Diers Ford Lincoln in Fremont provides excellent service after the sale for its customers. The mechanics are knowledgeable and take as much time as necessary to make sure you understand what is needed, why, and what it will cost. They are always careful to keep your vehicle clean while they work, even washing it if weather permits. Every effort is made to get your vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. Other than on Saturdays, I've even called and gotten in the next day. We do have a Ford dealer in our town but the service at Diers is well worth the drive! Thanks for your excellent work!!

We just purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Diers Ford Lincoln in Fremont and worked with Ryan Lemmer. I have to say that we usually hate buying cars but this time, it was completely different. Ryan was a blast. He first asked me what was important in a new car and then recommended three different vehicles to review. It was cold so he took us into one of the service bays and took his time explaining all the features of each vehicle. We then took a test drive and he encouraged me to fiddle with buttons and switches to see how the vehicle "fit" me. It was the first time I've had a salesman that seemed to really work to make sure I was comfortable and the vehicle had the right fit. It was the most fun I have ever had purchasing a car. The business side of things went quickly and we were signed, sealed, and delivered in no time at all. Ryan checked in with us a week after the purchase to make sure we were still satisfied and asked if there was anything more he could do for us. We don't buy new cars every year but we certainly will seek out Ryan for our next purchase. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are in the market for a different vehicle, go to Diers and ask for Ryan Lemmer. (And no, I'm not his mother! I had never met him until we walked into the dealership!)

Used their service department for the first time last week. Very professional staff and friendly shuttle driver. They told me exactly what it was going to cost and called me while they were working on it with something else they found. They said it didn't need to be fixed right away so we'll wait. Thanks again. Next time we're through the area, we'll check them out again if we need service.

I stopped in to Diers because I was having trouble with my shifter on my F150. I had no appointment but they took the time to analyze the problem. They did not have the part to fix it, but could get it in the next day. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning and within a couple hours they had me back on the road again. Alan Fletcher was very accomadating and really seemed very concerned about my problem. Thanks for taking care of me so quickly Alan.

We buy a used vehicle from diers, and they were easy to work with, but they told us we should have 2 sets of keys but one set couldn't be found, I understand and they said would look for them and get them to us,ok after the conversion today I ask if they would just make a new set, and they said sure, at your cost? Really when was the last time you buy a Lincoln MKX and get one set,? His answer was there wasn't enough money in our deal for that? And we aren't like the bigger places ? Ok I drove 85 + miles one way, my second one bought there,,, I'm total disappointed , now I wish they would have lost both sets! Thanks

I bought a 2007 GMC 1500. after I put on about 1000 miles the oil gauge went to 0! i took it to a mechanic who pulled out the screen in front of the sending unit. it was plugged. I changed the oil when i got it home and it was the dirtiest oil I've ever seen! I am positive all they did was change filter and reset the meter. The oil level was over a quart low but the computer said I still had 65% oil life left, also the sticker on the window was still under mileage!Since then I've put almost 2000 miles and the level hasn't changed. I've purchased many cars from dealers and have always had a follow up call to see how I liked it! Nothing!! On the bright side I did meet Charlie and he was a very nice man!

Bought a 2013 GMC Acadia from Diers because I was looking for one on this website. Their asking price was about 1800 dollars less than the 15 others listed by other dealers. Went in trying to deal. They were nice about it but said they knew there price was the best out there. Also threw in some free insurance type stuff and a free oil change. Do not go when they are busy. Takes a while.

We arrived due to a car we found on the internet. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life! I know used car sales has a sketchy reputation but they treated us as the sketchy ones! One would think that they would provide that small town service and go out of their way to win your business from Omaha. I have gone out of my way to purchase at a Woodhouse location and they are worth the extra drive / effort. Not only was Diers disrespectful but also arrogant. We did purchase the car from them only because we had specific requirements and I was tired of searching. We knew we were overpaying but went ahead anyway. I will never make that mistake again. Totally not worth the extra drive/ hassle.

Found a great used car from Diers on the internet. I inquired about the car via email and they got right back to me. The vehicle was well worth the two and one-half hour drive. The price was outstanding and the car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality used car.

