These guys provided by far the best purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. We will be returning here for all our vehicle needs without a doubt. Robert Hannah was a pleasure to work with and truly did an amazing job for us. Mike in finance looked over our loan and was able to renegotiate the loan and save us 80 bucks a month and shorten our loan term!

Purchased vehicle at this dealership. Purchased key replacement warranty at time of purchase. Lost my key so called warranty number received claim number and was told to go to dealership where purchased and would be no cost also told to call dealer in advance to make sure they had key available. I called Friday afternoon and talked to parts, they had in stock so i was transferred to service to schedule. Service set me up to come in on Saturday at 1030 to program new key fob. (only day that works for me) Showed up at 1000 and figured as long as I was there would also get oil change. Hour and 15 minutes later service writer came and told me oil change done but could program new key cause warranty not open and could not verify claim number I gave them. Was told they had no record I purchased warranty there and could not have it done today. After about 15 minutes of arguing another person finally came and said to make it for me. I WILL NOT return for service or purchase another vehicle from this dealership..this is not the first bad experience I have had here or heard others have here.....BUY AND SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

The sales staff at Dodge of Burnsville was very helpful and went out their way to insure that I seen all Trucks in my price range. Good follow up contact service, not to pushy.

I just purchased a 2014 Charger from Dodge of Burnsville because I have previously purchased 3 cars from them, and have had great experiences. Customer Service has been excellent and always timely. Mark Saba has always been helpful with whatever I need. Dave Nolte, the salesman, treated me failrly without putting any undue pressure on me. He helped me weigh some options and was able to find the car I wanted in a very short time. I will continue to recommend Dodge Of Burnsville, to all my friends, like I have in the past!

I always have a positive experience at Dodge of Burnsville. Today, I just bought a New Dodge Dart. The Sales Person Evan Austin found the right car to serve my needs and I know I am going to love it. Evan was very professional and was very attentive to my needs in finding me the right car. He even let me take it on a test drive to get a feel for it. This car will be perfect. Also I have always come to Dodge of Burnsville for my Service needs. They tell you straight up what you need to have done with your car and never try to rip you off like some other Auto Dealerships do. My wife has come to realize that the rapture she feels being married to me is solely caused by my unique ability to drag her a minimum of 1000 miles from home to buy a vehicle. Usually on her vacation. I spoke with Bob Besse, one of the greatest car salesmen in the history of, well, everything, a couple of times prior to leaving for our trip. He provided all the information I asked for regarding two RAM 2500 diesel pickups that Dodge of Burnsville had in stock. My wife could not wait to jump in the car and head straight to Minnesota from Nebraska! Of course I told her that Bob sounded like a great guy, and probably wouldn't hose us to badly. This added to her excitement. It's a good thing she believes everything I have to say. Anyway, we made a beeline to Dodge of Burnsville. After snooping around the pickups I had seen on the dealer's website a few days earlier, we were formally introduced to Mr. Bob Besse. This was truly an honor. He was completely accomodating to our requests for more information and some test driving. It was refreshing to have him ride along with us and talk about business, golf, and my wife's desire to buy pickups, instead of bombarding us with cliche salesman jargon. Bob, exhibiting great restraint as he probably feared for his life during my test drives, was just as patient in working with us through the buying process. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our deal! The entire experience was outstanding! We trade vehicles regularly and will definitely travel to Dodge of Burnsville to look for our next purchase. Well, my wife's yelling at me. It must be that rapture thing i mentioned earlier.
