Had a great experience at this family owned and operated shop. We made the trip down from New York because I was in the market for a very specific vehicle to meet business and family needs; they happened to have exactly what I needed and Troy did a great job working out preliminary numbers so we wouldn't have to make a trip for nothing. The van we purchased was more or less as advertised, with the kind of wear and tear you would expect on a used vehicle. We had a fair conversation about my trade, and arrived at numbers everyone could live with. On the way out the door, Troy made sure we were outfitted with D'lux swag, AND we were able to snap a picture of the company founder's vintage T-Bird desk, which might be worth the trip in and of itself. This vehicle will be put directly into the line of duty tomorrow, so of course we'll have to see how things hold up. But she made the 200 mile trip home without issue and we would work with these guys again in a heartbeat.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made! In and out in less than 30 minutes. You can tell D'Lux takes pride in their 5 star reputation as well as in the vehicles they sell. We'll definitely be back again in the future. After buying trucks at different places over the years I feel like we've finally found "our dealership". After spending last summer looking for a 4wd pickup with the features I wanted and deciding I was NOT going to pay for rust, I found my 2011 GMC Canyon right under my nose at D'Lux Motors. This was a rust free Virginia truck, one of the requirements I had decided upon. The truck was right, the deal was right (I'm in this thing at a price I never would have believed) and Troy went out of his way to accomodate me. When my own bank would not give me the terms I wanted on a loan (because of the mileage-thirty years of bank loyalty down the drain) Troy stepped in and arranged financing with a well known, creditable lender at 1.2% less interest than my bank had quoted. Talk about customer service!! After 6 months and about 7500 miles I still cannot find anything about this vehicle that I am not satisfied with. Long story short---If you're looking for that "just right " vehicle give D'Lux Motors a call. I recommend them with no reservations. As stated above the truck was right, the deal was right and the service was incredible!

Was willing to work with me on the price. The little things that was wrong the were quick to fix. They where even willing to let me take take the truck for the day and get it inspected by a dealer. If its your first stop or last stop. Stop at D'lux motors.

Was trying to contact them through their site because I was interested in a van they have. Couldn't get an email back to even start the process. Too hard right out of the shoot boys. Glad you have so much business you can just left people go by.

After writing poor reviews of D'lux after a bad experience with the dealership, I was pleased when Troy offered to get me another quote for the truck repair and offered a loaner truck while the work was being done. Even though the truck I bought had problems, I'm impressed with the customer service and experience at D'lux. I'll definitely be going back to D'lux in the future.

Bought a 2008 F250 from D'Lux in August 2013, was happy with the buying process. 8 months later the engine needed replaced. Fixing it would cost more than what I paid for the truck. I called Troy at D'Lux to see if he could do anything. He simply told me that the 5.4 engine was terrible. Said he has 3 on the lot, so I would seriously recommend against anyone buying from D'Lux, very dishonest and misleading.

Bought an F250, 2008 with a 5.4 engine from D'Lux in August 2013, was happy with the experience. April 2014, the entire engine failed and needed replaced, which would cost more than the original purchase. I called Troy at D'Lux tell him about the problem and he was not surprised, and told me those engines are terrible. I would not recommend anyone do business with D'Lux because they are selling vehicles they know will break down and have no concern for the quality of the cars they are selling. -Alex Lipinsky
