I found a vehicle at this dealership for my wife on the internet. We were contacted by the internet sales manager, discussed about how we had a trade in, and were lead to believe we could get a deal done. We drove a hour and a half arrived at the dealership and located the car there was a dent on the front bumper that was not photographed or listed in the description, but decided to go on a test drive anyway. After the test drive, we sat down to discuss the numbers. They came back with an extremely low value on our trade in and also said we couldn't get the advertised price without financing through their bank or paying cash. We told the salesman about what the internet manager had said and he said "they just say those things to get you in the door. These are very questionable business practices in my mind. I didn't appreciate driving a hour and a half to find out I had been lied to "just to get me in the door."

He dealt with the warranty company and got more covered than I did when I dealt with the warranty. He was upfront and knowledgable about all prices and how long it would take to get things replaced. LOVE my 2017 Dodge Durango I purchased on Oct 1. Smooth sales process, fair deal on both trade and price, and very little of the "back and forth" that typically accompanies vehicle purchases. Billy was an excellent sales rep and was kind to all of us, including our 4 year old daughter. However, title/registration has been a NIGHTMARE! We decided to transfer our tag to our new vehicle, which is fine and dandy, but the tag expires tomorrow, the 31 of October. We paid our vehicle taxes to get the sticker the week after we bought it, but was informed the dealership needed to bring the title over and get the sticker and send it to us. I have called 3+ times, left multiple messages for "Sara," with never a return phone call. Finally, after my husband called 2 weeks after this process started, he was able to get her on the phone and she says she will "hand deliver it to the DMV and overnight our sticker." Needless to say, it still isn't here and I will be unable to drive my car after tomorrow, the 31st. Very disappointed in the handling of the purchase after it is made when up until this point, everything was superb. Save yourself the stress and frustration and fork out the extra dollars for a new vehicle tag versus transferring the tag from your trade when purchasing from this dealership.

I had an appointment at11:30 and upon arrival I was told that "due to lunch breaks" my appointment had to be rescheduled to 1pm. Even with the newly scheduled appointment the truck was not moved until 2:22pm and even so I was told that I would not receive a full detail...I was visited by a gentleman from another department and I finally received the detail service and the customer service is deserve.

The salesman was very professional. Where he did not have answers to my specific questions on the Ram 3500, he brought in the guy that had been trained in the commercial Ram line. Had he not called me after my initial visit to follow up, I would of ended up buying a 2-3 year old model. JT comes out with great deals all the time that pass the incentives and rebates they receive from the manufacturer on to the customer. I ended up getting everything I wanted in a brand new 3500 Dually at a price that I can afford. I appreciate car dealers that employ salesman. I get tired of dealers that act like they are a museum and employ tour guides. They are often too proud of their cars to get down to really dealing and try to sneak in too much profit on the back-end of the deal. I'll go back to purchase more trucks as my business grows. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from JT. The first experience was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had, until Friday that is. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and what payment I'd like to make for it. Our sales person Chad, in a very professional yet friendly manner, made sure I drove away in that vehicle with those payments. He informed us of rebates and discounts that we qualified for that we didn't know about. Never once did we feel like we were in a pressured sales situation. The gentleman ,I'm sorry I cannot remember his name, who helped us with the financial and contractual portion of the purchase was also tremendously helpful and friendly. I'd also like to thank Brittany, who I believe is an internet sales manager, for getting me in the door. In all, the experience was fantastic and when the time comes, I won't hesitate to return to JT's Dodgeland.

My husband and I had researched the trucks that we wanted to look at online before we went to the dealership. Upon arrival we told Cody (salesman) what we wanted to see. We found the first one no problem the other one not so easily. It was not on the lot we were told that it was at the Lexington location so we drive over there and 45 mins. later find out it is not there either. We still never got an honest answer where the vehicle was at. We wanted specific things on the truck that we purchased and asked Cody several times to make sure that it was equipped with it and was assured that yes the truck had trailer brakes. Well to our surprise later the truck did not have the brakes, and we had to pay $300 to have installed. When we tried to contact Cody concerning this we were given a run around and promised that he would check with the service manager and call us back, I guess he's still looking for that service manager because we have not heard from him since. I've tried to email several times to get someone to return my call or email but they never do. We sent a letter to the owner and still nothing. Poor customer service! The thing that really pissed me off is that we told Cody that we would be paying cash for the vehicle but I was told we had to complete a credit check paperwork, well they ran our credit and we got a denial letter a month later in the mail denying us for financing! That is shady customer service! You need to train your sales people to tell the truth and if they do not know if a vehicle has something on it how about ask someone that does know and do not lie to the customer. But it is clear that JT does not care about customer service!

Mike in the finance department was great, 2nd time I've dealt with him and the only reason I gave them another try. The people in the sales department needs to do their homework on the vehicles they sale. I had the voucher for the free year worth of fuel and it was denied even though I told them I had it sent to me before I came up there. The year worth of fuel was their main sales pitch for that month and was emailed to me several times while I was looking at their inventory on the website. Sales manager wouldn't work with me on any options not even rubber floor mats but they did take $2,000.00 off the sticker price of the 2016 with the 2017 on the way...

We went to dodgeland after already researching the vehicle we wanted, and securing financing from our bank. We told the salesperson and finance manager that we already had the financing taken care of and did not want or need any. They ran both mine and my wife's credit and applied for financing anyway. We received a letter almost a month later saying we were denied financing that we never asked for.I do not appreciate the shady and dishonest practices of this dealership, and will never do business with them again.

On March 24th, 2016, my 2014 Dodge Durango was towed into Dodgeland of Columbia since this is the location in which I purchased the brand new vehicle. On March 25th, I checked on the status, and they had not begun working on it yet. Then I called on March 26th,2016, and they stated that it was ready for pick-up. They informed me that the problem was the battery which shorted out for some bogus reason and stated that this was not covered by the warranty. I had to shell out $427 dollars for this repair. Since I did not believe that there were any issues with my battery, I visited four different businesses in order to get the battery checked. They all checked it and stated that the battery was in perfect condition. I obtained reports that prove that the battery is fine and still have the battery available to test if necessary. The following morning, my vehicle would not crank up. It was experiencing the same issues as before. I had a tow truck tow it back to Dodgeland. After they worked on it once again, they claimed that this time is was the Automatic Break System. They wanted to charge me an additional $600 to repair the ABS. Are you serious? $1000 in repairs that are not covered under my warranty for a 2014 Dodge Durango? In my gut, I knew that something just was not right. I am not in the business to shell out money when people are just doing trial-and-error work. Please just take the time to figure it out. I would respect them more if they simply just said that they had not figured it out yet. I voiced my concerns to the manager, and he gave me a lot of attitude just because I began asking questions. He did not want to admit that they did anything wrong, and he felt that I did not deserve a refund. Despite the fact that they misdiagnosed the issue the first time, they also wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee. I thought that this was ridiculous and exchanged words with the manager. Ultimately, I had my vehicle towed to another Dodge Dealership. Guess what? The other Dodge dealership figured it out. Now my Dodge Durango is running smooothly. It was not the battery or the ABS. I did not have to even pay any money to the other Dodge dealership for the repair. My experience with Dodgeland was the worst experience I ever had with any business. On a whim, my fiance and I decided to go look at purchasing a Dodge Challenger. Our salesperson, Francisco, was a huge help. Not only did he tirelessly find exactly what I wanted, but he listened to all I had to say and did what he could to make it happen. He never stopped until it was time to sign the paperwork. Mike in finance was very helpful and friendly even though it was 8:30 pm by the time we were signing paperwork! It was an overall great experience and I would recommend Dodgeland to anyone looking for a new car.

I purchased a 300c and was not pleased to find that the car was being driven by a sales manager who left the car very unclean. The car was not washed, filled with scuff marks, and from what it looks like-children had been transported in the car but not cleaned-up after. I am customer service and I know that the aesthetics of a car is what sells it. Afterward when we got the car home, we that there was a chip in the windshield in the driver's view, as well as a chunk missing from one tire. In addition, they were supposed to pay off my car that was traded-in, but I ended up paying the last bit because the loan office sent me a letter saying that is was not covered in full. Finally, the dome lights and vanity lights do not work and this is a 30,000 dollar car. I thought everything would be good because of the commercials that I had been seeing JT post on TV. I will say that Kenny (the other sales manager) had me bring the car in and he took me straight to service and had them order another. Bill in service also checked the dome light unit and found it to be faulty, and ordered me another. Don't know if this was just bad day for the dealership, but I would like to see some recovery.

