Had a great experience with Elijah from Diehl of Moon. He gave us options and found exactly what we wanted. Even met us half way to pick up the new car! Will definitely be back to see him and recommend him to friends/family. Diehl of Robinson which we also looked at to buy was the complete opposite. Salesman didn’t seem to know what he was doing and every car I was interested in he came back saying it “just sold”. Then went on the show me cars that I told him I wasn’t interested in. If you are looking between the 2 dealerships Moon will be the one to get you what u want. Thanks Elijah!

I bought a 21 red Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and could not have had a better experience. JP and Bill took care of my every need. JP went above and beyond during the trade. Rayon, the manager, gave me a great trade value and made the deal happen. This is the first time ever for me to leave a review of buying a car! They were great! Joe

Scheduled service, received confirmation via email and voicemail. No issue there right? That’s what I thought… I’m the first appt of the day and when I arrive they tell me I have no rental/loaner. I said okay why not? It’s selected online (showed proof) it’s confirmed via email (showed proof) and the voicemail I received never mentioned no rental for my selected date (showed proof). So what did they do to resolve the issue? Literally nothing, I talked to several people who just kept pointing fingers at other staff members even saying “it could of been one of the young girls who work up front”? I assume they believed it’s okay to not provide my selected services because a young girl may have been the one confirming this?? Seriously? How unprofessional. Service was absolutely awful here, and its unfortunate as when I had my truck here before the service was great. Absolutely unacceptable, maybe don’t screw over the guy with 500,000 plus followers that will now get this message.

My mother in law, husband and myself had such a wonderful experience at Diehl in Moon. We met Elijah in sales and was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and compassion he showed as we were in search of a vehicle for my mother in law. We didn't purchase the vehicle the first day we saw it but rather shopped around to see what all the options were. One thing that stood out for us was Elijah was so many steps above the other dealerships sales teams. We went back to learn he was on vacation. We definitely wanted him to get credit for this sale so we waited for him to return. Long story short, we test drove the vehicle and purchased it the same day. Elijah answered all our questions. Lisa in Finance was absolutely amazing as well. Both Elijah and Lisa treated us with so much respect and were never pushy during the whole transaction. I will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Diehl and ask for Elijah.

Walked around the lot on the used car side and went into the show room on the new car side. The only person around was the person at the desk. She didn't even look up. No one in sales was to be found. I've bought two cars here previously. Guess those were the only two. I'm not sure how you run a dealership without sales people to greet customers.
