Stay far away as you can from this place. The salesman are cool but if you have any kind of problem they turn into ghost. I hope your not like me and read the reviews after having a bad experience. Hopefully you'll save yourself the trouble and just go elsewhere. They put me on the hook for a almost $40k vehicle that wouldn't start! Guess who had to get it taken care of! Haven't even made the 1st payment and I'm doing repairs! Save your time money and aggravation and just look elsewhere!

I really hate giving a review based off of one unfavorable experience. However due to the fact they tried to sell a vehicle to my wife's mom that wasn't even safe to be on the road makes it justifiable. Let me start with the service, we had a appointment at 1 o'clock to look at this vehicle my wife had already been up once to test drive now it was my turn. To start the vehicle wasn't even there, we were told it was being "serviced" so a 1 1/2 hours later it was still not there, so we told them to call us when its finally done. Well they called us 15 min after we left. We couldn't go right back so a couple of hours later we make the hour drive to the dealership. This vehicle was the most unkepted dirty car I've ever seen, their was opened ketchup packets under the seat, a kids sock, it was bad. So for being " serviced" it was horrible. So now let me explain what type of vehicle they tried to sell us. So my wife and her mom went to go look at a vehicle at this dealership on 07/03/21, they test drove it and they thought it ran good, shifted good, pulled a little to right but nothing major. So after dealing with our bank it was roughly a week or so later we set off to purchase it. Luckily I was able to go with them and was able to test drive it myself. It was like my wife said ran good, shifted good but pulled to the right. So we decided to pull the carfax even though the dealership said repeatedly that it wasn't ever in a accident. Well guess what it was in a accident and it was never repaired. It was rear-ended on the driver side and the bumper was still smashed in. Ok still not a deal breaker could have been fixed for under $1000. So I started looking at the tires, the sales guy did say it would "probably" need new tires, what he failed to mention was that it had a golf ball size chunk out of the sidewall of the tire. That tire would just go flat, it would blow out and with it being a front tire you would loss complete control of your vehicle. Now imagine a 65 year old woman doing 65miles a hour on the interstate and that tire blowing out. So at Dixie motors that is what they will sell you. I swear this statement is true and explained to the best of my abilities.

Drove three hours to look at a sprinter van they had for sale and the website neglected to mention the van has been side swiped and the passenger door couldn’t be opened. Waste of time.

Was looking for a good affordable used vehicle for my son to get back & forth to work. Was able to find a 2007 Honda Civic for a decent price. Give Damien a call if looking for a used vehicle.