First, let me say that my salesman, Chad, is top notch. He is an honest man that will go the extra mile for you. I can't say enough good about him. However, the sales manager is another story. Having to go back and forth with him over details of the sale is a headache and a disappointment. It soured the entire experience. I had basic needs for my vehicle and was tricked into false promises. In the end, I was cut a check for the difference in what was promised, but will be paying interest on that money since it was part of the original deal worked up. I have purchased 5 trucks from Dodgeland over the past 20 years. The service team is top notch, but expensive. They do quality work and are friendly.My only bad experience in 20 years was this time with the sales manager. Again, Chad is top notch....great guy!!! Too bad he had to run everything through the sales manager, because it tainted the entire experience. This review could have easily been a 5 STAR, if I were dealing only with Chad. When I recommend this dealership, I will definitely warn them about the practices of their management team in new car sales.

I would not recommend the service dept because I would be shame to send a friend to a place that does does not treat me with respect and does not call to say the service dept have the car/truck in the bay and we are looking for the problem. I brought my truck in with power problem on Sunday night and put my keys in the drop box. I called on Monday 1/18/2016, about 1130 and talk with a female who said Patrick is at lunch. I called again at 1330 and and was talking with Patrick and he hung up on me. I told him I brought the truck in on Friday and was told to bring it in on Monday. I told him I brought it in because I didn't know if my seat would catch on fire or would cause more damage to the truck. I told him I didn't want to sue Dodgeland because of more damage done to the truck. He said I was lucky to get in, but I was told to bring the truck back on Monday when I brought it in on Friday. I told him I should had received a call when the truck went in to be fix. I received NO CALL and that is unacceptable. He said he was sorry and he said he was busy, who wasn't or isn't. I Love Dodgeland but the service dept is good and sorry, It's broke and need to be fix.

I had an appointment for service at 8am. I arrived at 7am. I was early and the first in line for service. Patrick was the service guy who wrote up my order. I sat in the waiting area and after 3hrs. Of waiting I observed customers who arrived after me, leaving before me. So, as Patrick was passing back and forth through the waiting area, I stopped him and asked for an update and he sarcastically says with a smirk on his face "Oh, I thought you were leaving there's just no way we can get to your truck today." I was shocked and dissapointed, I asked how could that be when I only came in for a tire pressure sensor and I had an appointment. He then responds sarcastically, "Well, it's just like a Dr's office although you may have an appointment it doesn't mean your going to be seen that day." I explained to him that is not how it works and although I may have to wait for a long period of time I deserve to have my vehicle serviced. I asked where it was, he says "Oh, I just parked it off to the side" I replied, "so your telling me that no one has even looked at my vehicle after three hours?" He smirks, shakes his head and says "nope". I told him that it was very unprofessional of him to have me waiting for three hours and not say anything to me. I was never rude to him, but I did demand to speak with the service manager. He said "ok, I'll find him, but he's going to tell you the same thing and that may take some time as well because I don't think he's in the building." I left and found the general manager Mr. Lee. I spoke to him about what took place. He rectified the situation and I left happy. I love Dodge vehicles, but being treated poorly in the service department is what frightens me about buying another one. Overall, what started out bad, ended in a good way!

Bill Kittrell has been our service agent for many years. This is our 3rd Durango. When we need our car serviced we always receive good service and quality repairs. We had our air-bags replaced this trip. Bill cautioned us that our tire inflation censor needed to be replaced. Bill said that he would need to keep the car an extra day, however he would see that we were furnished with a rental. Everything worked out real well, we were very pleased.

After shopping around for a few days I decided to stop by JT's Dodgeland to look at the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I really enjoyed my experience to begin with. Shawn B. was excellent! He was very informative and professional. I test drove the Jeep and it was a very smooth ride. Once we completed the drive we went into the office to work out a deal. Unfortunately we were unable to negotiate a price that would fit my budget. The salesman, William, who was also assisting with the sale made the experience for me feel very pressured. I did not appreciate the way the negotiation was handled. He was aggressive with the sale and to it seemed that the price I was able to work with was not acknowledge. Overall as the first time at the dealership I did appreciate the experience but I was hoping for a better experience with the deal.

My sales person, at JTs Dodgeland, Darren was great (thus the 4 stars) as was the finance guy and sales manager. I did end up with the arrangements I was looking for and the vehicle I wanted. However, it took 4 hours! That is beyond excessive. I felt like I was being held hostage because my keys were taken to appraise my trade. Not am accident I am certain. The facility is filthy. The customer chairs were grimy to the point that I didn't want to sit on them. The bathroom was filthy and during the 4 hours I wasn't offered so much as a cup of coffee or glass of water, not that I would have wanted it given the lack of cleanliness! Speed the process up by offering your best deal instead of forcing the outdated haggling process. I do give credit for persistence in trying to get more $ from me.

Salesperson could not answer basic questions about available inventory, suggested we just walk around the lot and see if we could find one with the specs we wanted. Deal changed while paperwork was being signed, required a management conversation to resolve. Salesperson told me I was misremembering the sticker price and it was 2k higher than what I recalled. He showed me a picture of the window sticker from his phone as proof. Once I got home and started filing the paperwork I realized I was right and the image he showed me must have been from a different vehicle.This was my first and only visit to this dealership, so maybe I just had bad luck with the salesperson I drew.The person we worked with in the Finance office was great and easy to work with.

My wife and I began fostering retired racing greyhounds from Florida. I owned a 2013 Dodge 1500 Ram Laramie (fully loaded) and she was having trouble with her RA getting the dogs loaded into the truck. So, I reluctantly agreed to trade-in the Ram for a minivan. We had looked at a number of them and decided that the Grand Caravan fit us best. We found that the Greystone Blvd store didn't have the trim package that we were looking for, so our salesman, Steve, took us over to the Lexington store where they had an R/T package Caravan. It drove and handled as expected... there are some refinements that my Ram Laramie had that aren't on the Caravan R/T, but over-all it has fulfilled our needs and expectations rather well. This is the third vehicle that I have bought from Dodgeland of Columbia. Anybody wanting a good vehicle and a square deal... come to Dodgeland. JT's team will take good care of you!

I came in a couple days ago to have my vehicle serviced. I was told to speak with Patrick or Bill regarding the reason for my visit. The man in the first outside cubicle told me Patrick and Bill were the men beHind him. So I go and stand next to Bill's cubicle. I said "Hello" he doesn't acknowledge that I'm even standing there. I then asked if he was "Patrick or Bill" he tells me " I'll be with you in a moment" ok. I'm standing there for nearly two minutes you should have told me that when you I first walked up, a Goodmorning or Hello would have been appreciated as well. Patrick finally acknowledged me. I will be taking my money at the end of this month to Nissan, I was considering buying a Charger but if this is the service I have to put up with to get my car maintenanced , I'd rather go elsewhere. I just moved from Southern California car dealerships in the south east could use improvement.Try offering refreshments and a hello along with a smile to your customers at the very least.

Oil changes completed in timely manner. Had an issue with my vehicle pulling to the left and they had it fixed in no time. I absolutely like the fact that the mechanic will come out and talk to you and explain in detail what is going on with your vehicle how long it will take to fix it. I live an hour and half away from Dodgeland but the great service is worth the drive to me. Keep up the good work!

I got a good truck from them, almost 2 months later there are still no issues. The problem I have and the reason I am only giving two stars is because when I turned my old truck in I couldn't get the tool box out of the bed. I was told that they would get it out and get it back to me. It took two weeks for me to get a hold of the guy that told me he would get it out when I talked to him I said the truck had been sent to auction. When I told him I needed it back as it belonged to my father he hung up on me. I have also been trying to get a hold of someone from finance for a week leaving a message on what ever machine was not full, with my name and number, and as of the writing of this review had yet to receive a reply. Maybe they are swamped with customers, or maybe they only care about the next sale and think "We have the money so screw those who need help after." If you want a Good truck and don't mind not being able to get a hold of anyone if something goes wrong . Then this is the place for you. If not you might want to find some place with better customer service.

