I bought my Jeep here 4 years ago and stopped by for an oil change this past week. My husband and I decided to kill some time while waiting and check out trucks. When we saw the new Dodge Rams, we were beyond impressed. We could not resist a test drive. Jordan our salesman was beyond amazing. No high pressure sales. He was right on top of getting the trucks we wanted to drive ready to go. He thoughtfully answered all of our questions and really helped us make a decision that was best for us. Not only did we decide to trade in our Jeep and buy a new Dodge Ram, the entire Rairdon. Team from Jordan to to sales manager to the finance manager worked tirelessly to get us the best rate on our financing. I can easily say they went above and beyond for us. The entire experience was positive and pleasant. I have never been able to say that about a vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great and honest service. I will be a customer for life!

Buy rate practicing. We came to the Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland looking for a trade in and ready to close the deal on the same day. Once chose the car and after some negotiation, the agent gave us a very good deal “take it or break it”. We agreed and signed the initial papers. They made us clean our car for a trade-in, move all the stuff out of it including car chair and all the belongings. The last thing was just to get a rent car until our new one is ready and sign the final lease contract. However, when we saw the final contract to sign, the price went up to 30%.... When the sale person saw we were “surprised” by such a change in the lease terms, he explained that the bank didn’t approve the lease rate they had in mind and that’s why the price changed a “bit”. Obviously, we disagreed, still did not believe such a thing can happen. The sale person left to negotiate the deal with the bank and returned saying the bank agreed to proceed with the deal now with just about 27% increase from the initial price we got. We disagreed and left the place in disgust. All the explanations from the sales team about us having a low credit is just a bizarre way to cover themselves. Horrible service and a cheap attempt to play with the buy rate. Stay away. For the record, we have a perfect credit score ( we closed a better deal in another agency a week after), and this is our second lease car at home.
