I had such a great time buying my car from the Toyota dealership. Everyone who helped us was so helpful and understanding of our previous experience trying to buy a car elsewhere. Lexie Brecke, Bryan Balvanz, and Steve were exceptionally knowledgable in their separate departments and provided excellent customer service. Ms. Brecke especially provided exemplary customer service and was always prompt in getting back to me, with answers to my numerous questions, as I was making a change from small SUV to a truck. I would highly recommend Dolan Toyota dealership because of their professional and friendly staff. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them and especially Ms. Brecke! Pros: The dealership figured out a way to make the deal which resulted in me getting to drive home a brand new Tundra. They suggested a lease which is something I haven't done before. I am one that gets a new vehicle every three years so a lease finally made sense. Cons: Didn't have a wide selection of trucks due the the flex fuel issue. Most of the inventory was not able to be sold to a California residents (which I am).

While I was not able to buy at Dolen it had nothing to do with the dealership or the people. I really felt they cared and had my best interest at heart. Very unusual.

We are new to Reno moved in July 2016. We purchased from Dolan 2 (YES TWO) vehicles. Michael Parker Michael Parker was our sales guy, he is AWESOME, great guy and helped us so much. The dealership is really great on prices, My only issue with the Dealership is the paperwork for DMV was a mess and my wife spent hrs at DMV. Dolan had to fax over to DMV the corrected paperwork.... what a mess.... that was on the first vehicle... on the second vehicle there was a miss communication on the warranty, Frankly I was very upset at Dolan management, lets see paperwork for DMV was a mess REALLY this is what you guys do everyday and you mess up the paperwork ???? and then on the second car warranty miss info.... I have an issue with management when they seemingly can't get the details right. Everyone was very polite and very professional but I was quite upset... BUT THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT !!!!! just spent a lot of time getting it right

First time inspection for my toyota rav4. Bryan kindly told me it would take about an hour or a bit more. After two hours, I ask help from someone to get a hold of Bryan. Of course he is at lunch break ... if he could have at least told his waiting customers that it would take way longer than expected before going to lunch, maybe I could have gone out and have lunch too. Now I'm just sitting at the waiting area without any eta. Final waiting time: 2h30min. Enought time for me to at least grab food.Poor customer service from Dolan Toyota of Reno.

They only care about your money. Used car buyers aren't treated as well as new car buyers. It's always someone else's job to help you, no one follows up on what they say. Don't buy maintenance plan for anything other than Toyota otherwise they don't know what they are doing.

It all started on a Friday afternoon when I stumbled upon some leasing options on the Toyota website. I made a quick call to the dealership and within seconds, Karlee was on the case!! She answered every question I had about their financing options, and believe me, I had a lot! Karlee was in constant contact with me for the rest of Friday night and into Saturday morning. She made herself readily available and her attitude towards her job was infections.After discussing lease options with my wife, I shot Karlee a text and received a quick reply scheduling an appointment for noon the next day. I asked Karlee if we could put in my wifes credit information over the phone to save time and again, the Dolan team was on it and ready to help!! Karlee transferred me to Bryan in the sales departments where he was able to complete my wifes credit applications over the phone. This step probably saved my wife and me an hour or two in the car buying process. With my wifes credit ran we headed to the Dolan dealership excited about the experience of buying my wife a brand new car. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted with two smiling faces from Bryan and DJ. Both were very friendly and told us they would take good care of my wife and because of her strong credit we were looking at a lot of options!Now comes the fun part, picking a car!! My wife loves the new RAV4! First, she thought she wanted red, so Bryan took us out on the lot and showed us a red RAV4. Now, if you know my wife you know she has the uncanny ability to change her mind in the blink of an eye. No red for her, now she wanted to look at a black RAV4. Bryan was quick to respond and took up to the very top of their parking garage where we found the LAST black RAV4 in the joint! We truly lucked out and had Bryan not been able to find the car my wife wanted, we would have left that day happy campers but not fully satisfied. After we picked out the car, we headed back to the office. Bryan immediately asked us if we wanted some water and food. Jumping at the opportunity, my wife and I both got a few waters and Lunchables to hold us over for the reminder of the day. Bryan picked up the tab, and we enjoyed our food while the contract and financing options were being put together. After about 20 minutes in the office, Bryan introduced us to Danny who would be taking care of us for the remainder of the day. I work in finance and I can tell when someone is buttoned up and Danny was just that! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I work at Harley Davidson Financial Services and while discussing every detail of the warranties and contract, Danny was still able to chat with me about finance, cars and motorcycles. Very Impressive! Once the contracts were signed we were finally ready to drive away in my wifes new car.The whole experience was FANTATIC and we couldnt be more thrilled to be part of the Dolan family!! I recommend coming to Dolan if youre in the market for a car because the extra attention to detail, expert knowledge of product, and most importantly friendly and helpful attitudes truly set them apart from their competitors. We absolutely enjoyed our buying experience at Dolan Reno Toyota. We had been considering a Rav4 for some time. Originally test driving one in December of 15. Our salesperson at the time, Brian Bowley, provided us with exceptional service and knowledge of the vehicles features. It was a no stress, no pressure experience. When we returned in August, we asked for him again.Dolan Reno Toyota has an extensive and well kept website of all the vehicles they either have in stock or that are in transit. This made it exceptionally easy to choose the exact vehicle and features we wanted, and reserve that vehicle once wed made our selection. As well, they have tools to help you calculate your payment, (in our case it was almost down to the penny), so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived at the dealership.Brian called us ahead of our appointment to confirm, and also let us know that our vehicle had been pulled aside and was waiting for us. When we arrived at the dealership Brian greeted us and showed us straight to the Rav4 we had selected, which was parked steps away from the front door. The entire transaction from start to finish was under two hours. This included the vehicle being detailed while we finalized the finance paperwork with Richard Gardner.At the end of our transaction they pulled our Rav4 into one of the departure bays, where Madison Vannostrand went over all of the vehicles features, as well as assisting us in linking our phones and demonstrating how to navigate all the menus.In all, this was THE most pleasant and straight forward auto buying processes I have ever been through, and other dealerships should look to model themselves after this. On July 11, I received an email message from Beth Pollard that congratulated me on the one-year anniversary of my Toyota Corolla purchase. I replied to the message and indicated that I was told by the salesperson when I bought the car that my first oil change was free, and if she could confirm that, I would like to make an appointment. Someone texted me from 775-432-0244 and set up an appointment for today, July 20, at 10 a.m. When the service consultant, Leesa Stevens, was checking me in, I reminded her that this was my first oil change and, according to the salesperson, it would be complimentary. She agreed, and I went to the waiting room, thinking everything was fine. Ms. Stevens came back a number of minutes later and explained that the oil change wasn't free because I didn't have a maintenance contract. I explained again that I wasn't doing it as part of a maintenance contract but as my first complimentary oil change. She said that wasn't possible because it had been over a year. I told her about my correspondence with Ms. Pollard, and she said she would talk to her manager. I went back to her office, and the manager looked annoyed and told me grudgingly, "We'll do it this time, but this can't happen again," as though I was demanding something unreasonable. When I checked my date book and saw that I had purchased the car on July 22, 2015, and that today was July 20, 2016, I went back to Ms. Stevens and let her know it hadn't yet been one year and that I didn't appreciate the manager's response. She defended him, saying that they didnt know the dates and that my records didn't indicate anything about "Dolan care." I told her that wasn't my problem. The date I bought the car should have been clearly indicated in my records.I am very disappointed with my experience with Dolan's Service Center because I had been led to believe Dolan offered superior customer service ("the Dolan Difference"?). I had lived here only one year when my previous car, a Honda, was totaled in an accident and I had to buy a new car quickly. My daughter, who had lived here for 10 years, told me to go to Dolan because they had such a good reputation. The only car dealer I visited was Dolan Toyota and I bought the first car I drove. I certainly expected this first service experience to be very different, and if I can avoid it, I do not plan to return.

We went to Dolan Toyota with the intention of purchasing a small truck. We were greeted by Aaron Greene and he showed us what we thought we wanted. As we realized that the smaller truck wasn't going to meet our needs, Aaron introduced us to a very low mileage, certified used Sequoia and we were very pleased.Aaron paid attention to what we said and followed through after the sale to take care of a couple of details we requested.Overall, a great experience and a very exceptional young man!

I tried to shop locally ( Carson City Nv) but unfortunately after 5 attempts with no return calls I gave up and sought a referral. Dolan Toyota Collision was a nightmare we should have picked up our car last Friday May 13th they told us our car was ready we even returned the Rental we get there and they are closed, we go back Monday the 16th we pay over 7500 dollars and our car has a light on some type of electrical problem, the sun roof not closing, grease stains on the roof liner, a big scratch inside and out of the drivers window, it's a week later today is May 20th we still have no car because they broke my remote key and they had to have it replaced. Mark the manager said he would get us a rental because all the other damage was caused by them, no rental and he doesn't return calls, Would not ever ever take my car there Awful customer service and Mark is a complete liar

He worked closely with Jeremy who worked miracles with the numbers we needed and that worked financially for us. Due to changes in my life, I was compelled to downgrade from my 2014 Toyota Tundra, in order to save money so that I might purchase a house. I also wanted to find something sporty, in order to satisfy a midlife crisis. Salesperson Brycen Bissett took me straight to a car that had just been traded in, and I immediately wanted it. The energy of Brycen and the dealership as a whole is so much different than that of their competitors-absolutely no pressure, no games, just straight forward numbers that add up. Craig Burkham, and Jesse Huggins once again worked their magic and gave me a great trade in value, as well as a fair price on the 2014 Subaru WRX STI. I immediately found the Jeep Cherokee I wanted and our salesman, Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My problems with this dealership began when I brought my 2010 Tundra in for an alignment and general servicing back in February. They performed the alignment, did the scheduled maintenance for 60,000 miles and inspected the vehicle. I was told when I picked up the truck that it had a small oil leak around the dipstick that wasn't a big deal and would be an inexpensive fix that could be done later. While driving home from the dealership my check engine light came on. I checked the codes and was given the code for a small evap leak of the emission system and thought that I'd bring it back to Dolan to get it checked out. I couldn't get back down to Reno until April and by that time the alignment had started to drift. I scheduled an appointment on 4/16/2016 for diagnostics on the CEL and alignment. I was told that the driver side subframe tab for setting the alignment had been damaged, the carbon canister for the emission system had gotten water in it and would need to be replaced and the previously diagnosed minor engine oil leak was actually a major leak and could compromise the life of the truck's V8 engine with potential catastrophic failure. They quoted me about $2,000 dollars for the work and said they would set me up with a rental car for a week. They told me that the truck's warrantee had expired and I would have to pay for the work. While driving home I made some phone calls to 2 Toyota mechanics I know and to the dealership where I bought the Tundra. It turns out that the emission system work is covered under warrantee and the diagnosis of the CEL had probably been made based upon codes only and it was likely that the carbon canister was not even the problem. I turned around and brought back the rental and asked Bryan Bough, the Toyota maintenance associate I was working with, about the warrantee. He wouldn't answer me - instead he had someone get my truck. When I asked for the final estimate of costs for the work to be done, he flat out refused to give it to me.So the following week I get a call from the maintenance manager, who had heard about my situation, asking me to give them a second chance. He told me that if I returned he would make things right by taking care of the engine oil leak under the warrantee and fix my alignment. In the meantime I had cleared the codes for the check engine light and bought a new gas cap. After 100 miles and a dozen or so starts the CEL had not turned back on.I return to Dolan and am told that the emission system is fine. They agree to repair the seals causing the oil leak. BUT the alignment problem would involve replacing the subframe, requiring a body shop and cost of $4,100. I am told by Bryan Bough that the damage could only have been done by a mechanic applying too much force while adjusting the alignment. I ask about the alignment work done at Dolan Toyota 2 months ago back in February. I had been to no other shop and nobody had touched my truck between when I had the alignment work done in February and when I returned on 4/16. He denies the damage had been done there and recommends that I make a fraudulent insurance claim so the work can be paid for by my insurance company. I then make calls to the service manager who refuses to talk to me or return my messages. I make a formal complaint to Toyota USA who does nothing but forward my complaint to the dealership.I cannot believe that Toyota USA would not do more about my situation. SHAME ON YOU TOYOTA! This Tundra is the 4th Toyota that I have owned. I've spent over $100,000 on Toyota purchases in my lifetime. Toyota makes a quality product, but I will never purchase another Toyota! As to Dolan Toyota, I just hope anyone who reads this review to decide whether to make a purchase or have servicing work done here to know who and what they are dealing with. Poor diagnostics and customer service. Personal dishonesty and encouraging clients to commit fraud... All to make a buck. Dolan Toyota.... No thank you! Never again!

I am happy to write this review of Dolan Toyota because, When my hubs and I walked into the Dolan Toyota dealership, I had already been in the day before and found my new baby. I got on line the next morning and sent a message to their site asking if the blue Tacoma was still available and made an appointment to come look. I needed to bring my hubs with me to think about making the deal. We had already gotten pre approved with our credit union for the loan , so we assumed that was a done deal. We didn't have pristine credit but good enough to get financed. When we arrived the gentlemen Justin, that had shown me the truck the day before, greeted us and took us inside to get keys and introduced us to Beth. Everyone was very kind. We looked at the truck, took her out for a test drive, and as I knew we would, went inside to do the deal. After getting the run around from our credit union, Beth got to work, got us our loan at a better rate, helped us understand what we'd be looking at so far as payments and was very patient with us. Justin was there the whole time making sure we had everything we needed and staving off other interested buyers, hehe, cause this Truck is quite a desirable item on their lot. All in all, the buying experience was great, Beth , Justin and the finance gentlemen ( sorry I don't recall your name) were all so kind, patient and helpful. So it is true, the Dolan experience was pretty amazing. Best of all, I got to take Blue Betty to work that day . One other thing I want to mention , and this was a very pleasant surprise, they have an Allstate office in their dealership, a real nice Gal named Gigi runs it, We switched that day and our coverage is better than we had before and we saved over three hundred per year in all of our coverages, even with the new Toyota Trd off road. We are happy campers! Thanks so much for all of your help that day guys. We look forward to doing business with you and I love my new Drean Truck!

