I was looking all over CarGurus for a nice little sedan with low miles and good gas mileage. I saw this one on there and immediately contacted this company and made an appointment to test drive it. We were greeted by Tony, he was very pleasant and really liked him. Mona was great. Very informative and no pressure whatsoever. She made the buying process not scary at all. Everything was explained well to me and she even got me a great APR and payments with $0 down. Never in my life have I got to have this. The process was smooth and perfect. I love my new car. I had been looking for a 2013 Honda Civic for some time, and searched on YouTube to see reviews on the HF model. I found a posted video on one located in California, so I watched it and went to the dealers website, Directautooutlet. Such a great place to buy a car! We purchased my sons dream car, a 2011 VW GTI here. We drove down from Reno to purchase the car. Typically, buying a car out of town creates some apprehension, but they put several pictures and a detailed video on their website that helped curb any uncertainty. Once we arrived, we were pleased to see the car was as described, even a little better than we thought. Purchasing the car was simple and quick. Everyone was so fun to be around, they actually care more about developing a lasting relationship with you over selling a car. Smart business approach because we will NEVER purchase a car from anyone else.

Our experience at Direct Auto Outlet was a very good one! We appreciated your care and concern of us very much! It was very professional and also personal. We love the Nissen Quest we purchased from you. It is an amazing car with perks we only discovered after we got it home. Our only concern is that the ride is a little rough. Maybe it will get better with time. We will recommend you to our friends! You get 5 stars! By the way, we sold our old van with 200k miles on it to a friend who has just recently found a job and needed wheels to get to work and back. We sold it to him on time. Was looking for a Ford Escape Hybrid and they had several ones to choose from and I got one that I absolutely adore. The dealership was clean and very organized and had one of the coolest facilities with car theme furniture and decor. Love my car and gorgeous the best deal in town. Thanks
