This place is a joke!! They want to give you nothing for your trade and come across as kids on the phone!! Ive tried to buy a car twice from these kids and they have shied me away both times!! I make over $100,000 a year and have excellent credit!!! I will never call this place again and I will tell everyone I know how silly of a place this is!!

I flew into Chicago to buy the car as it was advertised as a one-owner accident free car. This was also supported by the CarFax report. The first issue I encountered was their inability to get me tabs in Minnesota. That process took several months to complete. Also, after returning home, there was a vibration in the rear wheel. The dealership I took it to showed me a huge gouge in the rear tire and damage to the inside of the rear wheel. That damage was so significant that the wheel was out of round and could not be repaired. I did notify Rami but was unable to get any assistance. A year later, the clear coat has begun to chip off on the rear bumper behind the wheel that was damaged. The dealer inspected it and said it was from a bad re-paint because the clear coat was not adhering to the new paint. It is obvious that there was an accident or damage to this vehicle that was not reported to CarFax, but the dealer also missed the wheel and tire damage and advertised this as a totally clean vehicle. I contacted Rami and offered to split the cost of a repair to the bumper which I felt was fair being $400 each, but he refused. Word of caution, don't trust CarFax implicitly, it is obvious they don't catch everything and neither does the dealer. The car was mis-represented.

My dad recently bought a super low mile Mercedes S550 from Diamond. I couldn't believe the deal he got. 2 years old and half the price. This got me thinking about a new car. I saw it on the Diamond website and just bought it!! 2 year old C300 with about 10k miles. I don't know where they find these cars. They are like brand new at half the cost. The process was really simple. After submitting everything online, I literally just went in to sign a few papers and take the car. Great experience

Rami and his staff at Diamond are the best in the business hands down. The only thing that exceeds the caliber of automobiles at Diamond is the staff. I flew half-way across the country just to do business at Diamond because they have the best inventory of mint condition used sports cars in the country. Buying a sports car with only pictures and the internet can be stressful but Rami and Louie really made the car buying process as straight forward and honest as you could expect. The pictures on their website are accurate and there was plenty of information provided with the Carfax and on their site. As soon as you walk in you know you are in the right place. Diamond's cars are amazing. Rami and Louie gave me plenty of time to look all over the car with my flashlight. They were respectful and able to answer all my questions. The transaction was smooth and simple and the sports car that I purchased is in amazing condition inside and out. I have purchased many used sports cars and I only wish I could have found Diamond Motorworks sooner. Not only would I recommend Diamond motor works as my number one choice for sourcing sports/luxury cars in the country, I plan on doing it again in the future. I am so glad to have found a dealer that I can trust.

I purchased a 2004 Corvette from Ramy. My experience buying the car was very good. Ramy and Louie where very professional and made me feel like they wanted my repeat business. Here the part that you should read twice. Once I got the car home I realized the car was not exactly how it was advertised. I contacted Ramy and he made it right. I received a payment from him within 1 hour to make up for the concern I had. The car was sold as is and with no warranty. He had no legal obligation to do what he did. It is nice to know that there are companies that stand by there product and Diamond Motor Works is one of those places.

It is great to see a dealership that has such a great selection of sport cars, especially those options that you typically do not find at other dealers. Staff were professional and accomodating. Prices were extremely competitive for the models/options, and we received good value for our trade-in. Sales process was efficient and smooth. Worth the 1 hour+ drive out to Naperville.

The selection of German cars they have is really amazing. Very knowledgeable staff and passionate about the vehicles they offer. I also got an extended warranty for the peace of mind and got financed at a great rate. They were totally accommodating for a pre-purchase inspection which put me at ease. I will be back!

I have bought 4 cars over the last 10 years. 3 BMW's and a Mercedes for my Dad. They understand the needs of the Client. They specialize in luxury cars and they know what I like. My first BMW M5 is still my favorite car and they literally walked me by the hand from locating the right car to learning how make it perform best. Great follow up and more importantly excellent follow through. I will be buying again next month for our first large SUV with a third row. Their advice has literally saved my family thousands of dollars. I have been meaning to leave this review for quite sometime but watching them patiently walk my very picky wife through our most recent search made it imperative that I thank them publicly.

Had my BMW M3 shipped to california, talked to the owner Rami over the phone he was honest and answered all my questions. Car looked exactly the same as the pictures, runs great, no problems. I have had it for about 6 months, will be a repeat customer.

I bought a Corvette and couldn't be happier. Staff is courteous and to the point. You can tell they're car enthusiasts as well. They we're totally fine with a pre-purchase inspection and also took my trade in at a fair price. I financed through them and that process took a little long, but worked out great in the end and was worth it. Thanks guys!

I am writing this review a little late... I bought a used Mercedes from Diamond Motorworks two years ago. The dealership was a little hard to find, because it is off the main road, but they had a great selection of cars. The online description for my car was incorrect in one way, which is that it said the car had heated seats when it did not. However, Rami discounted the car to adjust for it, which was fine for me. The car has been running great ever since. I would definitely go back to them for the next purchase.

the crown victoria they still have for sale has a broken 4th gear in the trans. then hands me a receipt stating the transmission has been rebuilt. carfax and title didnt match. the guy stated he got ripped off from the auction now hes trying to rip u off

Despite coming 900 miles for the car, it was no problem getting to the dealership nor deciding that this was the car for me. This car is my dream car; das auto ist mein traumauto.

I actually wound up buying my Corvette from another dealer, but I have no problem with Diamond Motors. They were nice guys and had an inventory of a lot of cool looking cars. There were a few discrepancies between the online description and what the actual car was, but the owner had no problem with me taking the car and getting it checked out. Ultimately, I purchased a newer, certified Corvette, but the one I was considering at Diamond Motors was priced accordingly. It's a relaxed atmosphere there, and the deal is pretty much take it or leave it. No pressure, and we shook hands and wished each other well. I would still recommend it even though I went elsewhere.

I had found a car and wanted to fly in from KC, then drive it home. I had read a poor review and called to confront them with my concerns. Rami took the time to satisfy my concerns and answer my questions. He arranged for pick up at the airport, and responded timely to my emails during my investigation. I just purchased a used 2009 Mercedes C300 from Diamond Motorworks a few days ago. Their cars are in great condition, their prices are fair, and their staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely be visting them again when I am ready for another car.

Diamond Motorworks is different then other dealerships. I wasn't being annoyed or pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. All questions were being answered honestly, not just what I wanted to hear. Thanks for having integrity guys. I'm very impressed with my BMW 335.

I bought my BMW unseen and shipped it to Seattle. It was exactly as described online, and I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else locally. And their prices are unbeatable. Almost to good to be true, but there prices are fixed, and no haggle, which I like more. No pressure, no games, just great vehicles at even better prices. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