I had a great experience with Zac Barrett at Dolan Toyota. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgable and continued to give me great service after the sale. I was able to leave my car there for a week after purchase and when I picked it up, not only did it look like a brand new car, but I received a good hour of Zac's time as he walked me through all the intiricacies of the on-board electronics and other perks of the car. I really, really appreciate that fact that the salespeople are paid on service instead of commission. That alone was worth the trip to Dolan!

My husband and I were looking to buy a new truck and were really looking at the 2016 Tacoma's. I had called the day before to schedule the appointment for 12:30 and to our surprise unlike many other dealers that we have dealt with in the past, there was actually someone there waiting for us when we arrived. The gentleman that drew the short straw and ended up with us was Brian Bowley , Let me just say that Brian was Amazing! He didn't pressure us in anyway, he then proceeded to show us many of the Tacoma's (couldn't make up our mind) Then showed us a 2016 Tundra and all I can say is bye bye Tacoma and HELLO Tundra! that was it, we were sold...It was love at first sight!Because we were taking sooo long to make up our mind Brian had another appointment scheduled so he introduced us to Zac Barrett. So now it was up to Zac to patiently wait for us to make up our mind as to what color and so on. Poor Zac, lol he really took one for the team dealing with us as we had changed our minds on color, seats etc,...many times. However Zac was the most amazing car salesman that we has ever dealt with and that is saying a lot! Zac made sure by time we left Toyota dealership with were 100% satisfied. Zac made sure that the whole process was as smooth and painless as possible. In fact everyone that we had encountered that day was amazing. I also want to give a thumbs up to Jeremy Parkes the finance manager that did the financing and got us the amazing interest rate. Not only did he gt us the amazing interest rate but he also explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything before we signed without pressuring us to buy more stuff like most finance guys do. Now I know this is long winded but I have just one more thing to add.,,, The day that we had purchased the truck we had a few extras added to it, running boards being one of them. We came back the following week, which was 3/20/16 to have them installed and to our amazement Zac came over several times to sit and talk with us while we waited. He made sure we had plenty to drink and great conversation. Both my husband and I were in total shock! Typically once you purchase the vehicle, that's it..their job is done and never hear from them again. I recently took my Toyota Camry in for it's last service toward the end of it's lease term. Just out of curiousity, I asked to speak to someone about my options when my lease was up and luckily I was directed to leasing agent, Beth Pollard. She explained all my options and went above and beyond to get me a great deal and extra rebates. I ended up driving home a new RAV4 that day and was very impressed with the financing and delivery of my new vehicle. It was by far one of the best car dealership experiences I have had and they certainly earned a loyal customer in me.

We live in Minden and we love buying vehicles local, but dealing with Carson City Toyota was too stressful. I decided to try the "Dolan Toyota Experience". We arrived promptly at 8am and we met with Beth Polland. We told her we did not have much time, but we wanted to buy a new 2016 blue Toyota Highlander that we saw on her lot. This is the second purchase made at Dolan Toyota. I worked with Aaron Greene and a gentleman Bruno. They helped me and my wife find the perfect highlander to purchase. I came well prepared with quotes from another dealership and pre approval for credit. They matched everything I brought in and I was set up and ready to go in under 2 hours. Aaron went above and beyond to seal the deal! Vladimir in the finance department was a pleasure to work with as well. He made the signing process smooth and was even able to further sweeten our deal. I have put off buying a car for some time. I just find the whole experience very stressful. Of course Dolan Toyota as that very nice building. But Dolan also has amazing staff. Tony Ortega and Bryce Carey were my sales men, and both did a wonderful job showing me the features of the cars, They were both very knowledgeable and personable. Darrick Cummings did an amazing job at making sure everything went smooth. Then came the finance guy, Vladimir Zvyagin, who found me a much lower rate than I expected! I would not hesitate to do business with Dolan again.

I just bought a certified used Scion. Like most people, I find car buying a stressful situation. I am a single mom, and what I needed more than anything was just an affordable reliable car. Dolan Toyota did an amazing job. I had 2 sales men help me through the process. Both Tony Ortega, and Brice did an amazing job of showing me the cars I was interested in, Taking me on test drives and showing me the ins and outs. Darrick Cummings the sales manager did a through and impressive job of walking through the process of actually buying the car. Valdemar in finance got me a better interest rate than I would have hopped for. At no point did I feel any "hard sell". It was overall a great experience.

I give them an average rating because they are a bunch of sharks just like every other dealership. They treat you well until you sign your name. Once they have your money, sorry there's nothing I can do for you. My parents have bought two cars from Toyota, my girlfriend has leased twice specifically from this dealership, and I had plans of buying my first new car from this dealership. Well, not anymore. I have spent in around $6,000.00+ here in a matter of a few months, and on my last visit I forgot to apply a coupon of a mere 10% off to my parts and labor on one service. It's not like it was 10% off the entire amount spent there, one service. I was told they would not be able to reverse the charge and apply the coupon because it would take a little bit of extra time and her manager said no. I know of other big companies that would do it and have done it no problem. Instead, she said that she would put a note on my account for the next time I have a service done there when the coupon doesn't expire. Seriously! Insulting the customer's intelligence whether she realizes it or not, seems like she's making it sound like she's doing me a favor, but really just trying to find ways to make me think she is doing something about it. All she would have to do is redo the write-up for the services, adjust the cost, reverse the charge, then recharge the new amount. Sorry I'm not worth your time if I'm not paying $125/hr. One of the services before that I had a light go out on my dashboard that worked fine before they worked on it. They told me that it would've gone out anyway and that it was just bad timing. There is no way to prove how it went out, but Toyota had it last and should take responsibility for it. For a company that makes money hand over fist you'd think they wouldn't mind doing the right thing, in this case, replacing a light bulb for $20 considering I had spent a few thousand that day as well. I will no longer be servicing any of my vehicles through this company anywhere, ever again.

We were referred by a mutual friend to see Beth Pollard, she IS the reason we bought another vehicle with Toyota she listened to me, and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want which the sales person we saw the week before there did then never returned our calls. Had we not have spoken to Beth we would not have bought the 4 runner... Highly recommend her!!!!!

I started off my experience at Dolan Toyota from the get-go with Aaron Greene and was impressed from that moment on. He was very attentive to my requests, needs and wants, all while treating me with the friendliest courtesy. I was able to trade in a lease directly through Toyota, that they worked together with me to find the right price/deal and Aaron always made sure it was within my reason and without pulling any tricks or hiding any numbers. This being my first completely solo car purchase, I don't think anyone could have made the process and transition from one lease to another any easier than Aaron and Dolan Toyota did. I can't recommend this dealer and Aaron enough, especially, and I look forward to the next time I get to thank Aaron in person for being so good at his job and helping me out.

I went to pick up my car from the service department and it took me 45 minutes for someone to asked me if I needed someone to help me. Then I needed to talk to a financial management representative, and I waited another 45 minutes. While I was waiting around to get help, I noticed the majority of the employees just hanging out and not doing anything. None came to asked if I needed any help. This is the worst customer service experience!!!

I am an incredibly picky car guy and obsess over finding exactly what I want and getting it for the price I want to pay. I special ordered a difficult to get vehicle that goes for at or above sticker price, if the dealer can even get it. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve Harris at Dolan and from the get go it was a phenomenal experience. Not only did Steve get me the truck, but he did so way faster than expected and smoked every other price I'd seen. He also went above and beyond with accessories and dealer add-ons that sweetened the deal. I cannot stress enough how easy, friendly and professional he was to work with. Constant communication regarding updates, great memory and attention to detail for all of the specific requests I had, likable personality and genuinely vested in my satisfaction with the experience.

Very large facility but the way it was set up made us feel like we were in a casual environment. Aaron commented that it was OK to call him anytime because he almost lived at the dealership. So we did at 7:30AM in the morning. He told us it was fine we called this early because he was getting ready for work. We later found his shift didn't start till 10:30 AM. Anyway he went right to work at 7:30 AM putting our deal together. We had already promised to buy another Jeep at Lithia Jeep of Reno. A few more miles but cheaper also. We elected to buy from Dolan mainly because we "LIKED" Aaron. This is our second purchase from Reno Toyota.

This was our first experience with Dolan Toyota Scion. It started with an email exchange between Connor O'Day. We threw all kinds of demands at them because we didn't want another pressure filled experience. We figured if Dolan came back with good possibilities, we would go into the dealership. Connor was excellent and understood our financial situation, offered suggestions and we eventually set up an appointment for the next day.We went into the dealership and met with Ronnie Ragusa. Because we were upside down on a 7 month old loan through another dealership who was less than upfront and had several mechanical issues with that vehicle--we had no expectations. We were interested in the Highlander and the RAV4, but after looking at both, discussing our actual needs, the value for us, we decided to test drive in a new 2015 RAV4. He explained all the bells and whistles, the difference between this vehicle and comparison to the Highlander. This is the first time that we felt heard by a car sales rep. He asked questions along the way about our likes and dislikes....none with the RAV4. We got back to the dealership to start paperwork. Because we unfortunately, have a poor credit rating, but Ronnie did everything he could to make a deal with us for a new 2015 RAV4 explaining everything a long the way. We never felt any pressure or hurried along during this process. Ronnie really tried, but bad enough our credit issues, but to have a vehicle that was upside down and a young loan, it just wouldn't work for us payment wise. Not that they wouldn't provide us with a loan.We left knowing what we need to do to get a car this time next year. We never felt embarrassed through the entire process when discussing our financials.The next day we received a very nice follow-up letter from Ronnie and then from our initial contact, Connor. Our experience with Dolan Toyota Scion was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL even though we could not make a deal at this time. Both my husband and I have said we will be a lifetime customer with this dealership and look forward to dealing with Ronnie Ragusa when the timing is right.

I don't even know where to start here......I did buy a used 2003 4runner from these guys and I have to say I have felt uneasy about it ever since. When I went in the sales guy was nice and gave me everything I wanted, I am a single mom and can't afford a new car so I was specific in the fact that I wanted a used something. He made it sound like I got a deal of a lifetime and I was happy with my choice, but then came the finance guy. Not exactly the warm and fuzzy type.....sign here initial here as fast as you can you are in my way I just want to go home is what I got from him. I asked about the timing belt, according to the owner's manual it should have been done at 90,000 miles (this car was at 97,000 miles when I bought it) oh that isn't something we do....after I have signed all the paperwork. He said that if I took it to the dealership they would work with me on the price. Well that is so not the case at all! This was my first car purchase and I have to say I now know what NOT to do. I never should have purchased the 4runner if the timing belt wasn't changed, that was my bad. I have a feeling that these guys knew that and took advantage of me in that way. I am know stuck with a huge bill after just buying my 4runner, thanks Dolan......the family owned dealership......don't make me laugh!

I then received a call from Ken, he explained to me that they would not only change out my timing belt, but also do the water pump and inspect a few other little things that I had wanted looked at NO CHARGE to me!!! They also gave me a rental car, a 2015 Highlander! I couldn't be more pleased with the way they went above and beyond for me to fix this. I am more than happy to recommend them to friends and family now.....Thank you ken and Jeremy for all your time and effort and for going above and beyond to help me!!

Our experience purchasing a new 2015 RAV4 at Dolan Toyota went the way we all hope a car purchase will go but rarely does. We knew the car we were interested in and used the Costco buying program. We have owned other Toyota products, had done our research & appreciated that the Dolan team respected our choices without using high pressure tactics to convince us to buy features or options we didn't want. Our sales associate, Zach Barrett, was instrumental in affecting our final decision to buy the RAV4 at Dolan Toyota. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. When we left the dealership after our initial visit to think things over and consider other options, Zach and the rest of the Dolan Toyota team were gracious and did not try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot. We had walked away from another dealership because they had used that approach with us. We would definitely recommend and would again, purchase a vehicle from Dolan Toyota. We are very happy with our new car--no "buyer's regret!"

I have been buying vehicles for many years but I have never had a better, friendlier, or easier experience when dealing with a car salesman. I usually dread it as I know they are going to try and pardon the expression screw me as much as they can. I now understand what the Dolan difference is all about. My salesman, Aaron Green was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He made the experience easy and I know I received a great deal. I love my new truck even though my husband wanted me to pick a black one. I got what I wanted! I will be going back when it's time to get another vehicle!

We know what kind of vehicle we wanted and as soon as we pulled onto the dealership our car buying experience was different then ever before. There wasn't a group of people ready to attack you. We walked into the dealership and there was a salesman walking in behind us and was very polite and asked if we needed help. Aaron Greene was so good to us and showed us the vehicle that we found on their website. He helped us get all the information that we needed to decide which one to chose from. He helped us get a great deal and was never pushy. I would highly recommend doing business with Reno Toyota and with Aaron Greene as your salesman.

After feeling a deep resentment for another dealership, (their lies and promises of what I was getting versus what I got); I was revitalized by Beth Pollard's understanding, listening skills, and honesty; Jonathan's kindness and patience; Chris's efficient financing skills, and Mark making the deal even better (instead of putting hardship on me, he made the deal even better so we could finalize it)!!! Prior to going to Dolan Toyota, I had such a bad experience with another dealership.... I had some work done on Toyota truck. One month later when I came in for some warranty work the mechanic says I need to do the same work which I had already paid for. Now I don't know if they actually did the work or the mechanic did not even check to see if it had been done. I tried to complain to the service manager with several calls, but no one ever got back to me.

I took my Toyota Truck in for service. One month later I came again for some warranty work. The mechanic says I need to replace the sparks plugs. That was paid for on my previous visit. Now I don't know if they actually did the work or if the mechanic suggests things without actually checking. The service person I worked with just shrugged his shoulders. I tried to call the service manager several times, but never got a response.

I had no intention of buying a new car while having mine serviced. While I walked around Zac Barrett approached me and we went for a test drive in the Rav 4. All of a sudden I was buying a car. He was professional, did not pressure me or try to take up my entire day to get me pay more than I believed fair, and was full of information about the vehicle. I will not hesitate to return to Dolan and to recommend Zac to anyone looking for a new car.