My wife and I had been looking online for the right vehicle we found a 06 Durango at dodgeland in our budget met with Shawn our salesman , who buy the way was super nice and was going above and beyond to help us. We sat down to figure out financing, very close on a deal and had to call it a night because banks were closed. The next day talked to Bob one of the finance managers said financing was not going to be a problem just needed to pieces of paper work from me. We get to dealership that afternoon some other salesman tires to move in on sale because Shawn was off and proceeds to say bank needs so much down and that was the complete opposite of what Bob had said and by the time we had arrived Bob was already gone for the day. This other salesman didn't try to figure out what was wrong or try to help in any way then offered us a 10 dollar gas card for our trouble which we refused we came there for a vehicle not a gas card or to be treated so poorly, I have never been so upset. I would like however apologize to Shawn he really did help I wish he would have been there when we came back would have given him our bussines and Bob the finance manager but as for the rest you should be ashamed to treat people like that and my young children saw how their parents were treated like they were worthless and not worth their time, we will never go back to this dealership

Our salesman was wonderful! The sale price on the used car was a good price! First, we wanted the finance manager to send the finance paperwork to our bank. They basically refused, and my husbands credit was pulled by multiple lending agencies. We purchased an extended warranty on the car because it was used. When we test drove the car it was perfect, no noises, no indications of anything being wrong, drove smoothly! The warranty was for future problems if any. Two weeks into having the car the transmission started making noises. I've taken to 2 different ford dealerships, one of which dodgeland took it to, and was given 2 completely different diagnosis. Took it to a transmission shop and the confirmed what was suspected! Dodgeland doesn't want to help. If you buy from them, buy NEW, not used. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tundra from Dodgeland. The price was good on the truck but thats where the good relationship ended. The truck had a sensor light on and I was TOLD that they would take care of it. I had to take the truck to a toyota dealership to check the issue. Only to discover that it needed 5K worth of repair. I asked them to repair it since they said it was "no problem" My response was that it wouldn't be a problem except that they would lose money if they fixed it. I told them I wanted my money back and to cancel that sale. They did that and told me they would send that truck to auction. I rode by there within a few days after I returned it and to my shock..the truck was back for sale on the lot for the same amount they sold it to me for. ANd I found out that it WAS NEVER REPAIRED. So someone is going to get stuck with a truck with a HUGE repair to be made on it. Needless to say I have told everyone about this and recommended to them to not deal with dodge land!!!!!

Shawn paid attention to what I said I wanted (Model, price, features, etc.), suggested a few cars, described all their features, answered my questions, had me test-drive a few once we narrowed it down and then the rest was managed by Mike, the finance manager. Little bump in the road there, but it was ultimately resolved. They even threw in a coupon book of maintenance services for free!

I purchased a veh from JT's in Sept of 2009 and was very happy with the service, purchase and experience. I had all of the work/repairs completed at the dealership, including when my veh was in an accident and I insisted (to the insurance company) that I wanted the repairs completed in Dodgelands bodyshop. I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and recommended their facility to my co-workers and friends. At the end of Feb I purchased another veh from Dodgeland. The experience the day I purchased the veh was great. However-everything since then has not made me feel very valued as a customer (especially a loyal customer). I had to follow up with the sales agent five times to get an issue resolved that was agreed upon when I purchased the veh. Note again---I had to follow up. I left more than five messages for the agent and manager to get some help and no one returned my call. My sister finally took the car to the dealership and insisted on having the issue fixed (I am single and work a full time job so it is extremely hard for me to get time off to come over to the dealership). After two hours the situation was fixed. It seemed like an awful lot of time/effort/trouble on my part for a promised fix. The next week (approximately 30 days since I purchased the veh) I had a problem with the intelligent key. Again-once it was towed to Dodgeland I had to follow up with the service dept on the status of my veh. Four days later it was determined that the vehicle needed to be sent to the Nissan dealership for further investigation (luckily I had purchased a warranty with the veh). The Nissan Service Manager called me almost daily to provide an update on the status of my veh (excellent communication). No calls from Dodgeland-no offer to provide me with a rental (I had to arrange rides during the entire 10 day period my veh was being repaired). When the veh was finally ready to be picked up there was a delay in Dodgeland paying the invoice to the Nissan dealership, so instead of receiving my veh on the day it was fixed and not have to worry about rides anymore-I had to make arrangements for someone to give me a ride to the Nissan dealership at 7am so I could pick up the dealership (had to do it before work). I am very frustrated. Whether I was a brand new customer or in this case a loyal six year customer-my expectations were not met. My expectations are simple-stand behind your word, provide a great customer experience and make it easy and right for the customer!

Arrived at JT's Dodgeland gritting teeth. Had one too many experiences in past. Parked car and Chad came out and quickly greeted me. Told him I had made an appointment to see a 2003 Honda Pilot. Chad took me to work area and quickly got the Honda ready for driving. We immediately connected and I started to ease tensions. Test drive went excellent. Came in and Chad listened closely to my price point and budget. Chad relayed the info to the credit manager - and amazingly - I was approved for the correct price point with no extra sales pushing of "you need." The computer system went down and they still had all the paperwork cleared in an hour. Chad went the extra step and took the $25 gas card and took the Honda out to the gas station and returned. Chad went an extra step and noticed I was in an Enterprise Rent A Car. Chad confirmed that I could drive down Greystone Blvd. and turn car in - then the guy at Enterprise could drive me back and drive the Honda home! That solution not only saved me more money but deducted an additional 48-hrs. of driving and office time figuring out how I could do the swap. I loved the bell! Thank everyone please! Even the two sales guys that flirted with me :).

Its been a month since weve gotten our 2015 Dodge Journey from JT Dodgeland.If they cant put you in a car of some kind then its your fault.I went in with a credit number of under 500.and left with a brand new car.They worked payments where I could make them no high pressure...no BS...they were honest with me and my wife and we were honest with them.Shawn and Chuck made it happen.We live in Sumter where youre treated like crap at any new car dealership.ITS WORTH THE DRIVE.Everyones bucket list should include getting a car from JTs DodgelandThese people could teach how to provide customer service to other places.Thy are the MASTERS of it.Yall ROCk....

I drove 8 hours to puchase this car from these guys and the buying process and my sales person were great. However that's when the service ended ! I am from out of state but the dealer insisted on collecting the Ga taxes from me at the time of sale. That was fine I would have to have paid them when I registered the car in Ga anyway. However they held the roughly $2K for 30 days before sending it to Ga. When they sent it they did not follow the instruction and sent it to the wrong office which has further delayed the processing. As of today I am driving with an expired SC temp tag. The reason for this is that the admin that seems to control this process hasn't returned multiple phone calls and though I did manage to speak with her one time she still hasn't sent me a replacement tag that she promised. Lousy lousy service.

I went here to pick my husbands car from service. I decided to go ahead and apply for a loan since I needed a new car. They were closing so I was told I would be contacted. I was that weekend and I gathered my three kids and 18yo sis who was visiting and drove an hour there from Shaw Air Force base. My husband was deployed.I was offered a 2015 car, smaller than my previous but new. I was happy with that. I was treated nicely and was comfortable. The two problems were 1. I was there from 12 to 5 with a 2,7, and 10 year old. They have no entertainment for families that have children tho there's a corner room with a carpet a couple books and a couple generic Drs office toys, there was no tv or movies. There was only popcorn in the popcorn maker and no near by place to find lunch or a snack. My two year old had finished his snacks, juice, and milk by 2! Problem 2. I left in a complete different car than what I test drove and looked at and was told was what I was signing for. This was because the model I thougt I was getting apparently was 4,000 more and no one told me that wouldn't work with my credit so instead I was given a base model without even LOOKING at it. Thus the waiting my entire Saturday, the sales person was finagling numbers behind he scenes. I didn't find out this base Model, 4000$ difference info until a week later.I started noticing differnt things missing from this car that were in the one i test drive as I drove home. I emailed the manager and he called me back in to the office and offered to get me floor mats that where not in the base model and reinburse me for my car seat I had to purchase because the one I had would not fit in this car like it did in the one I test drove. (Car was same exact car year make model and color so I had no idea the wool was pulled over my eyes) he offered me to return the car..no, so I took the floor mats and money for the car seat. I think they need more friendly items for family like a tv and maybe a little cooler with juice and or water for people who sit there for 5 hours with 2 year olds like me. I'm sure money isn't an issue for these dodge dealerships and it would make everyone a little more comfortable. Otherwise they are great people to work with. If my husband wasn't deployed j wouldn't have brung the kids. My sister was helpful for the first 2 hours but for the last 3 she was about like my 2yr old :-) id come back here and id bring a friend looking for a car! But if pay attention to every detail that time. I never purchased a car before this so its one of those live and learn things.