I was looking for a Nissan Juke. I contacted Chris via online chat. Spoke with him about details about the Juke. I let him know we were interested in driving down to see the Juke but not decided yet. Contact Chris again via online chat. Told him that we were now very interested in the Juke and would definitely be coming down on this particular date to view Juke. He told me specifically that no one else had looked at it and it had been on the lot in a long while. So with his information given, I felt confident that we could test drive it on the date we had planned. Called Chris to confirm the date and I asked to start the paperwork for the Juke so that we could be prepared when we arrived. He told me that IF BY SOME CHANCE that someone came looking at the Juke, He would call me and let me know. AND also give us the first opportunity to place a Deposit on the Juke to hold it for us. He let me know that right now there was no deposit needed as no one was interested in it at all. I trusted his word and felt confident we were getting the car on the date we were coming. He again said that if by some chance someone came in looking, he would let me know. He then sent me the credit paperwork to fill out. I completed it and sent it back. Chris confirmed via email that it was received and that he was looking forward to meeting us on that date agreed upon. We had our own bank financing so we did not need any finance through them. 2 days later I receive a very short email in the evening from Chris stating "So sorry, we sold the Juke today, no need to come down" WHAT?! No phone call from Chris no email from him saying that someone else was looking!! I have the records to prove. I immediately called Chris and asked him what happened. He stated it was "out of his control" and that it just happened. He kept saying how sorry he was and that I had every right to be mad, but that was all. No reason on why he didnt call or contact me, except it was out of his control. I ended the converstation and immediately called his Manager. I spoke with the Manager and he told me again how sorry he was and that I had every right to be mad. Neither of these used car salesmen MADE ANY ATTEMPT to rectify the situation or to help make it right. Just kept saying how sorry they were..I even asked him what he could do for me, he said just sat there in the phone and said nothing. I let him know I took time off from work to make plans to come down and that if Chris had told me that I needed to make a deposit to hold it, I would have. But Chris told me I didnt need to and that he would call me if there was interest in the car.. then the Manager proceeds to tell me "well you can still fill up your work schedule now and GOOD THING YOU DIDNT FIND OUT ABOUT THE CAR BEING SOLD AS YOU WERE DRIVING DOWN" WHAT??! So he basically said that they would have sold the car out from under us even knowing that we may have been in the midst driving 3 hours to come and purchase from them!! SO even though under the direction of his own salesperson Chris that no deposit was needed and that I would be given first priority on the car, THEY SOLD IT WITHOUT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. IT WAS ALL ABOUT HOW FAST THEY COULD SELL THE CAR AND GET THE MONEY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT A CAR, MAKE SURE THEY DONT SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU LIKE THEY DID US!! THEY JUST WANTED TO MAKE A BUCK AND FAST. NO CARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALORSHIP. NO TRUST AND THIS SHOWS THIER TRUE COLORS. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

So I have called 3 x's after I purchased my used pickup to get the spare set of keys with no responses. They keep telling me after 3 weeks that they are checking into it? Really? I would at least appreciate a call back to say nope the previous owner does not have them. Something. My guess is they haven't even checked yet. I HOPE THIS REVIEW HOPES MOTIVATE THEM. I had my van repaired here and they did a great job. I bought it at another dealership, and even though they were nice I never felt like they listened to my. Diers listened and actually fixed the problem I was having, even though my van is not a Ford.

But the person from Diers took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I was not buying soon and probably wouldn't there because of the distance. Because of that I may change my mind when the time comes.

I'll just start by saying I have not bought a car here, or anywhere. I was researching new models online and when I had specific questions they were the only ones to take the time with me. Everywhere else either wouldn't talk to me until I came in or were disinterested when I told them I wasnt buying for a while. When I do buy it will be here.

I recently bought a newer Lincoln MKX at Diers and was pleased as always with the way I was treated. I was most impressed by the fact that Mike Coffman, my salesman, called me about the vehicle since I wasn't really looking to trade at that time. The upgrade was great and I was able to lower my interest rate by almost 5% so it was an even bigger win for me. I like to know that Diers is looking out for me and my best interest when it comes to trading vehicles. That's one of the reasons I have bought all of my vehicles from them for the past 36 years.