I stumbled on to this dealership by happenstance when a friend of mine went to buy a car. I cannot tell you what an incredible experience I had. I cannot name all of the names of the staff because I was not the one actually purchasing the vehicle. But I can tell you that the customer service I witnessed made me regret that I had recently purchased a car from another dealership. And it made me know EXACTLY WHERE I will purchase my next one. This may be hard to believe, but I am actually considering trading my newly purchased car in just to buy a car from these guys. The ENTIRE STAFF that I came into contact with were ALL AMAZING. I SERIOUSLY want to know how the leadership creates a team like this! The three names that I clearly remember are Jeremy Sinner, Waylon Tipton, and Chris Clark, but there were many others that I came into contact with who were outstanding. You can't go wrong here. I have had several occasions to visit Dolan Toyota (service dept, sales, and parts) and all have been lacking in customer service, competence, product knowledge. The service desk is unorganized and even with an appointment you can expect a lengthy wait to drop off or pick up your car. Sales people make appointments they don't keep and then instead of offering an apology, state they have no memory of an appointment. The parts department is not familiar with parts on Toyota vehicles, as a part was ordered incorrectly three times! Finally took a photo of the part to show exactly what they were supposed to be ordering.

I was searching the internet for a Lexus GS 300h year 2013. I live in San Jose, CA and was willing to travel anywhere in the state and close to it, like Reno to find this car for my husband. Connor O'Day answered my inquiry, responding to my email. He then also left me a voicemail, on the phone number I gave in the email. Mr. O'Day was the ONLY person to leave me a voicemail message that spoke slowly, clearly and was truly focused on my specific request. I had contacted 11 different dealerships about possible vehicles. While 8 dealerships responded, I was unable to understand 7 of the messages because they were mumbled or spoke so fast I could not make out the name or phone number. The other message I could make out the person's name, but they didn't leave a contact number. I may live a few hundred miles from Dolan Lexus of Reno, but that will not deter me from referring friends and family to call Connor O'Day when looking for a new or used vehicle.

He was not your typical salesperson, he asked me questions about what I wanted and really listened. He didn't pressure in anyway and followed up with several options that would work for my budget. We then set up an appointment to come in and the whole process was so streamlined it was amazing. I should have went to Dolan Toyota first. They gave me the best deal on my trade-in, and a very competitive deal on the new Tundra I purchased, if not a better deal than any other dealership. From the beginning, their system was all about the customer. My salesman Zac, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt no pressure whatsoever and at the same time I really felt that Zac wanted to help me any way possible. I also found Zac to be very knowledgeable about he truck. I learned much more about the Tundra in my test drive with Zac than any other salesman who also showed me the Tundra (from other dealers). If I wanted a truck that wasn't on the lot yet, no problem at all. Typically dealerships put a little pressure to take something on the lot. They even gave me leverage to negotiate a bit as if he car was on the lot. Again it didn't seem to matter, they were very customer focused. This carried all the way through the sale to accessory purchases and through to pick-up. When I received the call to come get the car, it was done..and I mean everything done. Zac coordinated with accessories and the shop AND a third party vendor to get the truck all together how I wanted. All I had to do is come pickup the truck. It was super easy. Typically, from my experience, once I get the call from the sales person, it's on me to coordinate the rest, but not the case at Dolan. The teamwork between all departments appears to be exceptional and it shows to the customer. I would certainly recommend visiting Dolan Dealerships if you are in the market for a new vehicle and they have what you are looking for.

I did a lot of research before buying and found a very reasonable price for the very car I wanted. They beat the price on my 2014 Nissan Murano over many competitors' including CarMax with no haggle prices. Did not have to deal with the sleazy used car salesman types. Everyone was very accommodating and held the car for me while I decided if I wanted it, then had a family emergency and they continued to extend the hold for me. When I finally was able to get back into the dealership we dealt with salesman Aaron Greene who was very accommodating, fun and very pleasant to work with. He was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Kudos to him for making the transaction go very smoothly and efficiently.

So I originally went in just to kill time and check out the new Tacomas to see what they were like. Being a owner of Toyota pickups for 8 years now I was curious, but never thought I could afford a new truck before I graduate from college. That was until I met Zac Barrett whom was very nice and not pushy at all and willing to take time out of his day to show me new Tacomas. During this time he happened to mention that there was such a thing as one pay leases and how it worked. After I did my own research and found that I could actually afford a new truck with a one pay lease and not have any payments for the next 3 years giving me time to graduate. I wanted a rare truck though the double cab with a long bed Tacoma and he spent a lot of time and energy getting me one and making it the exact package and truck I wanted. Even went to the extra length to get the same truck from another nearby dealer so that I wouldn't go two weeks without a vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep to buy from!After buying the truck I met with Allison Ehrhart, whom was very knowledgeable to help me understand all the new features of the truck I didn't have in my old one, especially the audio features. There are so many audio features! She was very nice and well mannered and left little for me to figure out for myself.I give both of them a 10/10!

I did most of my deal over the phone from over 300 miles away. I dealt with Justin Longtin and Beth Pollard. The purchase was for my daughter to go to Reno for college at UNR next year. I specified how important it was for her to be part of the deal and feel as though Dolan Toyota would be there for her in case of a vehicle problem. They did all that and more! Everyone from Justin Longtin, Beth Pollard, Jeremy Parke in finance to the service staff made my daughter feel special and very confident Dolan Toyota would be there for her. Great experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Dolan Toyota. It started when I was browsing Camry's online when Cinthia Felix contacted me by email. She was very intent on making sure that any needs or questions I had were met and answered. She was great and very personable even if only by email. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman, Jonathan Duarte (aka Bruno) was just amazing. He did not pressure or push me into anything and was very pleasant and funny to talk with the whole time I was there. He helped me find the car I wanted and then I got to speak with Hadie in finance who was just a hoot!! While we were finishing up my paperwork, Jonathan put a big red bow on my car because of my last experience buying a car that was horrible and said that he hoped this experience was much better!! It was just the right touch to finish the car buying experience. When the financing was done I spoke with Jeremy who gave me a little class on the car and the navigation so I wasn't totally lost when I left. I dealt with Connor O'Day on the internet, James Rooms on the sale itself and David Ellison on the financials and financing. These men had me in my dream used Mazda3 with the car delivered to Topaz Lake in only FOUR hours. Everyone had to hurry the deal a little due to month end closing. I had very competitive in house financing from David Ellison in only sixty minutes during the lunch hour ! The car was immaculate and completely detailed. When we got to Dolan one saturday afternoon after having a terrible time at another dealer, Aaron was very helpful. Aaron Greene was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Dolan Toyota and I have to say that Aaron was the best sales representative I have had the pleasure to work with. Aaron was approachable, real and honest every step of the way. He never mislead or made anything up to fluff up the deal. We knew what we were looking for and he just went and found it. On the test drive I felt as if I was just driving with a friend, which was relaxing and allowed me to experience the vehicle in the perspective as if I already owned it. We are avid Toyota owners and have many options when purchasing. After our experience today we will return to Dolan Toyota first when we consider our next vehicle. We shopped around in Carson before giving Reno a chance. We were expecting to spend an entire day going lot to lot. The first and only stop was Dolan. We called prior to discuss a car we saw online and told them what kind of deal we wanted them to work on. When we arrived we were greeted by Zach Britton who was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very honest and showed us the value of out trade in and the value of the new car from KBB. He worked with finance to get us a great rate at an affordable monthly payment. John Elcano had all of our paperwork ready and offered but didn't push an extended warranty. We got an almost brand new car for 20% less than other dealer ships were asking. I HATE car shopping, but Dolan made the experience pleasant. I would highly recommend Dolan to any car buyer.

Zac Barrett was great. He provided as detailed of comparisons as possible. Allowed us all the time we needed. Was Friendly, talkative, but not intrusive. Was patient and knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with.

we went out to look for a car fit for our budget and with good quality and for a car which we really love to have. Got some issues with our previous car having a rate so high so we want it lower as much as possible. Dolan made it possible and even past way our expectations. Our agent helps all the way to meet all our needs. They were very accommodating they listen and they were very friendly to help you all the way. I am so glad we got our car with them . We are looking forward to be one of their customer again in the future. And by way we love our Dodge journey.

Great experience. Stopped in on Wednesday to check out the different versions of the 2015 Tacoma and met Zac Barret who would become our lead contact when we returned on Thursday morning when we had decided to make a purchase. Working with our expressed needs from the Wednesday meet, Zac was ready to show us the exact truck to meet our needs. Everything from color to options like navigation, camper shell to the TRD package were right on target. Once we were sure that our needs had been met exactly, Zac used the Kelly Blue Book site to show us the value of our 2004 Tacoma trade in. We were more than happy with his openness and the value of the trade. Everything with the purchase was seamless with the efforts of Zac. Although Zac was the lead contact, Danny Frank from the sales desk and Madison Van Nostrand from delivery and system walk through added to our excellent experience with the Dolan Toyota family. Madison's introduction to the vehicle and its new technology systems was excellent and her invitation to call or stop in to answer any questions is deeply appreciated. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcome and pleased with the experience. Being a career military family, we can appreciate a well functioning team serving the best interest of the client. Well done. This was the second time we had such a satisfying interaction with the dealership, the first when it was known as Reno Toyota. The move to new facilities built ground up for customer service makes this dealership the best in the Reno area. Our visits to the service department over the past 10 years has always been a great experience and know it will continue with our new Tacoma.

George Moran, Aaron Green, Finance Mgr. Jeremy Parke, and Madison Van Nostrand made buying a car an enjoyable experience. Reno Toyota "game changer" is the fact their sales employees are not commissioned but on a salary. What a difference in buying a car. I was treated as a human being without feeling pressured or harassed. Aaron Greene made it so easy and really helped me relax through this process. I believe a person who does their research on a particular car, will enjoy the same experience I had. As an added touch of class, my wife and I met with Madison Van Nostrand before we drove our new Avalon Limited off the lot. She spent more than 30 minutes with us explaining the details of our new car and mentioned we can come back anytime if we don't understand something. I recently asked Ryan Braun at Reno Toyota if he could find me a specific color and trim package of a 2015 Toyota Venza, and match the price I found advertised by another competitor (which was significantly better than the Reno Toyota price.)Within one week, the car was in my garage, and the price was matched.Ryan and everybody at Reno Toyota did this with smiles on their faces.

My experience at Dolan Toyota was excellent! Beth Pollard and Justin Longtin were both wonderful to work with and helpful with all our questions. I was even able to get help with the registration process with DMV from Beth and Courtney, I have a foot injury and getting there would be very difficult for me to do myself. Beth Pollard and Justin Longtin worked hard to ensure I had the vehicle that fit all my needs. I visited other dealerships and their service did not compare to the service I received at Dolan. Had an amazing car buying experience at Dolan! Zac was wonderful! There was no pressure to buy, he showed us our options and knew everything about the vehicle. He made us feel like family. We looked at and drove cars at two other dealerships, and they came no where close to the service we got from Zac at Dolan. And of course the Highlander was a great vehicle! I was looking all over for a hard to find 4Runner. I contacted a dozen or so dealerships and Connor O'Day from Dolan immediately got back to me with a personal response, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I arrived at the dealership from out of state, and met with Ben Peterson who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I drove off with my new 4Runner after a smooth and painless experience. Madison was fantastic with explaining all the technology. I would recommend Dolan to anyone, even if you have to travel.

The easiest time I've ever had getting a new truck. I already knew what I was looking for in a general sense. Aaron help narrow down the truck i wanted easily without a ton of wasted time looking all over the lot at trucks I obviously wouldn't want, because he listened to me. To me that's important. The paperwork went smoothly and before I knew it I was headed back to Carson in the truck I wanted. Great experience. If you're looking for a new truck I don't know what else any dealer could do to make it easier.

This was my first experience with Dolan Toyota and it was easily the smoothest vehicle buying experence I've had. I knew what I wanted and got the right modeal and features lined up in advance, showed up and walked out the door with a new Tundra shortly after. Beth Pollard and th whole team were fantastic. Beth even made sure to return some pictures I left in my trade-in a few days later when I realized I left them behind. Great experience and we will be back in the future.

My experience was great from the first moment we went to Dolan Toyota! Not only did they give us a better dealer then every other dealer we had been too, but they did it without feeding you all the ridiculous lines dealers usually give you. They were upfront and honest and genuinely made me feel like they wanted my business and would do whatever they needed to earn it. I had been looking for 5 months and did tons of research on what I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. They met every criteria. Even after I bought the vehicle they called to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will be buying my next vehicle from Dolan as well! I worked with Jeff Davies, Lloyd Almond, Richard Gardner, and JJ Beaubriand when I went in to buy my vehicle and they were great. I also worked with Jeeb Gulistani, Chris Clark and Allison Ehrhart. The vibe at Dolan is great, they seem to really like one another and work together to satisfy the customer. Thanks you guys!

Ryan Walters and Beth are the best. We're from out of town. We called ahead to get facts on a new Tacoma. Once at the dealership and a hug from Ryan, Beth was right there to help us with everything we needed. No waiting -which we really appreciated. Already Tacoma owners we were sold before the test drive with Justin, so knowledgeable. I loved the ease with which the process took place. We gave Beth our figures. She and Ryan made it happen. Beth made sure that everything we wanted in our new truck it had, even down to two sets of mats. And I couldn't believe how quickly we got our new truck!!! The follow up is amazing. The Dolan crew is always there to answer our questions and ease our concerns. Pat, a really nice guy in service, went the extra mile helping with the needs of our 2002 Tacoma. Thank you. Dolan team, you are great. Each of my children have Toyotas as well. We will gladly refer our friends to Dolan Toyota.

Beth and her team really took the pain out of buying a vehicle. My son turned 16 and we have been searching for a certified used vehicle that had decent gas mileage and 4 wheel drive.Beth located the perfect 4Runner and we were driving out the door almost immediately. I believe the fact that the sales staff is paid salary and not commission makes the experience much more relaxed. They really care about good service and want to be recognized for providing it. That is how they make money....by providing a good customer experience! I went into Toyota to get an oil change on my Corolla that I had also bought at the dealership and saw a 4runner that I said was my dream car but I did not think that there was any way that I would be able to get into the 4runner at a low payment and great price, but the sales staff at Reno Toyota proved me wrong and I have never been happier! I absolutely love my new 4runner and now have multiple friends considering their next car purchase at Reno Toyota. I would not recommend any other dealership. These guys rock and treat you like you are part of the family! One thing I loved was that they now show you all the features on your car so that you can use it at its full potential! It was a great service and now I am able to enjoy every part of my car.