Henry, my totally awesome salesman with 20+ years experience, Shawn (Sales Mgr?) and Chuck (Finance Mgr) and Ally Bank helped me get out of an upside down automobile and although I had to go back to JT's Dodgeland 4 times, it was well worth it. If I did not have the upside down issue then I would have likely been off the lot with a new Dart the first visit. But they worked with me and that's what counts. The other salesmen on the lot were very kind and we chatted up about cars while the others involved in my deal were working on it. They did not have but a few Darts the first couple of times I went but eventually said they traded some trucks for some Darts, and boy am I glad they did. I love my new 2014 Dart SXT (pitch black clear coat with Rallye options) and am now starting to meet up with others who have Darts to cruise and talk cars. It's a culture I'm excited about. The only thing that I can say that I was not pleased with is that someone at Dodgeland misplaced my window sticker. It was nowhere to be found. I'm not too happy about that. I wanted the original sticker but it is gone forever. Joshua in the detail department did a great job cleaning her up before I drove away. I recently had my first free oil change, on a Saturday afternoon, not crowded and didn't take too long, about an hour and a half wait. Thanks to all at JT's Dodgeland on Greystone! Now I'm trying to get my 34 year old son in a Dart. Driving a Dodge is being a true American.

My salesperson Shawn was terrific. He told me that the "sales manager" had a nice vehicle that would fit my needs. Well a not so nice 2011 Ram basic truck was brought around for me to drive. I drove it anyway and wasn't that impressed. When we got back to the dealership we sat down and I thought if the price was right maybe. I was thinking this truck was worth around 10,000 or so... Well Mr. sales mgr comes back with a price of 21,000 for this less than desireable truck. I told him "no thanks!" and started to leave. I told Shawn he was alright, but I didn't care for the SM too much. I told Shawn that there was another vehicle on the lot that caught my eye a 2008 RAM. We walked back outside (it was also pouring rain on this day) I showed him which one and he went and got the keys. Very nice truck, fully loaded, leather seats, sunroof, immacuately taken care of...Price 14,000 out the door! When the deal was being done with Shawn the Sales Mgr. just kept calling him and handing him paperwork over the cubicle. He didn't speak with me again. I also asked Shawn why the SM didn't show me the less expensive nicer truck to start with? Needless to say, I had to return to the dealership later with my wife. The sales manager was up with some other people looked right at me and my wife and asked "How yall folks doing today?" then just kept walking. I almost told him "Well, you should know who I am! I spent 3 hours here today purchasing a vehicle!" On another note Chuck the finance guy was fantastic. Overall experience Shawn was great,, your so called sales manager was NOT. Chuck was great! The other sales people and the little girl up front didn't even acknowledge me. I even got coffee and wasn't really spoken to. Work on your people skills at this dealership and give customers the good deal the first time. Don't try to pawn off junk for a high price to get rid of it! Chuck

(Was told all cars go through inspections and if it's not up to par they send it off to auction.)Liked it a lot so had our mechanic look at it and found out it had a junk yard motor and axle was busted. So we were driving around with our kids on an busted axle . So be careful.

As soon as I arrived a sales rep named Kenny came out and started talking to me He took me over to the are where the Challengers were and showed me the exact car I wanted.Kenny is awesome, he took me inside and started my paperwork. The entire time he was telling me exactly what was going on. I ended up leaving with my new car in about 2 hours. The entire staff of Dodgeland went above and beyond helping me get the car I always wanted. I would go there again when its time to get another car, thank you all ;)

I went in to look to purchase a used vehicle. There were no vehicles that fit my needs. So the car salesman showed me a couple of new cars. I test drove the Dodge Dart. I really liked the look and feel of the car. So I decided to purchase it. Now here's were the problems began. First, the salesman, apparently was trying to juggle two or three sales at once. I was very noticeable because I literally sat in a cubical for several minutes by myself not knowing what was going on. Then I got up to find the salesman and he told me and showed me that it was in the finance department, which was just another cubical. I then went over to the gentleman that was inside that cubical and made contact with him. I then asked where was my paperwork in the process? After he looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be over there near his area, he asked me my name and said they were still waiting on the financing to come back. So I went and sat back down and continued to wait. To my surprise, I then see the same guy from the financing section (remember the cubical) walking around talking and laughing with other employees of the dealership. He also appeared to by handing out what appeared to be there pay checks or something that he was giving each of them that was placed inside a white envelope. Why am I telling you this, " Because he was not doing anything to assist me in getting out of there". At this point I was getting a little irritated. I then relocated my salesmen and asked if he could see what was going on. After a while he brought some paperwork over to me (inside my cubical where I was placed in solitary confinement) that needed to be completed. Finally, I felt some form of relief that we were getting somewhere. well the relief was quickly flushed out of my soul when he pushed some of the paperwork over to my and said "please begin to fill these documents out and I (the salesman) will work of these. Okay, enough of that part of the story. Well, finally I was called over to the very busy finance guy to sign my paperwork. Now that part was not slow at all, actually it was like "let me hurry and get this guy out of here because it's getting close to lunch time". That entire process was quick and took no more than 8 minutes. I didn't care at this point, I was just ready to go. So I got into my New Dodge Dart and darted the heck out of there. I had mention to the salesman that I want to look at getting a set of the factory fog lights on my vehicle because the car I choose did not come with them. He told me to call him tomorrow and he would take me down to the service and parts department to get that taken care of right away in the morning. While the next day I woke up and said maybe that was just a bad or busy day for the dealership. Everyone has a off day. But when I called the next morning I had to go into detail explaining to the salesman who I was. it was like he almost forgot that he dealt with me lest than 24 hours earlier. But anyway, he simply gave me the number to the parts department and said to call John (at least I think that was the name he gave me). I was done and so over it. Well to my surprise my engine light came on two days later, and let me be clear that the engine light issue was in know way the fault of the dealership. So I took it into the service department to have the issue addressed. The first service customer care person was an older gentlemen that had either just started working there or had no know of simple troubleshooting, because I simply asked if he could hook up a computer and let me know what the error code was for the cause of the light? And he actually said that "the new cars no longer have the plug-ins to read the error codes". Now giving you the reader of this full disclosure, I was raised around the field of auto mechanics and I served in the United Stated Marine Corps as a diesel mechanic for eight years. my point being I know the you could get the error codes from the service connector under the dash on the driver's side. But as soon as I thought all was lost a younger gentleman that was sitting in the cubical behind the first service intake employee stepped right in and side "yes sir you are correct. give me a second and I can get that code for you". He simply pulled out his iPad and plugged it up and immediately gave me the error code. In addition, he was very accommodating and offered to immediately get the problem corrected. he also offer me a rental vehicle while they repaired the issue. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he alone was the light that said to me that at least one employee has the knowledge and ability of customer service. Anyway, I still need to reschedule a date to carry the care in for the issue. If you have read this far, you are probably asking yourself why would he write so much about his experience that was mostly negative? Well, first I'm a retire Cooperate Executive and I know that this type of information very rarely reaches the top where changes can be made and we would kill to get this type of detailed information. Secondly, I kept getting emails to please rate your car buying experience from us. So now you get it, I just hope someone would actually use this email from a customer as a teachable moment for the employees. I you notice I did not use specific names, because it is not my intent to cause anyone a job lost or to give the dealership a bad name, because I'm sure their are good long-term employees that care about the customer, the quality of the product out put, and the reputation of the company. So, this rating and write is not intended to keep you from purchasing a Dodge or even purchasing a Dodge from Dodge Land of Columbia. Was pre-approved by the bank before we shopped there. We looked at another dealer in Lugoff first, but since we knew one of the salesmen personally, and had promised that salesmen a whole year before when we were ready that we would give him a shot first, we contacted him. We told him the price the other dealer was offering us and even sent him the link to that specific vehicle so he could compare. He told us his manager said not only could he match it, his manager said he would beat their price. That price even included adding running boards. When we got there, they had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. When it came to closing the deal, not only did they NOT match or beat the other price, they were over $1, 500.00 higher, not throwing in the running boards and told us we had to put $3, 000.00 down. We haggled back and forth, but they refused. As we were leaving, the manager insulted us, and told us there was no way we would be getting that vehicle for that price and we would be back. Well....we got the vehicle alright... from the dealer in Lugoff... oh, and by the way...the manager was right, we didn't buy the vehicle for the original price they quoted...they even did BETTER than that....so there you go! By the way...the salesman is awesome. Great guy! Too bad his managers are too ignorant to realize it.

