This honestly was my easiest and most comfortable experience purchasing a vehicle. I went in Friday around 4 and was driving away Saturday morning with my new purchase. I felt no pressure from the staff. Very relaxed environment, but efficient. I recommend going here for a used car purchase. These guys have a very clean inventory of vehicles and are their for you. I had a positive experience with Direct Auto Team and recommend them if you’re in the market for a used vehicle. Recently, I purchased a vehicle and was impressed with the customer service I received during the process. The “Team” was knowledgeable, communicative, and accommodating. When I asked to take the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby mechanic, for instance, they were happy to oblige. After I purchased a vehicle, the team followed-up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Car shopping is not a particularly enjoyable experience in my opinion, but it was more so with Direct Auto Team. They were a pleasant combination of being both professional and affable. The next time you’re in the market for a used vehicle, give them a visit. I’m glad I did.

I had a great experience buying a car from Dimitry at Direct Auto. First of all, he returned my call on a Sunday morning when his dealership is closed. The car was as nice as described; the process was painless, the price was very good, and he handled everything very professionally. He runs a clean nice dealership and specializes in very interesting cars. I give him and the experience a perfect 10. It can be a jungle out there shopping for a used car- but not at Direct Auto. Very happy customer here.

My purchase of a used vehicle at Direct Auto was a pleasant experience. Andre in sales was very knowledgeable about the suv I wanted. Not pushy like those big dealers. He patiently took the time to explain all aspecs of the vehicle. Dimitri the owner was was an honest guy who truly cared about me the customer . He followed up on every detail of the final purchase I highly recommend Dimitri and Andre from Direct Auto for you next auto purchase. You will not be disappointed.

I've known Dimitri for a number of years on a personal level and always found him to be an incredibly honest person. This proved to be true in my automobile purchasing experience. With my third child getting her license I found myself having to get her a car rather quickly. I contacted Dimitri and he immediately gave me a few great choices and told me to come in and test drive them. Upon visiting his store I looked at the cars he offered and noticed that they were very well kept and clean. The pricing was more than fair at or below Kelley Blue book. Dimitri also offered in-house financing which worked out very well. All in all I'd say this experience was very positive and am working on purchasing a second vehicle for myself from him.