This is actually the second vehicle I have purchased from Dolan. This time I was looking for a used vehicle. As the car buying process has a negative reputation, my salesman Felipe made the entire process effortless. With the exception of the hour wait to get into the finance office, the entire time spent was easy, straightforward, and somewhat speedy. I am very happy to have worked with Felipe. Unlike many past car buying experiences, Felipe was very nice, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Felipe and the sales team was also very flexible in negotiations and working with my budget. I purchased a used vehicle that had just arrived on the lot. Before I could take the vehicle home, it had to be detailed and pass inspection. During this wait time I found a few recalls issued by the car's manufacturer, Nissan. I called Felipe and he actually had the vehicle taken to the Nissan dealership to the get the recalls done before I accepted the car just three days after the purchase was made. The extra effort in doing that saved me time as I was coming from out of town. Throughout the wait, Felipe kept me updated on the vehicles status which I also appreciated. Overall a great buying experience and so far love the car.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the Dolan dealerships and they met and exceeded my expectations. My selection in vehicles was the FJ Cruiser TT Special Edition which is only available in limited numbers and wasn't in Dolan's inventory. They found one for me and gave me a reasonable amount for my 2008 in trade. I had a set of unique requirements regarding registration and titling which were all satisfied. Ryan Braun, the vehicle specialist, was first rate, knowledgeable and friendly. He understood my set of circumstances and reacted professionally. During my new vehicle orientation I met his supervisor, Jeremy Sinner, who was very warm and conversant. He sold me on some after-market items I know will make my vehicle that much better!Again all of the salesmen and finance people I worked with were "top drawer" and exactly what I expected. What I didn't anticipate was the breath of fresh air that my delivery specialist, Allison Ehrhart, brought to the culmination of my buying experience. My mood as I was picking up my new Toyota was "yeah, yeah just give me the keys and I'll be off". There are few women working in car dealerships and what knowledge can this 20 something girl possibly impart on me? Well I stand corrected! She went through every feature of the FJ with me, which I thought I knew and blew my mind. Had I not just sold my business I would have stolen her from Dolan in a minute. In the past 35 years I have interviewed and employed hundreds of people and I know when I see exceptional personality and intelligence. She alone was worth my visit to The Dolan Auto Group!!

We are a cash payer and they would not negotiate even $500.They didn't even counter offer. They just say no to our offer. Interesting enough, I blue booked the vehicle and it blue booked for much less then what they showed on their blue book. I have worked with other dealers in my past and had a much more pleasant experience.

Just bought a used car from this dealership. This was definitely the best experience I made buying a car. It was a used Buick with very low miles and in near perfect condition. The car was priced fair to where there was no need to haggle. It had a ding on the hood the dealer had taken care of. Even without that I felt the car was worth the asking price! When they detailed it for me, at their cost, they decided to also replace the tires, again at their cost. So, when the car was ready for me to pick up it was nice and clean with a repaired hood and new tires and they even filled up the gas tank!Also, my vehicle specialist Warren was very forthcoming, helpful and professional. Not at all pushy!How refreshing!

The addition of the vehicle delivery dept was brilliant. Both young ladies and Jeremy went over everything in detail about my new Highlander and answered every question.. I went in to the lot thinking I wanted a Tacoma but after test driving it I realized that it wasn't going to fit my life style. My salesman James Siver suggested I look at the 4Runner and after my test drive I was sold. James Siver was kind and didn't pressure me for a sale. I appreciated the knowledge he shared with me about the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I have. My mom just bought a 4 runner too. Just 5 days afterwards from the same salesman :) only complaint is the whole process takes to long from start to finish.

I have not purchased a new car in 17 years. I went online and I appreciated the chat room, and having Crystal setting up an appointment so I would not be walking in "cold"; The sales representative, Ben Peterson, was waiting for me, and was very professional and friendly, knew his cars, and was extremely helpful. He took enough time with me so that I could look at several autos, answered a lot of questions, and took me out to test drive the two I was looking at, which then helped me to decide what would best suit what I was looking for in a new auto. My experience with Chris was efficient and friendly going through all of the necessary paperwork, and Allie was just great in taking enough time with me to explain and demonstrate how the "technology " package was set up in the car, and how to use all of the many wonderful details in my new car.What a great experience in buying my new car! At no time was I pressured, or brushed off by anyone! Nice touch to have someone by the front door to welcome car shoppers, and possibly turn into potential buyers! Our experience with your salesperson Jacob Glass was exemplary!!! (above and beyond) Once he knew the type of vehicle we needed; he showed us all our options. He then put together a pricing package that fit our budget. Due to our family's scheduling problems we had somewhat of a difficult time closing the sale. He persevered...and we signed the papers on 7/11/14. Jeremy Parke (Finance Manager) was also very helpful, explaining all our options. She matched the pricing of another dealership and I didn't have to drive to California to pick it up. This time around I checked pricing again with several dealerships and she beat every one again. I took my Vehicle in for it's first service,where I was greeted and helped by Dustin McClelland.After A short wait Dustin informed me that they had found a factory defect in the rear tire lug nut studs, and that they had to be replaced under Warranty and that the Vehicle was unsafe for me to drive. Reno Toyota provided a free loaner vehicle for the inconvenience while mine was being repaired.Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional and polite in explaining the issues at hand and provided exceptional service.Thanks to Stan Arnold and Steve Nadeau in sales and Dustin in service,they are the reason I am a Satisfied Customer.

My wife and I, just bought a new 4Runner from Doaln. The experience was tremendous. We had great attention to our goals. They answered all of our questions. Beth Pollard was the sales person and explained all the details. Her service and attention to our needs was great. John Elcano, explained all the details on financing and the extended warrenty. Ben Frredman, made sure that the extras we had purchased were installed correctly and that we get the window tint done just the way we wanted it. An amazing experience! I was welcomed by John Hall in the Internet Services with my call/inquiry. He never pushed, only offered; he offered his time, his interest, his concerns that I receive the best information. That initial call and his follow up emails started the ball rolling with the best of the best.Jordan Bellais was my Vehicle Specialist. Wow! He knew every inch of the car I wanted to test drive. I never felt rushed and in fact I could ask any question and receive a knowledgeable answer. He truly had a command of the information on this car. I knew it was the car for me as soon as I got behind the wheel and I needed a person like Jordan to remind me of all the things that my new Camry brings to me from its outstanding performance to its Toyota dependability. It wasn't just Toyota that he was representing but a dealership that I needed to know would stand behind my purchase. I got just that! Thank you Jordan Bellais, you are outstanding.Although the majority of my time was spent with Jordan, I also was assisted by John Elcano who walked me through all the DMV paperwork, registration and service contract. Paperwork? A necessity but at this point I'm ready to fly in my new car! John was quick, yet efficient and knowledgeable with what still needed to be done. They are even registering my vehicle for me! No DMV lines for me!The last part of my experience was spent with Cole Knittle, the delivery specialist. Oh my gosh, this man was outstanding. Jordan Bellais was fantastic in helping me and my wife trade in our Saturn vue and lease a 2014 sienna. He helped us get a payment that felt comfortable to our budget. I was overwhelmed and unhappy with the 2014 Volvo XC60 I had purhcased in March 2014. I worked with Nick who got me into the 2014 Toyota Avalon. I gave Nick the punch list of my requirements and he was able to get me into my new car. Nick was very patient, trustworthy, understaning, and did not pressure me into this selection. The Financing person, Jeremy was also very good with me. Cole was outstanding with his knowledge and introducing me to my new Avalon. This is my first Toyota and I love it. The people I dealt with at Dolan Toyota truely made me feel like family! Their attitudes and actions with me where great. I am a fussy person and they treated me with care, patience, respect and not like the weird aunt. I appreciated and will come back over and over.

I mostly got the pleasure to work with Justin Longtin. He is a really cool guy. I seriously came in thinking these guys would try to rip me off, but all they did was try to help me get the best car to my needs. I was trading in my Civic which I could not keep. It was one of those lemon cars but they still offered to take it with a good amount. I honestly had a good time in their dealership and would not hesitate to go back for another in a couple of years. You guys did an awesome job and I am still happy with my car, just not my insurance -lol- Thanks guys!! :)

I purchased a used "Certified" Camry for my adult son. I was assured that everything mechanical was in order because, the dealership said, the motorcar had been "Certified." I returned for routine service just when I should have--3,000 or so miles later--to learn that the brakes had all worn down through the pad into the rotors. I found the mechanic who had worked on the Camry, and, after a few pleasantries, asked if, given what he had seen with the brakes, it would have been possible for the brakes to have "passed inspection" 3,000 or so miles earlier. He looked around him for a few seconds, then whispered, "no way, buddy, no way." I thanked him for his honesty and left, never to return to Reno Toyota. I was unwilling to complain to management for two reasons: first, I didn't want to cause any trouble for the honest mechanic, and, second, from reading reviews of the dealership, I didn't believe that anyone would really care about my experience.

After watching my money slip away from me, I thought it was time to make it work FOR me. I visited Reno Toyota and was amazed with the immediate greetings, the friendly staff, and the fact that the entire group was able to make a NEW car work for me. Wolf went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the car that I ended up choosing. He made sure that I received every available discount that I could to ensure that I went home with the car that I fell in love with and the budget that would work for me. Cole did a supremely fantastic job of detailing my beauty and going over each and every inch of my new car with me to make sure that I understood how my new car worked. I drove home still full of happy butterflies at the amazing turn of events that have happened. I don't feel as if I have to be forced to return because it is time for a maintenance inspection, I feel as if I will WANT to return because Reno Toyota is now my family. Vehicle Specialist Beth Pollard was extremely helpful locating a car suited to our needs and negotiating a price that included a number of discounts. She also was able to answer a number of questions relating to the purchase that put us at ease with our decision. We selected the 2014 RAV4 Limited Edition.Cole Knittle was very patient explaining and demonstrating all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. This initial tutoring session lasted about an hour and was a bit overwhelming, so he suggested we come back again to continue with the session. This allowed us to digest what he had gone over and to formulate questions on things we missed initially. Our second session clarified several issues and brought more features to light. He encouraged us to return at any time if further questions arise.Jeremy Parke, the Finance Manager, went through the lengthy trail of paperwork efficiently and as quickly as was reasonable, answering questions along the way. He offered, among other options, the Clear Bra, but it appeared to us from the demonstration panel that it was a black coating which didn't appeal to us and we declined. Later, Cole showed us one of the vehicles on which it was installed, revealing that it was practically invisible. Had Jeremy done this, we would have opted to have it applied.Cole later directed us to Accessory Manager, Ben Freedman, who was very helpful organizing the accessories we wanted, including the Home Link mirror, and rubber floor mats. Cole explained the Clear Bra situation to Ben who said he would order that for us at the price we would have paid during the session with Mr. Parke, which was half the regular price. I asked him about having a bra applied to my 2011 Tundra and he said he would charge us half price for that as well. Ben wanted us to relate our experience with Mr. Parke to Jeremy Sinner, the Sales Ambassador. We discussed ways the Clear Bra could be more graphically illustrated to potential buyers and thought that perhaps Mr. Parke was unaware one of the vehicles in the showroom had had the bra applied. Mr. Sinner was very apologetic for the miscommunication and thanked us for our suggestions on how to more clearly demonstrate the accessory. As a gesture of good will, Mr Sinner said the company would cover the cost of the floor mats we had ordered and also gave us two key chains of our choice. This was totally unexpected and showed us that Reno Toyota is truly sincere in their desire to establish good customer relations. There is no doubt we will return to Reno Toyota for future vehicle purchases and will strongly recommend the company to our friends and others who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had a 2006 Tundra truck, and wanted a used Sienna. Derrick found me a 2008 Sienna that I could afford, because they gave me a fair price for my trade-in, and I am very happy . I love my "new" car, and I went in there today to pay them off, and 3 different people welcomed me back and asked if everything was alright. Went in on Memorial Day weekend to purchase a used vehicle. As soon as I gotto the dealership cCraig came out to help. I told him I was looking for a vehicle I had seen online. Since it was a hot day he took me with another car around the lot to find the one I had come to look at. We found it in the parking structure in back. Negotiating terms was a little frustrating but in the end and also dealing with Daniel I finally got the terms I was happy with and they were too! Over all I am happy with my experience and can't wait to go back and pick up my vehicle.

It was a tough negotiation overall but we ended up in a place that was a fair deal for both parties after a lot of work on their part. Their service was absolutely great and I felt we were tailored to for our entire experience. Highly recommended.

I had called the previous day before heading out to Reno as we live an hour away and asked the staff if they could hold the Toyota Corolla that we were specifically driving to test drive and possibly purchase. When we arrived, Jordan was already waiting out front and explained the features of the 2014 Corolla, he then took us on a test drive so we could experience the ride, then my husband got to drive. Rather than just the standard go test the car on the highway and immediately head back, Jordan allowed us to drive on the high way and through the city of Reno which was great ! When we got back we started the paper work and the haggling, which was the most pain free experience we had with car buying ! When Jordan needed help he grabbed Daniel (Danny) Frank and they worked to meet the numbers that my husband and I were most comfortable with. We were given complimentary snacks while we were waiting for the car to be detailed. After signing my paperwork the car was ready for us where we were given a tutorial on how to operate the screen of the car the gentleman that was explaining everything also answered all our questions, set up the phones to the car, and most importantly, did not make us feel like "Okay you have the car now go!", the staff at Reno Toyota made us feel very at home and comfortable. As I said earlier, it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone ! I am 42 years old and have went through over 25 cars. I have had many bad experiences, a few mediocre, and a couple that I thought were good, in purchasing my new or used cars throughout the years. However, after my recent experience purchasing a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Reno Toyota, I now have a new standard in the car purchasing experiences which renders all prior experiences sub-standard or horrible. It's nice to know that customer service like what the people at Toyota exhibit, is still present today. My salesman, Ryan Braun was absolutely amazing-very knowledgeable and honest. Ryan made me feel very comfortable throughout the entirety of the sale. My sales manager, Jessy Huggins, was equally as amazing. The finance process was painless, quick and there were no hidden agendas. Lastly, Cole and his new assistant made sure I was completely versed with the truck and all of its capabilities before I left the dealership. I want to thank everybody there for their help and I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy a new car or truck....