I REFUSE TO STOP THERE -NOT ONLY IS THIS A NEW VEHICLE I PURCHASED, I AM THE FIRST OWNER AND DUE TO GIVE BIRTH IN LAST THAN TWO WEEKS AND WANT MY CAR FIXED AND CORRECTED BECAUSE I AM STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THIS VEHICLE. I never had any negative comments about the service at Dodgeland. However, the last time that I had my car serviced was the most terrible experience that I've ever had. I went to have my oil changed and it is still leaking oil. I returned the car to explain the problem and it still has not been corrected. I am unsure whether I will return my car to be serviced again. I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received.

I purchased a used vehicle from one of the salesmen named Quincy. Before I purchased the vehicle, he gave me a great price then called me 10 minutes later to tell me his manager said he couldn't lower the price. I had gotten my own financing and I was promised that the vehicle will be serviced and detailed which was never done. Also, Quincy promised me he will send me a check to cover service that should have been done to begin with. (Oil change and wheel alignment. Neve heard back from him and he ignore all my phone calls. These people do not treat their customers right. Will definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could do this all over again, I will go somewhere else. Not completely happy with them because of this.

I took my jeep in and its been over 10 days and I haven't gotten my jeep back yet and I feel like the service department has a problem telling the truth and I feel they lead the customer on from my understanding you are a jeep dealer and you don't have the parts to fix my jeep wow. I feel like I bought a lemon but I did buy the gold plus warranty and I just don't understand why I had to use it if I only had the jeep for 2 weeks??? this is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from DODGELAND and I have all my friends and co workers buying from them I just don't like this service treatment that I'm receiving on my JEEP!! P.S. and I still don't know when I will get my JEEP back!?? I will always recommend this Dealership just not the Service Department feel free to contact me Wesley Burton

My husband and I came into Dodgeland with only the intention of ONLY looking around and we ended up leaving with a brand new truck. As soon as I walked in, I began scouting out all of the salesmen to see who looked the most honest. No matter which salesman came up to us, I was going to only speak with Kevin and I guess he could tell because he was the guy that was sent to us without me having to ask for him. He was such a down to earth guy and also very honest. I really had no intention of leaving with a new truck that night but I could not say no to the deals that Kevin was putting on the table for us. He did everything he could to get the payment plan I needed and the price I was looking for (successful by the way). He never once tried to rush us out of there even though we kept them open for an extra hour and a half. He made sure to take his time while he explained everything I needed to know and he answered every single one of my questions with patience and competence. I really could not say enough great things about Kevin Wiley. Dodgeland is a clean facility with a friendly staff (for the most part). The only complaint I have is that when it began to get close to 9:00, you could feel the attitude change in the air from other employees towards Kevin and us. In a way, I understand that I wouldn't want to stay after hours if I didn't have a sale I was working on but I would never let my aggravation show to the extent that it was. I hope JT knows what a great employee he has in Kevin!!!

Researched inventories online of area dealers and Dodgeland had best inventory available. Still had to negotiate price even though I had an e-price. Even with that, the overall experience was great. The staff was courteous and Cory, my salesman, has followed up with me a couple of times, checking to see if everything is okay. Overall I'm pleased with Dodgeland and I love my truck!

The service department does a good job, but they did not check the fluid levels in my car (particularly my antifreeze). Sometimes the wait time is a bit long, but I hope they are taking time to really service my car which causes a long wait time. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I walked in and knew what I wanted. A Dodge Challenger. The Challenger they had listed on their web site was no longer there. They said they had another one a different color but it didn't have some of the options they have listed on the net were not on that vehicle. The salesman was nice and friendly and worked on getting me in and out quickly. A couple of weeks earlier my girlfriend brought a car and the salesman took time to explain accessories, her warranty and introduce her to the service department. I didn't recieve any of this. I choice my car and now some accessories such as Uconnect aren't working properly.

I walked into the dealership and was greeted by the receptionist, it started off slow trying to be seen by a sales associate. But Quincy became available to assist with showing me the cars I was interested in. I brought my sisters along to help pick out my car, and treated them well and kept them involved in the process. I love my car so far it's been almost a month now no issues, and they continue to check and see how things are going with the car. Great overall experience.

This was the 4th dealership I went to. I saw the car that just made my heart beat. The salesman said are you interested and my fiance and I said YES PLEASE. The salesman took us for a ride and basically showed us what the bad boy could do(2014 Dodge Challenger V8 Hemi with 400+ Horsepower). I fell in love and the salesman was perfect, I asked what I wanted and he said it had it! There were a few things it didn't have but it was nothing to major to affect my decision!!!

While the sales process was decent, and my husband and I figured we found a good dealership, we have never been so wrong. It is now 2 months after purchasing the vehicle and our bank still has not received the title to the car. They are now wanting to change our loan to an unsecured loan because the dealership hasn't sent in the title. WOW, 2 months after buying the car and not only paying for the vehicle itself, but paying extra fees to ENSURE the title gets mailed did not happen and now I might have to pay EXTRA for it? If that weren't all, my temporary tags are now EXPIRED since they were apparently unable to get those to us in time as well. So you mean to tell me you couldn't file the proper title paperwork AND you couldn't send me my license plates so I'm not responsible for a ticket if I receive one? I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. My family might be Dodge lovers, but we will not be back at this dealership for anything.

Overall, the experience was good. However, I felt as if my salesman said whatever he could to make a sale. I was told that my payments would be deferred for 75 days only to receive a payment book the very next month that had no reflection of the deal made by the salesman. I think it was a dishonest gesture since the salesman made these promises in front of not only me, but my fiance as well. When we received the payment book, the first thing my fiance said was, "I thought he said your first payment wasn't due for 75 days. You need to call him because that's not right." When I called the salesman, of course he claimed he had no recollection of the verbal agreement he made before he set the paperwork in motion. He said that someone would contact me from the finance office over a week ago, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of following through with your agreements and deals. If making empty promises is how this salesman conducts business, then this will be the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from this dealership ever again, and I won't make any recommendations to send any business there. Not that my concerns really matter or affect their daily business and customer base, I feel as if someone should know and look out for this in the future.

However, I was told if I referred someone that I would receive a referral incentive. Although it's been a year this month (July 2014) needless to say it did not happen. My co-worker went in and purchased a 2014 Avenger and was too when she asked "Does my friend get something for referring me"? Derrick told her yes I'm going to take care of her tell her to call me. I called and left Derrick a message and he never returned my call. I text him today, July 7,2014 and he has yet to respond. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE ELSE!!!! I had 2 more referrals to send to them but because of the dishonesty and Derrick ignoring my call and text. I'm going to inform everyone I know that mentions Dodgeland as a prospect of buying a car that, they are liers!!!!!

Don't Buy Here!! The sales man Ulicise wouldn't leave me alone till i bought my truck, now I cant get him to retun my phone call to have it serviced/fixed it had a bad alignment when I bought it. They also "sold" me the truck only to call a day later and change the deal on me and increase the interest, and 35+ days later I'm still waiting on my registration.

My overall experience was great. My salesman was Chad. I wasn't ready to buy a car yet, but I was looking for a used 2007-2010 Toyota Camry. However, the one I was looking at had high mileage. Chad informed me that they had a 2012 Toyota Camry (used) with less miles. After 2 test drives, I fell in love with the car. After several attempts talking with the financial manager, I ended up purchasing the car. The only complaint I have is all the follow up calls. A call can made a week after the car is purchased to make sure everything is okay with the car. My salesman Chad did an awesome job.

I've taken my 2012 Dodge Charger to them since I purchased it. They have always provided good service. I would like to see them offer more to the service experience such as complimentary vacuum or maybe car wash to their loyal customers. Overall, i would give them 4 out of 5 stars. Not quite a five star rating because of a particular incident that occurred with a previous service associate. The problem was addressed but none-the-less it took a complaint to the manager before it was recognized.

