I went to DNK to look at a vehicle that I had seen online. When I arrived I was met by a very pleasant salesman who listened to me explain what I was looking for and brought me to the lot. While looking at the pickups it became apparent to Will that I was trying to settle for the least expensive truck that would suit my situation and not looking for the features and comfort that others might need who would be driving the vehicle as well. With this in mind we upgraded from the FX4 package to the Lariat. I am so glad that we did. Having the additional options made for an incredibly comfortable driving experience. Once the decision was made on the vehicle it was time to work on the financing. This can be a difficult process but the staff here all worked together to simplify the process. Will, Melissa and especially Charlie were able to get me into twice the vehicle that I was trading in while keeping the payment nearly the same (within $40). The final detail was to have everything finalized and printed so that when my wife was finished working all she had to do was sign. (Of course she had been in the loop throughout including a call from Charlie) I would recommend DNK to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Scott Gnade Dexter, Maine

Bought a 05 Dodge Dakota from them a few years ago ended up getting totaled and the following week they got me into a new car! Which I have enjoyed for the last year an a half. Highly recommend, sales and service are great to work with! 😄

WORST car buying experience of my life. The salesman, Matthew, was nice and helpful. But the truck has been a nightmare. The gas door fell off before I left the lot. As I was driving away the engine light came on and it stopped shifting correctly. They fixed that. Three days later my brakes totally failed as I was going down a hill. They towed the truck to their shop them refused to cover the repair because they said it could not have been their fault that the brake system failed three days after I purchased the truck from them. They charged me $365.00 (including the tow!) and I had to drive another 2 hours to get the truck back. NIGHTMARE used car buying experience. Buyer BEWARE.
