sent just to help me. For anyone seeking to purchase a high performance, reliable & luxury vehicle, Diamond II Auto is the way to go. We were so impressed that approximately 3 days later another family member purchased a vehicle from them. This was the only dealership we visited besides the throne room. Thank you Lord for favor! I recently bought a car from Diamond II Auto Sales. Three days after purchasing it a check engine sensor came on. When I had a diagnostic done on it at the local Mercedes dealership it turned out the car needed an engine repair costing over $5,000. When I talked to the owner of Diamond II, he told me he would contact me back the next day, but didn't bother. He said he purchased the car from a "reputable" auto auction. According to the law, if he had done a diagnostic on the car when he bought it and found out about the problem, he could have returned the car to the auto auction and none of this would have happened. I asked the owner to help me out with the cost but received no response. He apparently buys his cars from questionable sources and does not stand behind his cars whatsoever, at least not in my case. Beware of anything you buy from here. The mechanic at the M-B dealership was convinced the sensor had been reset and the engine cleaned up by a previous mechanic to hide the problem so that it took a few hundred miles before the sensor detected the problem again. The problem was obviously there for a while.

I sent a really good friend to this dealership to look at a BMW. He said that while not his sales person, who was very good, the office manager Anke was amazing. She explained the car fax to him and made sure to get him an owners manual. The car is great and was a realy good price.

Anke went out of her way to be helpful even though she is not in sales. She was able to answer many of my questions and even ordered an owners manual for me. Great cars, great price and great customer service.

I looked at several BMW's around town and was not overly impressed with the condiiton nor the price. I saw that Diamond had several that I thought were interesting so made an appointment with Jeffery. I was greeted politely upon arrival, Jeffery had the car pulled up and ready for me so see. It was OK, Jeffery saw my hesitation and asked what I liked and what I didn't like, I really wanted one with less miles. He said to give him 5 minutes, and in about 3 minutes he pulled up in the car of my dreams! Low miles, gorgeous dark blue and a great price. They were generous with my trade in car and arranged financing for me at the dealership and got me a better rate than my bank had offered. As this was all taking part mid day, they even offered to bring me lunch. I know I should find something to complain about, but I can't. They treated me wonderfully. I am telling all my friends that need a car to go see Jeffery! THANK YOU!!

I purchased a 2012 Mercedes e 350 from this dealership for a couple thousand less than the best deal offered by the Mercedes dealer. Great buy. The salesperson, Danny Taylor did a great job and I was in and out in under 2 hours. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great value. Thanks!

Do not purchase a car from this dealership!! They sold me a car and the same day I took it home it started having transmission problems. Supposively they fixed it but then I took it back 4 times because it was not done properly. Finally I gave up and returned them the vehicle. They stole my $1500 deposit, and they wont return it even though they contract says I had 10 days and I informed them of the big issue the next day because of the transmission. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!

the salesperson had the audacity to insult a customer in front of my very own eyes, they treat you like crap at this dealership because they think everyone is from the hood, because their location is situated georgraphically in pine hills and SR 50.They don't seem to want to sell cars, they would much rather insult the intelligence of their customers, they have very little knowledge of the vehicles they sell, and they fudge the car fax reports, and flood you with superfluous details so that you don't really pay attention to the real problems the cars have in the first place. I highly discourage you from buying or even shopping there, if you don't have cash to buy the car on the spot, they will not let you test drive the cars.