My salesman was Mr. Kenny Andersen. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up on the lot ans welcomed me for visiting. I explained to him that I was in search of a new vehicle and we went from there. I had a few cars in mind but he showed me a few and I picked the one I wanted, an 09' Dodge Charger. While my paperwork was being processed he attended to my needs and assured me that I would be driving off the lot with a new car. On the way back from Florida, my water pump in my Nitro failed me. I had my vehicle towed to a AAA car center expecting to get the best price there because of my membership. Not true...they quoted me $780 for a new water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt. I was shocked! I normally do all of the service on my own vehicle, and I felt that I was being taken advantage of. I called Dodgeland, and spoke with Shawn. He told me exactly how much each part would cost and the amount of labor involved. He also quoted me a repair price of $435. $350 less than my insurance provider! I've always understood that dealerships are way more expensive than anyone else. NOT TRUE of Dodgeland! I also have to thank their courtesy driver, Bobby. He not only picked my family up at the AAA center, but also got me in touch with a tow truck driver an hour before AAA could have one sent to their car care center. He even took my sister and brother-in-law to a local fast food restaurant to get some lunch!!! Needless to say, my car was fixed in a few hours, and I was on my way again thanks to Dodgeland! Best service I have experienced in a LONG time!

I went to this dealership three days in a row looking and test driving a new Ram. On the third day at lunch i had them look at my truck to appraise the trade in value. I had to go back to work and asked to either call or e-mail the price on two trucks with my trade in. For the next three days I called at least twice a day to be told that they were still trying to get me the best price on m y trade( Crazy right?) So on the third afternoon the salesperson basically told me the sales manager does not want to give numbers via e-mail or phone for fear that I will price shop them. So I went to Triangle Dodge in Graniteville SC and purchased my new truck there with no problems at all. So after that I wrote a bad review and then I finally got a response from them. I spoke with the General Manager ( Lee Stills) who very politely apologized for the service I received and offered my a free two year oil change. I said there was no need for this but he insisted. So I accepted. Over two months later I have not received a thing and no further contact. Which is fine but all should know of their HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM of this delaership

Salesman was top notch, very helpful, not pushy, courteous, will recomend him highly to anyone who asks. Disappointed with the detail department. Purchased a brand new car even had the plastic still on the seats, the car was sent to be cleaned and detailed. It was late on a Friday nite, my whole afternoon had been used dealing with the purchase, car came back I noticed on my way home that the inside was not as clean as it should have been was extremly dusty on dash and console area. The next day when I could really appreciate my brand new car in the light of day I noticed that there was tape glue all over the sides and front of the car and what appeared to be scratches on the spoiler in several places. I called Quincey and he told me to bring it back in and he would get them to clean it and detail it again. I brought it back and waited aproximatley an hour they still didn't detail the inside of the car and even Quincey had to go inside and get a cloth and touch up the spoiler again.This is the second car I have purchased from you guys and I will purchase my next one here also. The finance dept is excellent, the salesman went way beyond but your detailing department is awful. Also was sad I missed out on your Kindel fire promotion by a week. But I love my car and will referr anyone I meet to you and my salesman. Thanks Teresa

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Run don't walk away from this dealership!! Highly unprofessional they will tell you anything to get you there then screw you. They called me 4 times to make sure I was coming that day. I drive 2 hours with my two toddlers to buy a car they were suppoidly holding for me only to find out they let someone else take it home. No apology or anything it was pretty much snooze you lose. Then they got it back Tgey offered to send it to my house which they did with 2 retired gentlemen who were only "drivers " so they could tell me nothing about the car or how to fill out the financing paperwork. Then they made mistakes on forms when I got the new forms in the mail they were someone else's not mine they sent mine somewhere else. Only cared about getting the paperwork back to make the sale even though they inconvenienced me kept repeatedly calling me at work to get the sale in by the end of the month. Send someone to sit out in front of my house til I came home from work to get the papers. Again no info on where to sign or what was what. Flat out told me the office makes mistakes all the time. Not once was I apologized to. I would never ever ever recommend anyone to this dealer. These reviews are a joke on here probably made from the employees. If I didn't need a right hand drive jeep and it wasn't so hard to find I would have gone somewhere else !!!

I was speaking with Camilla (not sure if that is how she spells it), was very nice. Her manager MARSHALL, on the other hand, was not even courteous. Same vehicle was on the lot 2 months ago, and I asked if they would reduce their price. Manager said no and that was that not even have a good day. (I was offering $3,000 under asking price). Wasn't planning on calling back, but I do need a vehicle, so I called. They reduced their initial price, but I offered another $1,000 less, and was somehow misunderstood. When I called back she did not answer the phone, but her manager, who did not introduce himself, but told me what I said, and said "no way," then hung up. Unbelievable! He is completely rude, and who knows, maybe I would have gone up. There is an overlying theme here. Quite frankly, I was offended. I am a cash in hand customer waiting for the perfect vehicle, and do not appreciate being spoken to condescendingly.

We walked in and immediately felt very comfortable and after a few minutes of talking wants and needs with Mr. Everett he ran outside and due to it raining pulled the truck (we ended up purchasing) up to the back door so my wife wouldn't get soaked. We bought a 2011 Dodge hemi on 6/13/13. Should have realized early on that customer service was poor when salesman did not return call after getting interested in vehicle. When he did call it was to relay a very rude rejection from a sales manager on our initial and fair offer. We did finally buy the vehicle but during the process found out that truck was not a local single owner as represented and that the dealership had no intention of processing our tag within the week as promised by salesman. We have made several calls to salesman and to the licensing people but they show no interest in helping. We are getting ready to take a trip to South Dakota this week and the temporary tag will expire before we return.

Brandon really went the extra, extra mile to help us find the vehicle we were looking for. We wanted something very specific for our daughter, and he took notes and started looking. Went in and viewed a mini van, long story short heard the offer from the finance manager since the first deal presented was so high no one in their right mind would take it. Never got a call back in three days after repeatedly leaving messages for the salesman. I got excuses from the manager and was told he would call me back in an hour with good or bad info on a deal....No call. Terrible customer service, was told they see 75 people on a Saturday and only 20 make a decision so in their business they just move on. No secondary vehicle to consider, no return calls until a week later after I have already made a deal somewhere else with ACTUAL customer service. Would never go back and over all a terrible experience.

Kenny greeted us with a smile as I tossed him keys and said, "Here you take this and get my wife something new to drive." (jokingly) We briefly went inside and made a few determinations about what we were after, then out to the lot to take a look. We looked at this and that while Kenny explained the value of new cars compared to used cars. We had no trouble finding exactly what we were after, make, model and color (which they had all of). Out for the test drive, a nice quiet experience with just my family and myself. We pulled back up to the lot and I told my wife here comes the pressure. Well I was wrong!!! Never once did we feel any pressure to make a deal. Kenny and Travis ran the numbers and came back with 1st offer, the wife and I talked it over and sent Kenny back with a goal that we were comfortable with. Then Travis approached us, " Look guys I've all I can to get to where you need to be to buy and honestly I just can't get it there." uh-oh I thought we'll be driving the truck back home, " the difference is $4.00." At that point we had a done deal. Drove off the lot in our brand spanking new 2013 Dodge Avenger!!!!! Thank you Kenny, Travis, and the entire staff at Dodgeland!!!!!!P.S They even let my kids (4 and 8) run around and have a blast inside, not one single person even appeared to be aggravated, as a matter of fact one of the other reps gave them balloons!!!!!

I found a used Chevrolet Avalanche on their lot that I was quite interested. So on Monday filled in the form, which contains the vehicle info I was interested in, received a call from Flora to setup a test drive for Thursday at 6pm. Flora called back on Wednesday to confirm that we would there on Thursday for the appointment, which we did confirm. Wife and I arrived at 6pm, then one of the sales people states that the vehicle was sent to another city to be auctioned off. Needless to I was not a happy camper. The sales man wanted to know if we could come back on Friday and they would have the vehicle back on the lot. I said no, and that I would not be back. I did receive another phone call after we left from their Use car manager apologizing and stated he would have the vehicle back if we came back to look at it. I thanked him and politely said "We will not be back nor would we even consider purchasing a vehicle from them". Also, I will be sure to tell my co-workers about this as they were interested in how this dealership treated us.

