This is an initial review, it has been a week since I bought my car and so far so good. I have read several of the 1 star reviews, and I cannot speak to their experience with Direct Auto Sales, but mine was a pleasant experience. Frank was up front and honest about their business. The cars they sell are as is with no warranty, so any buyer should know the risk before buying. If you want a perfect used car with a warranty, then you should go to CarMax and pay 50% more. I bought a Ford Flex with only 72000 miles and thus far I am very happy with the purchase. However, I have always bought used cars in the past and I know that used cars are not new cars, so I will have to spend $ on maintenance. I will update this in about 3 months. UPDATE: 8/31/21 After 3 months I am still thrilled with my 2009 Ford Flex. Absolutely no issues at all. Whenever I am ready to buy another used car, I will definitely check with Direct Auto first to see what they have available.

Frank was absolutely Terrific. He went over everything and answered all Questions I had. The time frame it took from start to finish.....could not have been quicker. After 6 Months of looking I finally found my Jeep and I absolutely Love the Jeep I baught from them. Albert was also Great he did the Paperwork in record time and I was out Fast. Thanks Guys. Frank is a very respectable person and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him today as my wife now has a good used Chevy Equinox!! Frank will definitely be getting business from me for now on.

Bought a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4 from Al end of November, who raved about the car's condition. Said it was the cleanest thing he had on the lot. First two weeks everything was great, until the check engine light came on. I take it to the dealer and it's a $1500 repair job. Engine light goes back off, but comes right back on two days later. Another $280 fix. Now today I have a bad engine on a car I paid $10k+ for. Yeah, I know I know...sold as is. This guy is a crook. Any questions contact me directly.

I brought a car from them in Oct 2020 the car is in the shop now I paid over $13,000 for a bad car don’t buy nothing from them they don’t even have a real car lot Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot is where the sell cars I should of known better but it’s okay you live and you learn I would never be back to Direct auto sales y’all need to be shut down for your shady business practices DONT BUY FROM DIRECT AUTO SALES!!!!!!