I have purchased many vehicle s over fifty years and Reno TOYATO is the best sales personnel as well as the entire service department. Personnel from the front desk to the exit door from service department go the extra mile to be there to help, explain their services and make you feel like a part of their family. I recently totaled my 2013 Tundra and came back to purchase a second one. The truck did its job and I way able to walk away. The customer service that I received from the entire staff was fantastic! From the first contact with Lexie the internet vehicle specialist I felt like a valued customer with fast response and all my questions being answered. She also came and introduced herself to us as well once we arrived and made sure we was taken care of.We also worked with Tim Mogan who helped us get the price we were looking for. He was great to work with and would buy another car from on our next purchase. From the service shop (service manager Ken) to the sales department Reno Toyota employees have excellent interpersonal skills, in fact, I would rate them the best in the business. In particular, my salespersons (e.g., Hadie Itani) showed what a great sales person can do to leave the buyer (i.e., me) with an extremely positive experience. In short, Hadie made shopping for a car something that was enjoyable and not in the least stressful. Finally, my deceased father was a top-notch car salesmen from Vermont his entire career and Hadie is well on his way in his career with obtaining the rewards that come from being the BEST in the business. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership.

Jordan immediately took care of me as soon as I was on the lot. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he answered any and all of my questions without any waffling or hesitation. He did not use a hard sales pitch or try to force me into something I did not want to buy. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car for me. After I had decided to buy, Jordan handed me off to Felipe, and he was also terrific. The negotiation was very hassle free, and he worked with me so we could meet on a number. He did not resort to any of the typical car dealer theatrics when trying to make a sale. We met on a number much faster than I anticipated. Jordan came by to check on us periodically and that extra touch made me feel like he genuinely cared. After everything was signed and done with, everyone continued to be incredibly friendly and I was not ignored after the sale was complete. Overall, I have not had a better experience buying a vehicle, and I have not worked with better people than Jordan and Felipe when buying a car. Reno Toyota cannot be recommended high enough, and Jordan and Felipe cannot be commended enough for the way they worked with me. I will not go anywhere but Reno Toyota for my car shopping in the future.

I was surfing the net thinking that I really needed to trade in my 10 year old Chrysler mini van- Crystal Graff, Internet Vehicle Specialist called me within 10 minutes to see how she could assist me. I explained to her that I was overweight and wanted to get into a vehicle but was worried that with my extra weight and 2 bad knees, that I would not find a vehicle that would meet my needs. I also told her that I was apprehensive about the shopping experience because I dont like high pressure sales. She assured me that I would be taken care of, told me that they would have a few vehicles for me to try and that she woudl ask Jason Loose work with me. We discussed a few options. I scheduled an appt and was unable to keep it so she followed up the next day and we rescheduled. When I got there, I was met by Jordan Bellais and he was polite, friendly and was a very good listener. He asked me what I was looking for, had a few vehicles pulled up so I did not have to walk too much and I just sat in them to see how I felt. Though these were all great vehicles, I did not like the interior design, as I was used to a min van. He listened to my feedback and then suggested that we look at the minivan- However, he asked if it would be ok for me for him to introduce me to another sales person Casey White, as he felt that Casey could speak better to that particular vehicle- what a novel concept! I really felt that they were working as a team to ensure that I got the best vehicle. Casey/Jordan reviewed my needs and feedback and then I test drived the 2014 Toyota Sienna and that was it- I LOVED that vehicle. It met all my needs though that was the last vehicle that I thought I would leave with :). Then I went back in and spent some time with Casey to review the financing. My credit was not perfect and initially it looked like the vehicle was going to be way out of budget. Casey had Jason Loose talk to me. He was so nice and I explained to him why I was not going to be able to go over budget too much. He listened and was very friendly and said that he would take a look to see what coudl be done. I did nto have to do the "haggling thing". He did work with me to get the financing that I needed. Though I was $100 over what I wanted to pay per month, the vehicle that I chose was also a lot more than what I had initially thought I would leave with. Jordan checked in a few times to see how I was doing. Casey also checked in to see how I was doing and they all offered beverages while I was waiting. Once the deal was sealed, it was off to meet Jeremy who took care of the financing and answered more questions. Then the car was detailed and I spent over 45 minutes with Jeremy Sinner who walked me through all the feaures of the car. He felt that I needed more time as he wanted to make sure that he could show me where the service dept was and offered to program my cell phone as well as my garage door "feature" if needed- so we scheduled an additional appt the next day since I had to leave. I really truly felt that each person that I talked to understood my needs, both financial and in terms of the car, and really tried to make this experience a team effort and they really succeded. I was truly wowed by the customer service. All of them told me that this was the Dolan experience and they really wanted me to become a repeat customer. I would recommend this dealership with no hesitation as well as the services of Jordan Bellais and Casey White to any of my friends. No pressure, no games and truly awesome people.I also wanted to say that Crystal started this process in a very positive way which really made me want to go out and meet the rest of the team. I was sold a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with a patched tire on it. I asked two different people at the dealership through an email and a letter if I could get the tire replaced. I got no response from either one. So I asked my salesman, Hadie Itani, if he could help me get an answer to my request and he was more than helpful! He arranged for the tire to be replaced. My experience there since I bought the car makes me think Hadie is the only one who actually cares about the customer.

Darrick is an amazing professional. He is not only personable and easy to work with, but he is also thoroughly knowledgeable about Toyota products, and he answered all of our questions honestly and accurately. For the first time, we felt no "hard sell" or pressured in any way. He truly made every effort to figure out what we wanted and to meet our needs. We have never left a car dealership with such a good feeling of honest bargaining and fair treatment. Our final paperwork for this purchase was handled by Finance Manager John Elcano. John is very easy to work with. He has an engaging, patient, and friendly personality and took time to make sure we understood the paperwork we were signing. Being a skeptic, I anticipated additional negotiation during the final paperwork, but it did not happen. John wrote the deal the way we had negotiated it...no up-sell attempts. As we expected, he did offer us a standard maintenance agreement and an extended warranty, both of which we purchased because of the detailed explanation he provided (with graphics & numbers), and because we quickly grew to trust him. Working with Jordan Bellais at Reno Toyota was a great experience. He met me at my car when I arrived at the dealership, and he was extremely helpful through the entire process. Jordan explained all the steps that we would go through to let me drive off the lot with my new Toyota the same day, and not have to come back the next day. He set up the appraisal of my trade-in vehicle, was very patient with me through selecting the various options that I wanted on my new 4Runner, and worked quickly through the initial credit-check and finance process. After the financing cleared, he spent another hour helpfully explaining all the 4Runner features, switches and controls before I left the lot. When he saw that I was having a challenge remembering all the instructions, he suggested making another appointment soon to review everything and give me a refresher course. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the entire process, convincing me that I was fortunate to have dealt with him and Reno Toyota.

Jordan was excellent. He earned a 5 star rating in my opinion. He came prepared and was knowledgeable as well as friendly. Also the experience of adding accessories and working Into the deal was seamless. I believe it was Ben who was excellent here. The rest of the experience was just ok, not Jordan's fault. Trade in value was terrible. They said they couldn't sell my audi S4 for $36k and tried to give me $24k. I bet it is listed for at least $36k. Also, to close the deal and finish the paperwork took way too long, at least 1.5 hrs longer than I expected. So as usual once you got past the salesman and into the finance deal portion it wasn't so great. My suggestion....just put the final price of the vehicle on the car.

Lexie was great in getting everything set up and helped decide on the vehicle that would fit us. Started a deal for used Toyota Forerunner. Chris Verrinder our salesman was very helpful with all our questions and concerns, this was our first used car purchase. We had always only purchased new from dealerships. After we started paperwork we left without vehicle because it was not yet ready for transfer ownership, safety tests, thorough cleaning etc... the vehicle had just been turned in as a trade in. Unfortunately after 1 week, I became unemployed , I had to cancel the purchase. I was so upset, this was such a shock. After contacting Jeremy Parke our finance officer and explained our circumstances he was very understanding and worked to resolve a clean end for us. Never did we ever have such wonderful treatment from a Dealership. Jeremy Parke assured us that when we do get back on our financial feet that we would still be welcome to do business with Toyota Reno. This dealership, and staff are a welcome sigh of relief to consumers who value excellent customer service. YES. I will recommend them. :)

I went to Reno Toyota looking for a mid-sized truck, good mileage, and a reasonable price. As soon as I stepped out of the car Darren was there to help me. He showed me what he had to offer, and I fell in love with a 05 Nissan Titan. When it got down to the paperwork that's where Beth stepped in. She was absolutely wonderful. She negotiated my payments down to where I wanted them, and new tires on the truck! Then it had to go to the shop for some last minute inspections. There was a couple of recalled parts, and minor safety things that needed to be done to the truck, and Toyota was more than helpful where this was concerned. Beth stayed in contact with me almost every day updating me on the progress of the truck. I got the truck back and it's great! I would recommend anyone stopping by and checking out what they have to offer.

Darrick and Jeremy were very pleasant and helpful as we went through the negotiating and purchasing process on our car. They even informed me about the possibility of getting a refund on an extended warranty we had on our car that was just totaled. I checked and they were right. That tip resulted in a very nice refund for us. They were also very helpful showing us how all of the hi-tech gadgets in our new car worked.

We were so impressed with the dealership and Mr. Bellais that we decided to look for a car there. We were so happy with the attentive staff that we purchased a Dodge Journey. I went to Reno Toyota to trade my 4runner in for a larger vehicle for me and my growing family. The sales person who helped me find and test drive a crew max Tundra. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the trucks, and was sure to include all options both new and used. He was very friendly and professional. After finding the truck that fit us the best, the negotiation was seemingly streamlined. They were able to get the down payment and monthly payments right where we wanted them, and gave me an extremely competitive offer for my trade. The following day, I called with some additional concerns regarding the financing. They exceeded all my needs to ensure I was able to purchase the truck. After two phone calls, the deal was accepted by all and the paperwork was in order. When I picked up the truck, the staff was sure the truck was immaculate and there were no issues. They walked me around the truck, inspecting for any issues, then introduced me to all the controls and new radio/nav system in the truck. It was very encouraging to have the help, and taking the extra 20-30 minutes to teach me and answer any questions was so appreciated! I drove home with my new truck very pleased with the entire experience. I always felt that the sales team had my best interest in mind, and they genuinely cared about us through the whole process. I would gladly recommend Reno Toyota to anyone looking for a great new vehicle and to be taken care of.

I shopped at Reno Toyota over the course of a month. I first met and worked through final sale with Ryan Braum. Ryan was very informative and spent time with me three different occasions, explaining individual models and their features. I really appreciated his commitment to finding the right vehicle at the right price, while at the same time not making me feel pressured. I also appreciated his attention to detail. I had shopped at other dealerships and at the end of discussions with salespeople, most could not remember my name. Ryan remembered my name, the vehicles I was interested in and my price range, often with weeks between our discussions. Very personable experience with Ryan.

I purchased a used 2013 Toyota Sienna AWD in November of 2013. The vehicle was one of the dealership's fleet vehicles and already had nearly 33,000 miles on it. I believe I got a very fair price on this vehicle. I live in Reno, NV and was looking at dealerships as far west as San Francisco and as far east as Salt Lake City. I did not mind driving to get the best price, but as it turned out I found the best price in my home town. Casey White was my salesman and was so patient with me and helped me find the right vehicle to fit my needs. I was in no hurry to buy my car. I had a Honda CR-V that was still in great shape so I wasn't interested in buying a car immediately. I wanted to wait to find the one that find all of my criteria. I was very particular. I wanted an AWD minivan to accommodate growing family and the weather of our city. I preferred it to be steel grey in color and wanted a tow package to pull our tent trailer. Casey found us a vehicle with all of those features and though it did not have the tow package they agreed to add that on as part of the sales agreement at a very fair price. I have had previous history working with their service department on an older vehicle I owned 7 years ago and my experience was exceptional! I'm happy to have another Toyota and look forward to have my car serviced here again. I would recommend Reno Toyota and the Dolan Auto Group. I would recommend using the Reno Toyota Service Department and I would recommend asking for Casey White as your sales person. I have never had anything but good experiences here and love the newly remodeled dealership!

Casey White and the entire Reno Toyota staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our car we were treated like family. Casey spoke to us like we were friends instead of just customers. He listened to what we had to say and never tried to push anything we weren't clearly interested in. He stayed well within our budget and helped us make a great deal on a great car. Since we were buying a used car he gave us full details on the vehicle we were interested in. The service department gave our car a full inspection and made sure it was spotless before we even sat in it. Casey followed up with a phone call a few days after, making me feel very appreciated. My family and I have always owned Toyotas and as long as I live in or near Reno I will continue to be a customer there and to continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

This was by far our most pleasant experience buying a new car!John Chavez explained features of the car and was low keyed with no pressure. He was well informed. Beth was the first one to help us when we arrived at the dealership. We knew what car we wanted already, having seen it online, and she found it for us and we agreed on a fair deal together. It had just arrived two days prior, so the car had not been through the complete 75 point inspection or detail so we had to leave it there and wait for her call. Two days later we picked up the car and it looked terrific! New tires, full of gas, so shiny. We usually stick to Craigslist when we buy a car but this time we went to Reno Toyota and I am glad we did!

Reno Toyota dealership was very accommodating and patient with us. Our salesperson (Beth pollard) was very courteous and had a very positive attitude. We were able to review all the vehicles that we wanted to and all of our questions were answered. The facilities was very clean and impressive. We got a complete tour of the dealership and the employees all displayed exceptional customer courtesy and customer service. We purchased the vehicle that we were looking for and before we left, we were personally thanked by a member of the Dolan family. I would highly recommend Reno Toyota for great car and a great price.

