They have good solid used cars, hands down. Customer service needs improvement. They are usually into their own staff conversations & disregard customers who walk in and attend to them as if they are secondary to their staff conversations. But good cars and trucks

I contacted DAI about a truck on their lot. The staff(salesman and finance manager) were willing to do what it took to get the deal done. The finance manager worked hard to find the best rates with the banks and was very helpful. I ran into some issues after the purchase, but again they were helpful and willing to do what was needed. I'd so business with them again!

If you know what's good for you, you would stay away from these people! I was paying on a car for about 1 1/2 years, the car I had, it had so many issues, I told these people about the exhaust pipes that THEY duck taped to the car, and when I said something about it, they act like I didn't know what I was talking about. This place needs new management and new people, they are crooks who steal money from people and then act like they didn't do anything. I will be taking this to court

Discount auto is not willing to work with us on an issue that came up on a 2014 ram 2500 I bought from them. They stated there was a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission. Come to find out they will not help you or work with you when the PCM (brain of the engine) quits working, and threatening to come repo the truck. Very unprofessional.

Our daughter is attending college at ECU and we live in New Jersey. We had been trying to help her find a decent used car without her getting taken advantage of. Being over 300 miles away, it was difficult and frustrating. UNTIL we found Jerry at discount auto. The ENTIRE staff there was nothing but patient, and more than willing to help with anything and everything they could. I can't express enough how very thankful I am to the entire staff who helped take care of our daughter when we could not. They hold a very special place in our hearts.

First of all I want to say thanks again to these wonderful hard working ladies and gentleman. My wife and I already had predetermined necessary factors that must be met for a family vehicle requirements.