On 5/4/2013 my husband and I went to Dodgeland in the hopes of getting a new car. Randall met us and took us to his office. We were going over the particulars when he and my husband disappeared. Kenny greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome as soon as we pulled into the dealership. I explained that I was a repeat customer who wanted to trade my Durango for a new truck but that I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Recently purchased a 2013 Dodge journey sold to me by Jarvis Smith. Great salesman, was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of information and answered all questions I had in a polite manner. Actually everyone was very kind. The only thing I would suggest is if at all possible, don't bring small children with you, its not a very kid friendly atmosphere. There's no play area and your children will be forced to sit with you during you important purchase. I know typically people wouldn't bring their kids, but sometimes you don't have a choice.

My sister and her husband drove almost two hours out of their way to show up for a car that was promised to them. As it turns out, the car wasn't even there. They received the whole schtick about how it was "just sold last night". Really? Then why did they receive TWO calls from TWO different salesmen today practically begging them to come look at that particular car? Both the salesman and his manager either both flat-out lied or just didn't have any clue how to conduct an honorable business deal. After THAT disappointment, they brought out another vehicle with similar mileage and price for them to look at. The paint was in desperate need of a paint job and even had a large chunk missing in the middle of the hood that the salesman TRIED TO COVER WITH HIS HAND before we could see it. At that time, we decided these people weren't even worth dealing with.I was just a bystander during this time, but I'm in the market for a new car, as well. I would've considered dealing with them had they negotiated fairly with my sister and her husband. Scratch that, they lost two potential sales due to being shady "businessmen". NOT recommended at all.

The two times that I have had my truck serviced at Dodgeland of Columbia, the fluid levels (the coolant and windshield washer) were not checked. I happened to look under the hood and was shocked how low the coolant was and there is no leak. When ever I take my vehicle to Firestone, they check and top off all fluids. I get better service at Firestone at a better price.

While traveling from Oh back home to FL our 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 broke down on the interstate around 5:00 in 99 degree weather. After getting a tow to Dodgeland and finding a hotel right next door, they got our truck in first thing in the morning. While it was not an easy fix, they had all parts on hand and even tho the tech was supposed to he home around noon for a family get together he stayed until the job was completed around 1 pm to get us on the road. The service writer and Tech both kept us informed as to what was happening to our truck and kept cost down as much as possible. It is never fun to break down anytime on the road, especially in another state, but the guys here were very courteous and went way beyond what we expected. We were greeted by Eric Lawrence the moment we arrived at Dodgeland of Columbia. Normally, two women (one very old and one getting there) are invisable at places where men usually dominate the buying power (hardware stores, auto repair shops, etc). I know this from previous experience. Eric immediately gave the impression that he was waiting for us. I had been to another dealership and they could not be bothered..I was at that other brand dealership all of five minutes. Eric was very patient and really listened to what I was looking for. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was very considerate of my 90 yr mother who was with me. Eric matched me with my 2010 Dodge Dakota and Derek made the financing a pleasant experience. Derek took the time to explain everything and sometimes more than once. As with Eric, Derek treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I also feel that Eric went above and beyond the day I picked up my truck and traded in my old one. Dodgeland also made follow-up calls after the sale. I would highly recommend Dodgeland of Columbia especially to women who are on their own.

I have given this dealership and "outstanding" review/rating for the following reasons. First of all, the salesperson, Karriem, was professional, polite, corteoues and the fact I enjoyed the most he was not pushy. Every car I inquired about he showed me and explained the details. Derek Blizzard is an outstanding Business Manager. He went over every aspect of buying the car and the options and why he would recommend. Eddie Wahden was no nonsense and he wasn't pushy either and really helped Karriem to seal the deal with the car that I purchased. Derek was very instrumental in selecting the car that I ultimately purchased; 2006 Infiniti G35 that had approximately 42K miles and is in excellent condition. He saw the car that I was driving, a 1996 Toyota Camry with over 250K miles on it. I told him that I like to keep my cars and wanted something dependable and he suggested the Infiniti. Finally, Paul Cobb made the deal happen with financing and also provided me with an extended warranty that is necessary for older model cars and he sold me the one that would take care of everything with this Infiniti. My oldeest son bought a car from Dodgeland many years ago when the Dodge Neon first came out and we never had a problem with the car nor service. He would still be driving this car today except that he had electrical problems with the stereo box he added. This was a great experience and I am enjoying the car,so far.

I purchased my vehicle from Dodgeland of Columbia about 4 years ago. Recently, the tail lights stop working and changing out the fuse was not solving the problem. I called and spoke with Mike and he said to bring it in on the day i wanted to......i had to wait a short while when he informed me it was going to be a while longer and offered me a free ride home!....Mike called me a few hours later to tell me the problem could be solved and at what cost.....I told him to go ahead and fix it and was able to pick it back up by 5pm.

I brought in my 2006 Charger for routine service, oil change, filters, etc. When I purchased the car in 2006, I also purchased a maintenance plan that included coupons for oil changes and whatnot. I used one of the coupons and my service was free, so I am not certain about the general prices. The coupon book is great, it's nice having already paid for the services. Everyone was really friendly and pleasant, and they completed the service very quickly. I was nicely surprised, as I was prepared to wait much longer. Overall it was good. Thanks!

Really don't understand why I took the time to schedule service appointment online. I show up to drop my vehicle off for service and they don't have any of my information. They still ask what I service I need. They didn't even try to look it up. What a complete waste of time.I don't understand why I even made an appointment. I requested an oil change and transmision fluid flush. I also needed a replacement lug nut. I left my vehicle at 8:00 am. It was ready at 4:00pm.I am sure glad I made an appointment. It probably would have been the next day for this if I hadn't.

Quincy helped me far beyond than I could have hoped I didn't think I could get a new truck but he put me in a new truck better than I thought was posible he answered every question I had about the truck and took his time not trying to rush me . We had planned on buying a new car but due to finiancial constrants we settled for a used vehicle. The Sales Rep we had went out of his way to find us the Van that would fit our situation and price. I brought in my '88 Dodge Dakota for brake service. Since it's an old truck, it is sometimes difficult to get parts. However, Tyrone was able to order refurbished parts. The transmission mounts were also changed so the truck does not lurch when the gears are shifted. Excellent work!

I came in for an Oil change, two recalls and part of my 30K check/tune up. As best as I can tell the quality of work was very good but it was all internal so it is hard to tell. Very friendly service and not pushy but helpful and suggested a few options when I said I could not afford the full cost of my 30k check-up. I am on a fixed budget so the price was just ok but seemed competitive. I am not big on recommending a business because I think everyone should make their own decisions about where they spend their money. However, when the dealership offered a $45 dollar rebate without me asking for anything and all I had to do was answer less than 10 questions. Now that plus the quality of the work is someone who has shown me they want my business and are willing to earn it.

The buying experince that my wife and I had was tremendous all the way down to Lisa who greeted us when we first walked in. She was even willing to give up her sweater to my wife. There is nothing particulary special about the custom service at Dodgeland, and it seems there is always a hesitation to want to fix my vehicle even though it is under warranty. Far too often, it seems they can replicate the problem identified by myself. Other than that, customer service can be improved significantly with simple smiles, hellos, and how are you. There are those places like Chick Fil-a for example, that I will go back to time and time again despite the fact that there food isn't great, but there customer service is second to none; hotel-like.

Everyone I have mentioned in the employees worked with have made it a pleasure to come back to Dodgeland over other Dodge dealers in the area! If you need a new Dodge see Jimmy Carter in sales. If you need service dial 803-799-1900 option 2 and get treated like you are a human being and not just a number. All the service advisors are helpful. I was told everything up front about prices, financing, and payments up front unlike my previous car buying experience at another dealership. Car runs like new. My car was vibrating and it was determined that i needed four new tires wheel alignment. Car now isn't vibrating. The transmission fluid had a leak the replaced the pan that catches the oil. Wish i had the listing of prices of tires before entering dealership. Good job overrall.

I work 30 miles from home, so driving 60 miles round trip 5 days a week was putting a strain on my wallet for gas. I found a 2010 Mazda 3 at Dodgeland of Columbia and the experience getting the car could not have been better. Richard Ramick was efficient without being the typical salesman. I never felt pressured into buying the car then and there. Paul Cobb was equally efficient as he found a better interest rate for my loan even after the initial finance work had been done! I was in and out of there in less than two hours, a far cry from the horror stories of being at a dealer all day. The car is in perfect condition, and Richard even put gas in it for me! I will definitely continue my relationship with Dodgeland of Columbia!