Hadie Itani was very helpful with helping us find the used car that best fit our needs in every category. We needed a specific size with a specific payment and it took him less than a week to find this car and put our payments right where they needed to be. Great and amazing service! Me and my wife went in originally to find an older SUV and Shaun was very very helpful in showing us every SUV that was in our price range after about an hour of looking around the lot he showed us a 2013 Rav4 we felt that this would be well outside of our price range but we agreed to let them run the numbers for us but we had to leave town, however they said we could come back the next day. So the next day we get the call back and said great news we got approved but at a high interest rate and a hefty down payment. Long story short after a few more days the got us in the SUV we wanted at a lower interest rate than they originally said and took off the down payment all together and they gave us a great trade-in value for our other car. This dealership is absolutely the best in Reno, oh and they have free monsters! Definitely going back for my next new car someday.

Buying a 2012 RAV 4 After agreeing to a sale price It was switched, Through my own carelessness I missed it. Also after paying for the vehicle and getting ready to drive it home I discovered Dent in the rear bumper. The Salesman said the manager stated it was always there. I went in at 12pm, with a list of cars I wanted to look at. Not only did I get taken to see those but David also opened my eyes to other cars that were within my price range with great consideration to the other items on my list of what I wanted in a car. Within those was a Chevy Sonic that was practically new with very low mileage! I fell in love with it! He was also so great that my boyfriend who had come with me decided to buy a car from him too. David was friendly, and really did listen to what we wanted and could afford within the car. He was not at all pushy as I was afraid of(being my first time car shopping). He helped both me and my boyfriend, worked hard with the banks to get the affordable payments for both me and my boyfriend, in the process going all day(10hrs) with a smile on his face and a bounce in his step. The next day my boyfriend's car was ready to be picked up but mine was not(as it was just traded in and had to still go though inspection). Even though it was not ready the next day ether, David still got it out of shop so that I can sit in it to reform in my mind that this was the car I wanted. Not only is David great at being a sales person the day of, but still goes above and beyond what I think would be in his job duties to please the customers!

The internet sales team was great to work with to get us the best price around, Jeeb hooked us up with Jenn when we came in and she was beyond incredible. Looked into rebates and financing we asked about and helped us every step of the way. She took her time with us and gave us lots of special attention. I do think we got an incredible deal due to hard research on our part but when we went to Reno Toyota with what we wanted they were happy to give us what we wanted. The experience that we had at Reno Toyota-Scion was top notch. I would recommend anyone in the new or used car market to pay Shaun a visit. The level of customer service that he gave us was exceptional and he was both professional and personable throughout our time there. The most important thing I can say about Shaun and the Reno Toyota dealership is that they make you feel taken care of. It never hurts when they offer you a great deal on your trade in and then another great deal on the actual vehicle you want to purchase! Even if I hadn't purchased a vehicle from them I would not hesitate to point business in their direction.

Although I ultimately did not purchase a Toyota product, I have to express what a positive, enjoyable, and refreshingly candid experience I had with these employees.Casey and I test drove a Rav4 that morning, and I returned later that eve with my husband, who liked another pre-owned vehicle on the lot. Casey was pleasant, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and eager to show me, any and all different configurations of the 2013 and 1014 Tundra. He gave me his enthusiastic, informed opinion on the various models, and he was instrumental in having me returning to the dealership, after the first visit, and ultimately purchasing a 2014 Tundra Limited TRD. Casey White is no doubt a bright light on the Reno Toyota showroom. I will refer any of my friends who want to buy a Toyota or any cars. Also in the finance dpt, Jeremy Parke was great and made the transaction easy and pleasant. This is our second Toyota in two years, I think we have a favorite brand and dealership here in Reno.

We are return customers, and bought both our Highlander back in 09 ,and just bought our new '14Tundra from Beth Pollard . Beth was our sales consultant, along with the help of Justin. It was overall a very professional, pleasant experience. The employees seem to have respect for each other ,and work as a team, which adds to the overal experience. We did the majority of our negotiations over the phone which I highly recommend! Come prepared, and as with any large purchase you must be informed ,and be your own advocate. I also recommend getting pre approved with your own financing before going into a dealership ,if at all possible, then the dealership can try to get you more competitive financing. I went in to buy a Scion TC 2014. They did not have the one I wanted but instead went and searched for other dealers near buy and found the exact one I wanted. They did a trade with one of them for the car I wanted. They charged me nothing extra and had the car shipped in a week. They had alot of people help me out with different things to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. Mostly I worked with Jen. Ask for her, she will help you get the best deal, along with any possible discounts (as she did with me). She is very patient and laid back unlike many car dealers I have met. They also gave me plenty of free food and drinks when I would come into visit which I thought was really nice of them.Over all they took good care of me, treated me great, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted for a great price.

I began my car search about a month ago online and at several local dealerships in Reno. I found a Prius online at Reno Toyota, and went to test drive it. That's when my quest to find the perfect car began with Shaun Taylor. The Prius wasn't quite it for me, but Shaun patiently looked for cars that might interest me and would also fit in my price range. He was always very honest and friendly. Going to other dealerships, I instantly felt like I was being sold something, Shaun made me feel like he was my friend, trying to help me find the car that was actually the best for me. I had been in search of a pre-owned vehicle for approximately one month. I went to many dealerships, along with looking online, to find the perfect (and affordable) vehicle for myself. When I ended up at Reno Toyota Dolan Auto Group I met and worked with Jeff and Hadie. They were both super friendly, very helpful and NOT pushy at all with my car shopping experience. I visited Reno Toyota to get a sense for the cost of a 3 year lease of a car, and walked out of the dealership with a signed contract. In the process, I was the object of the most sophisticated and well choreographed hard sell I have ever experienced. They took the keys for the Toyota that I was going to trade in for "evaluation purposes", and held on to it to keep me from walking out of the dealership. They worked me for 4 hours, with long breaks during which I was waiting for "new offers", until I finally broke down and signed a contract. I left the dealership angry and utterly ashamed of myself for letting them railroad me into signing. I realized how naive I was to expect that my previously very good experience with a Toyota dealer would repeat itself. I leased a good car, I know that. However, the cynical, uncaring process it involved is still making me sick to my stomach.

The over all buying experience with Reno Toyota was great. Every person I dealt with was very pleasent, helpful, and professional. It was certainly a different experience than what i've become acustomed to regarding a car dealership. Great service and customer care.

I helped my daughter buy a used car from Reno Toyota. She had just moved to Reno. I was told that they inspect their used car meticulously! Well, 7 months later the transmission is completely gone! Two different mechanics have stated that this car has not had the transmission serviced ever!! I called and talked to Brady( the owner I was told) he stated that us what happens when you buy a used car. He did nothing to make his customer happy!!! So now my daughter is stuck with a car she can't drive!! So I will be getting it fixed for her and we will never again go to Reno Toyota!!!!

I have given the rating I did as I was most impressed with their attentiveness, friendly personalities, quick turn around time to get the deal done and the overall professionalism. I want to say that Hadie Itani was exceptionally professional and honest, he made my experience unforgettable and easy. Sure I haven't rec'd my bank information yet however I faith that my finance rate and monthly payment will not change which was my number one concern with my vehicle purchase. I will be recommending Reno Toyota to my parents who are looking to a new car, my friends and co-workers alike. Overall I felt great about buying with Reno Toyota.

Hadie was great salesman. He was not pushing. I had a great experience. However before Hadie. I was contacted by Conner O'Day through Costco Internet. I presented him with an offer that I received from another dealership. I waited and waited, no answer from Conner. I think that wasn't professional of him to just drop me (Every customer deserves an answer)Would I recommend Reno Toyota? I would have to recommend Hadie Itani. After having less than positive experiences with car dealerships in the past, I was astonished at how professional and honest Reno Toyota and the Dolan Auto group in general were. Daniel Frank worked diligently to find my husband and I our ideal family car at a competitive price. He was personable, professional and direct; we never felt like we were being pushed into a sale unethically. Ashton Carroll contacted me weeks after the sale was completed to redo my paperwork because he had worked hard to finance me at a lower monthly payment. He was extremely easy to work with and I greatly appreciated the extra effort he went through to make my new subaru more affordable! I will never buy from another dealership; Reno Toyota has my business and I highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a quality vehicle and a positive sales experience.

There was an advertised price on line. I received a response with a cash price out the door. I was advised there was a mistake and the price was increased $4400 over the on line price. I returned home and review the internet again, and the information still remained on the cars.com site. These actions were diplorable, as well as dishonest. Unfortunately, they lived up to what everyone believes about car salesmen.

We received excellent service from Justin Longtin regarding the introduction to/delivery of the 2013 Highlander Hybrid. He had extensive knowledge of the vehicle and we appreciated that. There are lots of details one should know about a hybrid, we know this from experience. He helped us out a lot!

As a divorced woman I was fearful of entering a dealership since I haven't had a newer car in 25 years. I didn't know what type I wanted and after taking with Mitch on the Internet offerings, I decided to try Reno Toyota. My sales person Jeff Davies was WONDERFUL! I drove a few cars and none of them felt right, instead of pushing me into something I didn't want, Jeff kept making suggestions and POOF once I drove the FJ cruiser, I was sold on the vehicle. Jeff and Chris met my monthly payment and I am thrilled with my new(er) truck!

Our family was in need of a new vehicle that would hold six people, four of them being children! Danny Frank helped us with our choice of a 2013 Toyota Sienna, and John E. helped us with financing. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience recently with the folks from Reno Toyota when I went to trade my previous leased vehicle (Toyota Prius - 2010) for a new Toyota Camry - 2013. Beth was super quick and friendly. Aaron of course helped out again in a big way. And Justin assisted me with the operation of the vehicle just before I was about to depart the dealership. Having not purchased a car in 20 years, I walked in to Dolan Auto with much trepidation. Hadi took great care with me. He was professional and at the same time friendly and personable. My husband and I fist talked to Josh, he said he was new and was not able to answer all of our questions so he referred us to Hadie. Josh and Hadie were both very nice and it was clear they wanted to help us. Hadie answered all of our questions and gave us a great deal that fit our budget!

Hadie did a great job! He was very helpful and did what he could to help me get the car I wanted at a pretty fair price. Once I saw the car it was better than what I had expected!!!! There was a little crinkle in the clear bra that was installed on the car but I was told by Hadie and another employee who's a manager there that they would make it right if the crinkle didn't come out in a few days. That made me feel pretty good that they cared enough to fix it to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. I will definitely keep coming back. My 2013 Corolla is my 2nd Corolla S and my 4th Toyota purchase. The reason why I came in to purchase this Corolla was because my 2006 Scion Tc was totaled in an accident a couple weeks ago. I loved that car. Hadie was really patient and showed me quite a lot of cars. From Scion to the Corolla S, and so many others. He went above and beyond to make the process of purchasing my car as stress less as possible especially after going through my accident a few days before. It wasn't a super long process either. I can remember staying from day to night trying to get a car in the past, this time it wasn't that long. It was I think the best car buying experience that I've had...EVER.

Warren was probably one of the best guys ive dealt with in the car buisness. Guy wasn't pushy at all extremly helpful and listened to what i wanted what I couldn't do and what i could I arrived at toyota about 11 oclock and didn't leave till after 7 only reason I didn't walk out in frustration was because of warren.

For years, I have dreaded-- literally dreaded-- buying a new car. But when it became painfully obvious that my17-year-old car wasn't going to make it much further, I went to a local car dealer (I won't name them here, but I had high hopes), and was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated there. The salesmen were "skeevy" and totally unprofessional. They were condescending and acted like I was some stupid woman who didn't understand how cars work. As I was trying to nail down a price, one salesman kept patting my hand and telling me he would "take care of everything-- I'll give you the 'family deal'--you don't have to worry about a thing." It pretty much validated every fear I'd had for years about buying a new car.In desperation-- the "CHECK ENGINE" light was starting to flash in my old car-- I asked friends to recommend a car dealer. Several of them told me about Reno Toyota, and I was familiar with the great support they provide to our schools in Washoe County, so I went there. I had been considering a different make of vehicle, and hadn't really thought about buying a Toyota. I checked out their vehicles in Consumer Reports and was really impressed with the reviews, mileage, reliability and affordability.In May, 2013, I visited Reno Toyota for the first time. I cannot believe I waited so long to buy a car. I worked with salesman Hadie Itani from the first day, and Jeremy, the sales manager. They were totally professional and polite, respectful and patient with my questions and concerns. Hadie and I took the Camry out for a test drive and I was so impressed with everything.Hadie was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to tell me everything about it without ever once giving me a hard sell or "talking down to me" when I had a question.After I first visited the dealership and expressed interest in a Camry, they kept in touch periodically to see if I had further questions, but I never felt that they were being pushy or trying to pressure me into making a decision.Yesterday, I returned to Reno Toyota and bought the new Camry. I got it for a price that was more than fair, the process was painless, and without exception, members of the staff were outstanding. I can't say enough good things about Hadie, Jeremy, and the crew at Reno Toyota. My advice-- DON'T WAIT TO BUY A NEW CAR! And if you need one, go there first and save yourself from being treated like an idiot at the other places.This car is going to last me a long, long time, and I am looking forward to working with the people at Reno Toyota in the future. Brady Dolan went ABOVE and BEYOND in sving me as a customer! He negotiated fairly on price. He followed through with promises to fix certain items on the used Toyota 4Runner I bought. He made himself very availabl to phone calls from me. He remains friendly, helpful, and caring. I would recommend Reno Toyota to anyone, and I have. He is a superb, upstanding man.

