***Edit: They fixed her car finally after I posted on social media about the experience. So I've changed my review to 5 stars since they fixed the issue.*** A friend of mine was sold a car from this dealership and told she had a 2 year warranty on her vehicle. When she brought the vehicle in just a little bit after purchase to fix some issues, thet told her "oh sorry we were wrong you don't have a warranty and you owe us money". Absolutely ridiculous. It was their mistake on the warranty and her fixes should be covered! I do not recommend ever purchasing a car from this place ever! Besides that, they won't give her her car back unless she pays $100!!! Worst customer service EVER.

Excellent care and customer service. My husband and I went in and met with John Samulka about purchasing a truck. We wanted a specific color and style that wasn’t available on the lot, but John said no problem he will find what we want. Within ONE day he found our truck and we were able to purchase and pick it up the day after. Everything from arriving to leaving with our new truck was top notch! John took the time to show us how everything worked and made sure all of our questions were answered. We Highly recommend Dianne Sauer Chevrolet for purchase of your new vehicle.
