This was the first time getting a Volvo and I had great experience with DLR Nordic, Don was very helpful in my acquisition of my XC90. He had a lot of knowledge in anything Volvo and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back again. I love that it has the 5 year / 100k mile warranty that they offered. It was a great addition. No pressure at all from Don to buy but I myself was pressured to buy quick because there was 2 other people that wanted the same vehicle. So I decided to buy it online without a test drive but I was not at all disappointed, this vehicle is comfortable and really does well on the road. I love it.

My wife and I want to thank Duncan the owner of DLR and his office manager Don for such a positive experience purchasing our new car. We just bought a 2017 XC60 R-Design and the entire transaction was painless. Some of the positives; communication of when the vehicle was ready, no pressure, the test drive experience was great and the 5 year / 100k warranty was a great unexpected bonus. They were both very friendly and Duncan is just a wealth of knowledge on everything Volvo. We highly recommend anyone looking for a previously owned Volvo to visit Duncan and his team at DLR. Really impressed with my experience. Before coming in I called various times about v60 models. The staff was always polite. Once I made it. I wanting to view the 2017 v60 cc and ended up driving a 2020 v60 cc. Don was my sales rep. He was extremely polite and patient with me. I had a bunch of questions on the new models. I can't comment on purchase yet but so far has been a pleasent time.

Looked at a lot of used cars before DLR Nordic, and they have the nicest inventory of any dealer I visited. Prices are very reasonable and there’s clearly a culture of no pressure. Bought an extremely clean XC90 after perhaps the easiest closing I’ve ever had. There was a problem I recognized after we closed due to miscommunication, so I approached them and they took care of it without any trouble- this is the most important part of the review. There’s no way to avoid issues in every transaction as a business, I don’t expect that as a customer, it’s how you handle them that matters. DLR Nordic took care of it. You want to do business with people like that.

Duncan the owner of DLR Nordic was amazing and helpful. He helped my wife and I find the perfect new to us S60 R-Design Volvo! We love our new vehicle and the included 5yr-100k mile warranty was just a huge plus. No pressure, no hoovering, just honest and straight forward information. I could not ask for more honest answers to VOLVO questions. I knew I wanted a Volvo, I had no idea that someone selling them could hare as much as I do about finding the right one. In the end it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but find in many ways it is also much much more than I could have expected. THANK YOU DLR Nordic.

I was looking for a used wagon and found a Volvo V70 from 2004 at DLR Nordic. I initially thought the price was a bit too high because it was a noticeably higher than the KBB value, although still very reasonable compared to other cars on the market. But that is not a fair comparison at all. DLR Nordic specializes in Volvos and really takes care of the vehicles. Many other used car dealers just wash the car and go through a basic safety inspection. DLR Nordic put the car through a thorough 3rd party inspection and made sure the car was in excellent condition (replaced timing belt, spark plugs, put in new break pads although the old ones still met the minimum spec etc). I also found the dealership manager Ole easy to work with and really knowledgeable about the car he's selling (again in contrast with many other used car dealers). He stayed late one day to let me test drive the car and was not pushy at all. In the end I bought the car after a small price adjustment. If you are looking for a used Volvo I really recommend this place, especially if you want to have peace of mind that the car is well taken serviced and taken care of.

We have just bought our 3rd wagon from DLR, and Ole kept our 22 yr old 240 in top running shape the past decade since his days at the V Shop. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. There is no pressure here, just the nicest folks and easiest way to own a Volvo on the west coast.

After having a rotten car buying experience with Dick Hannah I thought I would never deal with a dealer again but this dealer is not even in the same category. They were easy to work with and not a bunch of extra fees, paperwork. I was out in about 15 minutes. These guys know their cars. If getting a Volvo this is the place to go.
