When we went to Dicks Country Auto we had just left another dealership where we didn't have a great experience. The salesmen were pushy and didn't listen to what we were looking for and tried selling almost every truck there to us even though they didn't fit our price point or criteria.When we arrived at Dick's we were immediately greeted with a genuine smile by Randy May who listened to us and made us feel extremely comfortable right off. He showed us exactly what we wanted to look at and the entire staff stayed way beyond closing time to help us work a deal on a trade in and new purchase. We left the dealership with our new truck after 11 o'clock at night and not one staff member made us feel guilty for making them stay late. We live 4 hours away but will definitely return in the future and refer our family and friends there!

If Dick's commitment is to delivery excellent service I must say that the team does an amazing job going beyond just an excellent service. Tyler is the best sales person I have met in all the dealers I have visited recently. I have visited Dick's competitors as well, before taking my decision on the Dodge at Dick's. I must say that I had better deals, but I felt so comfortable working with Tyler that I have decided that Dick's was the place I should close the deal no matter what. I also need to extend this to the other executives that were involved in my negotiation. They were all very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Dick's to a friend.

He showed us a few things, answered questions, and then just step back and let us explore all the vehicle had to offer. We choose to purchase and Tyler took us through the initial purchasing process. It was wonderful to work with him, as he has a very friendly personality, and genuine desire to work with us. Then it was off to Finance. The Internet team at Dicks was great at finding what I wanted before I even set foot in the dealership. I had window stickers sent of vehicles they could get in the area, and we arranged for a time that we could sit down and work out a deal. The whole deal start to finish was completed in about 90 minutes and it was fantastic! They found my vehicle and had it for me the next day! Would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a Jeep! They did a fantastic job at earning and will keep my business. It's a drive to get there for sure, but well worth it!

This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. I was in Seattle so it started off in the internet department with the friendly and helpful staff answering all my questions. When I finally managed to come down and arrived over 2 hours late because of rainy NW traffic I was quickly greeted by Randy May who managed to work me in despite my tardiness overlapping another customer's appointment. Randy was great, super helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles but never pushy. The test drive was great, it was a good varied path so you could drive the vehicle over everything - speed bumps, in ground train tracks, tight turns, and smooth streets. To top it all off he even mailed the garage opener I left in my trade in vehicle back to me the very next day. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have been looking for the perfect truck for months and finally found it here. I drove out to look at it and test drive. Looked good and was what I wanted. We worked on the pricing and everything fit. I needed to get my Wife and the title to my trade in. By the time I got back ( I called and told them I was headed back) the truck had been moved to the other location and was being looked at by someone else. After a couple of hours of waiting the other lot sold the truck to someone else. I am sure that is just how it goes.

I made an appointment to see a specific truck because I lived 2 hours away. When I go there neither the truck nor the salesman were there. Nobody could reach the salesman and the truck had been loaned to another customer who had left their car for service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Me and my fiance were out looking for a car, we had come accross a 2011 Grand Cherokee online and decided to go take a look at the vehicle. With no intention of buying. Abraham came out to visit us, he was very friendly and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and even showed us around to some of the new models of jeeps in order to see the different body styles. He answered every question we had on random vehicles on the lot and was willing to grab keys and give us test drives. Once we drove the 2011 Grand Cherokee we loved it, but still didn't know if we were set. Abraham brought us inside and got paperwork together to do a test run and see what he could do to help us out. We went back and forth where Abraham worked with us and our budget and was so kind through the whole experience. I don't think we would have purchased this car if it wasn't for Abraham. He helped us get into our dream vehicle and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

The staff was very helpful, and friendly from beginning to end. Adam offered to go get my car off the lot so I would not have to go in th rain and we he saw it was dirty , had it washed for me. I rated this dealership very highly because my experience here was great! The salesman took the time to teach me how to drive a car with a manual transmission before I even purchased the car, he was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the process. We were alerted to Dick's Country by the Costco Auto program. Our experience was fantastic. Jeremy Dehaven contacted us right away and went all out to find the exact car we wanted. Then going over and above the norm for customer service, actually delivered the vehicle to us out of town when out schedules didn't allow for us to get there right away. Ben helped us to have a great sales experience. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very customer focused. We chose to purchase a 2013 Jeep from him and drove 300 miles because none of the Jeep dealerships in our region were willing to give us a fair deal. They chose to charge MSRP or $1,000 - 2,000 higher than MSRP even though Dick's Country was asking $1,000 less than MSRP and their Jeep had more features. Ben helped us get the paperwork started before we even made the drive, and worked with his sales manager to help secure the vehicle for us with earnest money down. In fact when it turned out that we owed $300.00 more than we thought for paying off our vehicle he and their financial manager actually increased our trade in value by that amount rather than restart the paperwork (a potentially multi-hour process) because they knew we had driven 4.5 hours to purchase this vehicle and would face Portland traffic and a 5-6 hour drive home. That is more than going beyond what is fair. I had a great experience with Dick's Country Jeep - They ask a very fair price and didn't try to lower our trade. Now that American vehicles have the style and handling of German cars, when I sell my BMW M3 I will seriously consider contacting Dick's Country Jeep and would be happy to work with Ben again rather than the Jeep/Dodge dealerships in our area who currently have a 'my way or the highway' mentality. I went in to test drive the vehicle and loved it. Then came the paperwork part. They came back to me with an $8000 increase in price! No integrity with the folks here.