From the moment we walked in the dealer, we were welcomed. Brian answered ALL our questions, and our budget was respected and kept in mind for the entire transaction. Once all the paperwork was signed Derrick still returned our phone calls promptly. Quality of work was given a 4 because the car clean-up could have been better, however, on their behalf, we had already taken possession of the car, and I know they were trying to keep us from having to wait for the "delivery". My wife and I came to the dealership on a rainy day 2-5-2011 just to look at the Journey and Nitro. Shortly after getting out of our vehicle Jimmy Carter joined us outside and without hesitation, even after we told him that we were just looking. He got some keys and let us "kick the tires" on several different models and answered all our questions, let us drive a couple of vehicles for comparison, and basically stayed with us thru the drizzel to answer all our questions. Not one time did he push us into a sales situation. We usually pick a bad weather day to go car shopping to sort of have time to look and talk without a salesman around. But Jimmy gave us that time. When we were getting ready to leave he asked us if we wanted to see some #s. Knowing that this is the hook we went ahead and listened. We traded a 2003 Dodge PU and bought a FULLY loaded Journey that my Wife loves. It is her car so I wanted to make sure it had all the perks she wanted. We looked at a 2011 that was nicely equipped but while we were out test driving Jimmy found a 2010 New Journey and it had everything. She drove it and we bought it! I saw several of the very negative reviews on this dealership and we were sort of sceptic about todays visit. However Jimmy and Derek were very professional and pleasant to work with. I first contacted them through their website, from there I was contacted by Rod and told my trade was accepted and they would look forward to seeing me. I felt like I was given special attention and was not treated in a poor manner. The salesman did not act arrogant and did not treat me as though he knew more than me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a new/used vehicle. They have a huge selection to choose from and based on my experience, the sales team will work with you and your price range.

All of the sales staff that were involved were very knowledgeable and courteous. I bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 and it is a great truck. They gave me a great deal and had a huge selection to choose from. I would definitely buy from them again. I anticipate that the service department will be as easy to deal with.

Right from the start, very errogant, unprofessional, sarcastic, and rude set of staff memebers that do not know what they are doing. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, steer clear from Dodgeland! Their advertisements are mis-leading and their online offers are down right false. JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was my first visit to the service department and was very pleased. I was shocked that the oil change was only $17.99 from a dealership service department. Will have all of my service work done there. I definitely would recommend Dodgeland of Columbia.

We purchased a used pick-up truck (and extended warranty) less than 2 months ago. Had to take it back w/in the 1st week due to front end problems. Fixed this one w/ little hassel. 2 weeks later, had it back due to a bad water pump. fixed this one, but had to do a little more "complaining" to get it "covered" under the warranty. Had it back today due to a bad heater coil. After lots of "negotiating", we find out that this truck was never even in the service department before it was sold. They had done NO checks of any kind to see if there were any problems. They said that this problem was not covered under the warranty. After speaking to several employees, I have come to the conclusion that basically they just don't care. They got their sale under whatever pretenses necessary, and now that they have their $$$$, they JUST DON'T CARE!

Purchased my Chrysler 300 on 01/02/09. At that point in time I didn't notice that my fog light was out. A few days passed and I called my sales rep Joe and told him that I notice my right fog light was out. He told me I could purchase a bulb from the service department ($20). Just to save the trouble and harrassment I purchased it and had it replaced. Which at the same time I had my transmission serviced as well due to shifting issues. My husband and I were laid off of work in SC and been traveling alot recently tryin to find a place to settle down and finally have done so in KS. In the meantime I've purchased over 3 fog lights for my vehicle and they continuesly go out. I also have continue to have issues with my cars transmission (only on occaision) as well as my driver side window not wanting work when it rains only. I have a medical disability and have to use my car on a daily basis to get back and forth to the doctor and my husband needs our other car to get back and forth between his 2 jobs, so haven't really had the chance to take it into the dealership. I finally made it into the dealership to have everything checked out and they informed me that the seal is broken on my right fog light and it will be $107 + labor to fix it, well if I would have known that I wouldn't have spent $80 in bulbs for the car. They also can't seem to find any issues with my driver side power window or transmission, but I'm sure they will as soon as my warranty runs out. So I called Dodgeland of Columbia and spoke with them, who have record of me purchasing my replacement bulbs, but they feel that they are not at fault and that I am liable to pay the $107 + labor for the new fog light. Rediculous. My advise run as fast as you can from Dodgeland of Columbia they will tell you anything that you want to hear to get you into your dream car, but after that it's screw you we want more money, even if the car is under warranty or even if the car has been serviced for the very same issues since day one. I feel that my sales rep or someone there should have recommended that I have the fog light checked out. I assumed that the vehicle went through the whatever point inspection before being on the lot, but that is not the case. They obviously don't check out anything before selling you a vehicle, new or used. Just stay far away from them or they will empty your pockets too.

I have never seen a new car have so many problems and when you take your car to the service department no one wants to fix anything. The only thing that is said to you is "we could not find anything wrong bring it back if you have the same problem". Thats after sitting there have of the morning to be told this. I have a 2007 Caliber, first the speakers went out within the first week of having the car. Then the next month the computer system had to be updated. Then multiple times I would leave somewhere and get in the car and the car would not shift out of park. I would have to wait several minutes for the computer system to reset itself or open up a door for the computer will reset. Then a couple of months later I had to take the car to get serviced for a knocking sound coming fron the driver side tire. Took it once they didnt hear anything but when I left the service department I still heard the sound. Took it back the next weekend same thing was told. " We dont hear anything" Brought it back the next with, accompanyed with a male and "NOW" they hear and know what it is. ( Tire rod was broken) Wow!! Now the other side is making the same sounds and no one hears anything. Do I have to have a male with me again to have the problem fixed?? There service sucks and I would never advise anyone to deal with this company if they dont have to. I am current sending my complaints to Chrysler Financial cause as I see I am not the only one who has had issue with DODGELAND OF COLUMBIA!! Sales department is great though.

WISH I HAD READ THESE COMPLAINTS FIRST!!!Was sold what I thought was a very nice 2004 Saturn Ion by Kendrick/salesman and was assisted by his manager. The car had to go back for service by the 3rd day! Lee, the used car sales manager was attempting to refuse me the use of a rental car! I had become a bit rude because it was as if they were trying to take advantage of me AGAIN! Lee decided that they would pay for the rental. I've had the car for less than a month and had to have it serviced 3x already and needs a 4th, drove it less than a total of 5 days and not even consecutively! I guess I'd better count today as day 6? Picked up the car AGAIN from the service department yesterday to find this morning that the floor board was flooded and they're telling me that I have to pay for it because they're not paying for anything else not mentioned in the original complaint. Guess I should have, amongst other things, purchased the car on a stormy day to make sure the floor boards don't flood? For now, I'll have to consider other ways of handling this situation. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER BUYER BEWARE!!I purchased a 2005 dodge caravan in April 05 and it was the WORSED experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I got the price I wanted for the new car after 3 hrs of dickering with them and them telling me they "lost" my car keys. I also caught it after it was too late that they only gave me $6600 for my trade after we I told them trade in on it was $7800 and I wouldn't take a dime less. I couldn't even get a tank of gas out of them, and when I brought it in for its dealer prep cleaning, it took an hour and all they did was wash it. You could still see the factory suction cup marks on the windows! I have since filled for lemon law on this vehicle and I am awaiting a response from the state and dodgeSTAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased a new Charger in august and had a problem with the molding on the door coming off. I took it in to the service department in September for replacement after scheduling an appointment and showing the problem. Of course they did not have the part. Took it back in october and they removed my molding and then said again no part, but now I had no protective molding.4 times I took it back and it was either no part, wrong color, or wrong part. Finally in Dec, they got the part unpainted and painted it and installed it. However they scratched the door by the molding. I showed them this and they said, sorry it was there before and actually there were 2 scratches one of which was covered by the molding. I pointed out to them how even if they were there when I brought it back in dec. had they not taken my molding off in Oct it would never have happened. Finally after much argument with the manager and technician who installed it, they dabbed a blob of touch up paint on it and called it finished. I am very dissatisfied.