We are new to the Reno area and bought a car at another dealership that failed within the first three days. A desperate attempt at getting a reliable vehicle that we are familiar with became of utmost importance. We had always had great experiences with our Toyota vehicles and decided we had made a bad decision trying another brand, especially used. Although it was not in our plan, we ended up purchasing a new vehicle at a much better rate, with exceptional customer service all around. Reno Toyota provides the highest level of customer service we have experienced anywhere - it's not just because we really needed a car. I'm picky about these situations and expect good service and follow through. From lot to keys, Reno Toyota is top-notch. We can't say thank you enough for going the extra mile, providing professional service on a high quality product. We didn't know it was possible. Thank you to everyone who helped in the process, but especially Hadie, Chris and John who finalized the deal and stayed late with us to make it happen! We rate this experience 100 stars out of 5.

reno Toyota service department employees are professional and courteous, they greet you as you drive in mmediately and you speak to a service advisor right away, they called promptly to let me know what repairs were needed and finished when they said they would be done. they offer you a ride if you need it and also my car was washed when it was time to pick it up

I just had a good time there and they took such good care of all of my needs. They told me that I might want to upgrade to a Tundra to get out of my Toyota Tacoma access cab. They say that there is such a high market value on them so lets see if this is right and I can get into a Tundra instead. If I do, I will probably never buy another vehicle again as Toyota's run forever if you take care of them. I know about Toyota's as I have own two of them in the past and was very pleased with both of them. Found out just how much wood one can put into the back of a two wheel drive truck, like a cord. Kind of makes it sage in the back, but it still got me home in one piece and never had any problems with it.

We went in to see about a new car. We had our grandsons with us and the salesperson couldn't have been more accomodating. The length of time after paperwork was completed was a little long, beings as we needed to get all of our belongings out of the old car. We had brand new snow tires on our old vehicle and they allowed us to take them home, switching them with the tires we had at home. We have bought our last 3 cars from Reno Toyota, and have always had a great experience.

We worked with Craig Burkham over a course of three visits, which seems to annoy most car salesmen but had no affect on Mr. Burkham's attitude. He listened to what we wanted and what we were willing to accept and helped us reach our financial goal. Low pressure, friendly, and very patient. We ended up purchasing a Rav4 for a great price and within the parameters that my wife and I set for ourselves. Both Craig and DJ worked with us until we were happy with the deal offered. I would recommend working with either of these two. This was our first car purchase and everyone we knew warned us about their own poor experiences with buying a car. Since we live out of the area Warren worked with us using email and phone. Wen we went to the dealership warren really went out of his way to give us good service, as did everyone there. The car we wanted had been sold just an hour before we got there Warren found another and had it waiting for us when we arrived, now that is great customer service. Everyone asked to help us when we were waiting for one reason or another. The car we purchased was ready for us to drive home. Thank you Warren and team.

Warren made the experience of buying my first car great. Not only did he welcome me when I first got there he did everything he possibly could to make me happy with what i was getting They say first impressions are the first 8 seconds of interaction with someone. He certainly made that first impression and I knew this was the dealer I was going too. It was so good that me and my gf bought two cars instead of one! This is my second time buying a car and let me tell you, after meeting countless car salesmen all over town, Warren is by far the best one that I have encountered with. He will get you the best deal where the buyer and the seller will both profit. Through out the whole "buying experience"; I found out that Warren is a gentleman who is very knowledgeable and is very polite unlike many other salesman elsewhere who becomes rude and impatient when their offers are not accepted by the buyers. Warren explained to me all the things that I was confused with and he even offered and reminded me that there are many options in the car selling world that will help you decide if the car you are buying will sooth your lifestyle comfortably. Recently we visited Reno Toyota and met Chris Verrinder while shopping for a new car. We discovered the Toyota Venza and liked the vehicle very much. Chris was extremely helpful in showing the car to us and we decided to purchase. We owned a Lexus IS250 with very low miles and received an excellent trade in value toward the new Venza. During the negotiations we also met Brady Dolan and Hadie Itani who helped immensely in completeing our purchase and introducing the new Venza's features to us. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our new Venza and the additional items we wanted to personalize the car for us. I was greeted immediately by a very smiley Frank. Frank knew a lot about the Toyota Camry I was interested in and made me feel comfortable to ask a million questions. Every associate greeted me warmly (even the associates that weren't working with me directly) and made my experience one to brag about. Beth and Aaron listened to what I could afford and worked with me to make my payment fair and comfortable. About a year ago I came into Reno Toyota regarding a truck I had seen on the internet sight. Brad Geiser was the one that called me and told me that it had been going through detail and the 160 spot check and that I could come down and see it. At the time, I had two horses and was looking to buy a horse trailer so I needed a truck that could do all that. Brad found it for me. I instantly fell in love with the truck and buying it was a very pleasant experience. So, it's now a year later and I am down to only one horse that I can ride around where I live and the gas per month on the truck was killing me. I came in and, of course, saw Brad. He had been such a dream to work with last year that I wanted to make sure I chose him to work with me again. I test drove a new FJ Cruiser because "you never know" about how things will work out financially. Well, it didn't. So, Brad had actually called me to come down and drive a used model but we were told it was sold when we went to find it on the lot. So, I went home, disappointed, but knowing that if there was an FJ for me, Brad would let me know. So, he sent me an email on Friday and told me he thought he had found the car for me. I went in and there she was, Voo Doo Blue and all! We did the paperwork but because the banks were closed, I signed papers that I didn't actually read until I got home. When I did read them, the amount of interest and the amount of the payment was way out of my budget. I went back Saturday and Sunday to get my truck back. I was convienced to wait until the financing came through and on Monday, the cruiser was mine at a lower interest rate and monthly payment. I worked with Jeremy Parke and Ashton Carroll too but Brad spent his day off making sure everything was taken care of. He's a dream :) Since I haven't dealt with any other sales person, I can't say the same about anyone else but if I am ever in need of another vehicle, it will Brad I contact and it will be a Toyota.

Hadie was exceptional!! Answered any question thrown at him! Was also very friendly and very helpful!! Made the whole experience fun! Loved working with him and also Nevon. Nevon did an excellent job for only being there a couple of days he was very helpful and very sweet! Mark Miller was also very helpful in getting us the deal we wanted!! We purchased 2 cars, one for daughter and one for us. It was a very pleasant experience from the time we stepped on the lot until driving off into the sunset in our beautiful new Camry! I went to Reno Toyota after all day of car shopping. Was exhausted cranky and ready to give up on finding that special car. I met with Keith Page right away, he was nothing but friendly and very patient for how difficult I was being. We needed to find the right car at the right price. He stuck with me never got frustrated, found me a 2011 Nissan Altima and I love it! There was a minor issue with wiring after we purchased it and I called him up right away after all paperwork was signed, he didnt give me any problems that I would expect from other dealerships. Problem was fixed timely and I was well taken care of thru the whole process. The whole experience with Reno Toyata was amazing and nothing like my previous experiences with other dealerships, thanks to Keith Page! My husband and I were looking for a replacement vehicle for my "tiny" Subaru. Loved the Subaru but we have a new baby and it got small really fast. Connor had been recommended to us by a friend so we headed to the dealership and asked for him. Connor drove us around the lot and up into the garage on a very cold day for about 30-45 minutes. He showed us only vehicles in our price range, he didn't try to talk us up which was really refreshing. I was dreading the car buying experience. We happened upon my new Honda Pilot as we were heading back towards the front dealership. The year/mileage looked like they may have been in our range so he checked it out for us. It had just been turned in as a trade in the day before. We did end up test driving a newer Mitsubishi Endeavor but it just didn't feel like a car that would last to us and have good re-sale. Connor was knowledgeable and if he didn't know he said he didn't know but looked into our inquiries. We never felt rushed or pushed in any way. We took the Pilot for a drive around the lot b/c it hadn't made it through safety and couldn't take it on the road but we really liked it. We ended up putting in an offer and didn't have wiggle room for negotiations. Connor and the sales manager accepted our offer after some back and forth and after a couple hours of paperwork we had our deal put together. Jeremy Parke the finance manager was incredibly helpful as well. I would recommend Connor to anyone, he was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, not arrogant at all which I have found with other sales associates. He made our car buying trip a very good experience.

I was really nervous going in to buy a new car and Frank made it a very comfortable no pressure sale. He took his time to answer my questions and to explain anything I wasn't understanding. All the Toyota employees were very friendly and helpful. Frank took his time to explain all the gadgets inside my new car so that I felt comfortable in my new car when I left the dealership. I would recommend Reno Toyota to my friends and neighbors.

Beth Pollard is a fantastic sales woman. She is honest and forthright and got me the best deal my credit score and payments would allow. I would recommend her to anyone. What really sealed the deal for me was Justin Longtin. Justin went on a test drive with me and showed me every feature the vehicle has and how to use it. He programmed my phone to the bluetooth and also my radio stations. So now I'm hands free when using the bluetooth option which came with my vehicle. Justin has called me a few times just to make sure I am happy with my vehicle and if I had any questions. gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I ever had any issues or questions that he could help me out with. Hadie Itani was untruthful, ignorant, and rude. He began by lying when he assured us that Reno Toyota was a member of the USAA buying program, a program serving current and former military families, Reno Toyota is not a member. He then assured us that 4-Runners never came with heated outside mirrors, they do. Finally he, with a red face and angry expression and in a raised voice, stated that we (the buyers) HAD to respect him and his time. Mark and Juan saved this sale. Any commission accrued should go to them and not to Hadie Itani. We are 4-time Dolan Group customers, we love the cars and generally love the staff. However Hadie Itani made this the most unpleasant buying experience we have ever had. My advice to any customer, ask for a different salesperson if you have the misfortune to get Hadie Itani, either through the Internet or as a walk-in, demand another salesperson. Hadie Itani does not represent the Dolan Group or the Toyota service standard.

I inquired about a vehicle online and got an email online saying I was assigned to Connor O'Day. The online response and Connor's immediate follow-up got me into Reno Toyota first. Several other dealers were slower and, as a result, missed out on the sale.I met with Connor and he did a good job. He listened to what I wanted, showed me the options and was very helpful. I also worked with Brady Dolan and Chris Clark in making the deal. I am impressed that a member of the Dolan family was involved in my used car deal (which was on the lower end of what they sell) and I was glad I was supporting a local dealer with roots in the community. Chris was the finance guy and I appreciated his approach and sense of humor. Usually, I hate the finance guy on numerous levels, but Chris was great.The car I bought had just been traded in so they still had to check it out and service it. I was told this would take about a week. Connor was very good with updating me on it's progress and even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride to come get the car when it was ready. I felt that Connor's customer service was excellent. I like the atmosphere of the dealership. The salespeople are friendly to each other and each other's customer. My 'deal' was made at a desk out in the open which made it feel less high pressure. My car was ready a day earlier than I expected.The only thing I didn't like was there were some scratches that I thought they were going to touch up that I was told wasn't part of the deal. When I first looked at their website they had a promotion for a $25 gift card if you came in for an appointment. I didn't get that because I forgot the coupon when I mentioned it. I had to put the scratches in perspective because, after all, I was buying a USED car so wear is too be expected. It was a 2005 with only 41,000 miles so what's a scratch or two?On the flipside, they did give me free oil changes for a year, free roadside assistance, and a key chain that is nicer than the usual plastic thing with the dealer's name that you get from other places. I think this is standard for them and I appreciated it. The last time I bought a used car at another dealer the only extra I got was attitude from the finance guy and a plastic key fob.When I trade in my other car for a new one in a few years, I will definitely give Connor and Reno Toyota a call. I think it is important to support local businesses, and Reno Toyota has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau.

They have more than proven their lack of customer care, concern, and service. Consumers need to be aware of the dangers in doing business with Reno Toyota! Besides the poor design and lack of customer service in regard to safety issues of their cars; they are fronting the bill onto consumers by insisting financing through their company at a significantly higher rate rather than doing what is in the best interest of the consumer; even when consumer requests finance with another entity (my own bank); they lied saying terms were unavailable. Then when the consumer attempts to rectify the situation; the company ignores the customer. This is what I experienced and am still to date trying to resolve; but more importantly I am not the only consumer that has experienced this lack of customer service; cheating; and fraudulent treatment from Reno Toyota.I WOULD LOSE MY FRIENDSHIP IF I REFERED TO THEM.

We have always had a hard time walking into a dealership parking lot, always stressing about overbearing car salesmen. The experience we had was wonderful with Reno Toyota. We researched on the internet and found close to what we wanted, then asked for Hadie who helped us. This experience was very exceptional with his customer service and care. Brad and George were both friendly and had great knowledge of the Toyota product. They were patient and helped us find the car that fit with our budget. They took the time to answer ALL our questions....and we had a lot of them. I would recommend buying a car from Brad or George with confidence that they have your best interest at heart. We felt so strongly about them we went back after buying a Camry and bought a Corolla.

I was only going into this dealership to comparison shop. But I was so impressed with the professional service and lengths the employees went to, to locate exactly the vehicle I was looking for. From the color and package to the financing and personal comfort they exceeded all my expectations. Hadie is extrememly knowledgeable about the vehicles and quick to make sure I had everything I needed. He also gave me 'new vehicles 101' instructions on everything in the vehicle that needed work. Connor helped me get all my financial information in prior to going there, and helped me to locate the exact colors I was looking for. I would recommend these employees and this dealership to anyone. EXCELLENT experience.

Everyone we came across in the dealership was very nice and helpfull, from Justin who showed us the car and test drove it with me, to Beth who worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted at the price that was comfortable for us. When Beth was busy with paperwork, Justin would come in to see if there was anything we needed and just visited with us. A very personable young man who went out of his way to make sure everything was going well. I have had issues with Toyota dealerships in the past, but I highly recommend Reno toyota.

Luke was very friendly, but not pushy. Hadie was quick, efficient friendly andknowledgable. When we got to Chris to do the financing it was very late and I was tired. He was very patient and efficient and extremely friendly and happy to stay late and deal with us. All my questions were answered and he was very thorough in explaining.

I am a first time buyer and this process was the best I have ever had. I was rejected at other dealer ships and the friendliness and effort they put in was terrific. Cynthia did everything to make sure I drove away with a car I loved. Having no credit really put me back but she did everything and got me the car I love a 06' matrix! Honestly... I would keep buying cars exclusively from this dealership if I could. They--Cynthia--are absolutely terrific. Please if you are buying a vehicle come here!!!! Absolutely fantastic and I love it :)

Everyone was very freindly and great to work with UNTIL we got the truck home. We even told everyone how great they were to work with, and how pleased we were with the service. TWO WEEKS later we were told to bring the truck back because they could not finance us. They wasted our time! Also they said and wrote on paper the amount they would give for our trade-in and when taking a closer look at the paper we signed they actually gave us $800 less than what they said, and NEVER informed us of the difference. What kind of dealership says you are financed and lets you take a vehical home, when in reality they DON'T HAVE A CLUE!?!? WE ARE VERY DISSAPOINTED IN RENO TOYOTA AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I was allowed to wander the lot without being pressured and then Chris Verrinder met me at the door when I was ready to do business. Chris V was very polite informative and no pressure. He got the deal that was close to my terms and Chris Clark did a quick and informative financial transaction. Both were excellent to work with and it was overal a very pleasant experience.

My husband and I came to the dealership to receive a gift certificate that I had won in a contest. After picking up the certificate, my husband approached Mr. Gulist and asked to see the selection of Toyota Camrys that were on the lot. Mr. Gulist showed us what was available, along with information about each vehicle. I told Mr. Gulist that while our current vehicle was advanced in mileage (191,000) we were not in the market for a vehicle, as we have other outstanding debt. Mr. Gulist was careful to inform us that we had several financing options. Mr. Gulist invited us to take a car for a drive, then introduced us to Mr. Itani, who handled the sale of the vehicle. We were able to reach an agreement, with Mr. Satica's assistance. Overall, the experience was very unique. We told the salesman what we could afford, he made it happen.

I did a lot on the computer with Hadi first. I told him what I wanted and asked for estimate on my trade in. He found what I wanted, we went in I saw my SUV and the rest flew by!!! This purchase was completed mostly by email. It involved my twin daughters, their Grand Parents and myself. The shear volume of people involved might have panicked some staff but the Reno Toyota staff. The sales staff moved as if they handled this type of sale everyday. The vehicle price was agreed upon via email. Communication with staff was timely, clear and straight forward. We were notified of the vehicles arrival again by email. All five of us arrived at the dealership, the staff did not seem the least bit worried. The car was ready and my daughters test drove it. Beth Pollard was great, letting both of them test drive it, explaining everything to them which sometimes required three heads to be in the front seats simultaneously. The paper work was fast and seamless, even when I had to have my insurance company fax over the proof of insurance. I had the service department cut and program a spare key, so Beth made sure to introduce bot my daughters and myself to our new service adviser. This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Reno Toyota sense 2008. The experience has once again been outstanding. We have and will continue to recommend Reno Toyota to our friends and family. GREAT JOB!!

I came in to look at a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee just to test drive and ended up signing on the dotted line. My experience at Reno Toyota and working with Michael Wood in particular was excellent. From the beginning he was honest and up front with me about the vehicle I was test driving and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. I appreciated that Michael wasn't like your typical car dealer and never pressured me into a purchase. He simply took the numbers that I was comfortable with and we were able to make a deal. It was a very smooth process from test drive to purchase not to mention I got a great price on the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend Reno Toyota to any and all looking for a vehicle.

I originally contacted Reno Toyota looking for a new Matrix through the Costco auto program. Beth Pollard was the designated Costco sales person. Reno Toyota had no Matrix in stock, and couldn't locate a car with exactly the options I wanted. So, no sale. However, the next week a used Matrix with very close to the options I wanted arrived at the dealer and Beth called me, asking if a certified used car was acceptable. I said yes and we setup an appointment to see the car. I looked at it, and the proceeded to have a over 1 hour haggle with Beth about the price. I didn't really need all that time, but Beth is an attractive young lady and quite fun to talk to, so I haggled for a while and ended up buying the car for less than I actually was willing to pay. Her asstant Chase actually delivered the car (with a FULL TANK OF GAS!!) to my home for me. You really can't ask for better service than that!Richard Gardner, the finance manager was quite professional and knows his job well, but be warned he will try to upsell an extended warrenty. Just be firm when you say no.

I went there to trade in my Jeep Liberty 2004 for a Toyota Venza. I have been looking at this model for the last 2 years. I had lunch with a friend a couple of weeks ago and she had just purchased a new venza and when I looked at her's I knew it was time for me to get one. I went through Costco and was contacted by Beth Pollard with in a few hours of making the request. I told her I would call and make an appointment when I got my errands completed. Well that was Friday, June 12. Beth and Chaz took me out and showed me the different models and told me the price. At the end I choose my model and things moved forward. Both Beth and Chaz were very friendly and professional. Very good experience. I love my new Venza. I expect to have that feeling for quite a few years. Thanks to the Dolan family for employeeing great employees. Also Chris Clark made the paper work a breeze. We bought a new 2012 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. We used the internet option from their website and got a great price. The salesman, Mike Wood, was very friendly and not pushy. He was informative and worked with us to get the price and trade in value we were looking for. The finance department gentleman, Tom Clark, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was referred to this dealership through Costco Auto Program and Beth was in contact within me within matter of hours. Beth is a very professional internet sales manager who will share the facts with you to help you make the decision. We had gone to GMC/ Buick dealership and when we walked in a late Monday afternoon there were no plans to make a purchase that day. We simply wanted to find out how the Toyota Highlander rides and also to find out what I could get for my trade in. Not only I was able to get the KBB trade in value for my car thanks to Beth going the extra mile but also we walked away with a great Toyota Highlander that have fallen love with. After I decided to make the purchase I wanted Beth to run the numbers for a lease on the same car which she did without pushing back. She wanted to make sure it was my decision and by providing all the facts. Her assistant Chase was very helpful through out the process from the test drive to preparing the car for delivery.Richard the Finance Manager was very accommodating and staying late without complaining to help us complete the transaction. He thoroughly went through the documents and help us get an extended warranty that suited us well at cost.All in all fastest, smoothest, most professional and no hassle car transaction I have done in more than 12 car transactions. My wife and I recently purchased our second Highlander from Reno Toyota. The first was totaled in an accident after only 4 months. We first spoke to the manager who referred us to Michael Wood to facilitate the second purchase. They gave us the same unbeatable deal we got with the first one. I never got that "car sales man vibe" off of either the manager or Michael, no pressure, no trying to up sale us. Michael was professional and polite, he felt less like a sales person and more like a friendly guy helping us out with the paper work. On top of it all we had our 6 month old in tow and they allowed us to take over the lounge while they lined up the many documents to sign, this streamed lined the process and got us into our new car that much quicker. Buying a vehicle can be a daunting and intimidating task; Reno Toyota takes all the fear and intimidation out of the process with there friendly honest service.

Reno Toyota/Dolan Auto Group has some of the most polite and friendly staff members I have ever encountered in a dealership. What impressed me the most was the follow up contacts I received from Beth and her assistant Chase after the sale. I had lots of questions and always had my phone calls returned quickly. Reno Toyota/Dolan Auto Group genuinely cares about their customers/ satisfaction after the sale. As part of my purchase, I had some factory add-ons that were installed exactly a week after my purchase. I was treated great that time as well when dealing with Ben Freedman and the staff at the Accessories Department. I normally hate the buying/negotiating process that comes with purchasing new vehicles. However, my vehicle purchase from Reno Toyota was a pleasant experience. Beth Pollard and Hadi Itani made our buying experience the best ever. We have bought many vehicles over the years but never felt so at ease as we did with them. We were pre-qualified for our financing but Beth beat the rate we had been offered elsewhere. Everyone we came into contact with showed a strong sense of customer friendliness. Ben Freedman was very helpful with assisting us when we added some accessories to our RAV4. Diana Cooper was also very helpful in arranging for a vehicle for us to use while waiting for the parts to be put on. We expect our future dealings with the service department will show the same desire to keep customers happy.

It was time for a new RAV4 and due to my prior experience I knew Beth Pollard at Reno Toyota was the one to contact. As with my purchase in 2006, Beth provided great customer service and a great price. Toyota offered Zero Percent financing for 36 months. A problem with the financing was quickly resolved by the Sales Manager Richard and the Finance Manager Brady. If I purchase another Toyota in a few years, Beth and Reno Toyota will be the ones I contact.

This was the first time leasing a vehicle and buying new from a dealer for my wife and me. Driving for more than thirty years and only purchasing private party vehicles, you can imagine our apprehensions. In the end we had nothing to worry about. We were honest and we felt that we were treated honestly. Beth our sales rep worked hard to get a fair trade in value for our suburban and ultimately a rock bottom price on a new Highlander. Stephanie helped with the test drive and sale and was very thorough. Ben, Chase and Chris also helped us through the purchase. The process took some time, but Beth kept us going with water, snacks and activities for our young children. We did our research and knew what we wanted, Reno Toyota delivered.

After nogotiating a deal over the phone with Beth we drove to Reno to trade our Toyota Tacoma for a Higlander. When we arrived the Highlander I thought we were buying was no longer there. Beth had to leave and Chase took us to see the other Highlanders that were available. Unfortunatly all the models that were similar to what we originally wanted were not acceptable. We wanted a black leather interior and the only one available was a black exterior. So we requested to get a similar base price and pay the $2500.00 for the navigation system. Chase filled out all the paper work and came back with approval of our request. With the extra features and the added warranty we ended paying an extra $70.00 per month.I would have preferred to know in advance that the vehicle I originally was inquiring about was not available before traveling the 40 miles to the dealer. Everyone At Reno Toyota was very pleasant and they met our needs. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Reno and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle with them in the future.

I totalled my beloved 03 Matrix on the way from Indio Ca to Reno. I settled with my insurance company, and desperately needed a new car right away to return to southern CA. Bruce Rogers, the salesman, was very understanding of my needs, and my nervousness at driving right after a wreck. We looked at a Prius first, but I decided to go with the Matrix. He made the process very easy, and the car was ready in less than 2 hours. My grandson and I drove back to CA the next day and I have been very pleased with the car and dealership. I had purchased my previous Matrix there also.

As a fellow business man,that was well done in my opinion.When we were ready we drove down unannounced to take a Tundra home and we were greeted at the door by Hadie himself.My wife,son and I introduced ourselves and he knew exactly who we were and what truck we wanted.That was a pretty good feeling to feel like we belong there after being on the lot for less than 5 minutes.Hadie took us over to the jet black Tundra we talked about for a test drive.Once inside and going over wants and needs and price,Hadie was very polite offering drinks or whatever we needed while keeping our 11 year old entertained.Not an easy task by any means.So over to finance we go where we met Chris who was very friendly,knowledgeable and clear about going over the loan papers.We got a little side tracked about bow hunting but again it just "felt right" about being there.I had mentioned to Hadie and Chris I wanted to put the TRD Supercharger on the Tundra in time.When we were finished Chris called in Ben Freedman from parts and service to answer any questions about the supercharger or anything about the Tundra.After talking to Ben for awhile I can see parts is my new favorite place to be.Overall our experience was a great one and feel like we have an extended family in Toyota of Reno. I was at the dealership to return my leased vehicle. Adam approached me and helped me from the beginning to the end of this process. He was friendly and very helpful. I did not have to spend hours through the process, it was quick and easy. On top of that, I was given money back because the dealership purchased my vehicle from the bank I was returning it too. So not only was the process a very good experience, I also came out ahead. Of course I don't get any cash until the title is received by the dealership, so I am still waiting for that. However, it has only been a week. I will reply back when the check has been received. Thanks Adam for all of your help.

I have been a loyal customer for Reno toyota sinse 2005. But not yet that I ever received any oil change coupons or any kind of discounts. I live in Gardnerville, but rather do business with Reno toyota than carson city toyota. With these tough times, Iam forced to do busness with carson toyota.

My wife and I went to Reno Toyota to check out the Tundra pick up. Our contact was Mike Wood, who was very informative and great to work with, answering all of our questions and showing us several vehicles. After considerable "soul searching" between my wife and I, we decided on a 2012 Tundra. Mike went through the pricing, accessories and warranty details with us thoroughly and we left the dealership a couple of hours later with a new pick up. Mike also introduced us to various personnel throughout the facility (parts, service and finance) as well as showing us the facility's service bays. This is a very clean and organized facility with highly supportive people that showed us a level of customer service that all customers desire. We look forward to continuing to do business with Reno Toyota in the future and have a secure feeling that our needs will be handled effectively and professionally. Thanks Mike.

This is the third vehicle I've purchased through this dealer. Every time they were professional and did not try to oversell me into something that I couldn't afford. I especially appreciated Michael taking the time to get everything arranged ahead of time, since I drove 90 minutes each way for my purchase. The experience of purchasing a new vehicle at Reno Toyota was thoroughly pleasant. The sales team was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They were professional in arriving at both the purchase price and the trade-in amount. Unfortunately, the paperwork took several hours, but that is not the fault of this dealership.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Im 20 years old with a daughter coming. cost is a big issue. singned for an acceptable deal and left with the car. a month later they made me come in and re sign with a 29% interest at and NO warranty. ofcoarse a month later the transmission goes out what did they do. NOTHING they alowed me to make payments to them on a 2100$ transmission of 190$ a month raising a high 332$ car payment meaning im paying 522$ a month for a USED car that still will have these problems after this. like a bad tire and leaking fuel pressure im not even gonna bother asking them for help on those though. it took them a month to even get them to start touching my transmission and agreeing to do anything at all. DANGEROUS!!!!!

Our first Toyota Corolla was a pleasure to buy. On our way to the dealership we placed a call to salesman Jeremy Parke through a previous contact. He returned our call within fifteen minutes and was awaiting our arrival (even though we failed to schedule an appointment). Upon arrival he showed us the vehicle in the color we wanted, provided the test ride and sold us the car at very competitive price. We had researched the car and sought internet competition in Seattle, WA and Beaverton, OR. Jeremy ensured we were familiar with all facets of the dealership and monitored financial completion to ensure all aspects of the sale exceeded the customers expectations. The car was purchased as a valentines day present for my wife of 36 years. He was intuitive enough to ask her if it was her valentines present. At the completion of the sale to our surprise she was presented with a dozen roses.In summary buying a car from Reno Toyota was a pleasurable experience as a direct result of a salesman Jeremy Parke that was able to adapt and interrelate with us. When dealing with Jeremy I had real sense I was dealing with someone of integrity that understood customer service.:-)

Where to start.... I should state this review is for sales, not service. On my first day in I was treated nicely and shown all the cars I wanted and appreciated as a customer. Our sales person was very friendly and answered a lot of my questions. It just seemed like after the first day, if you don't buy a car from them right away, then they don't care who you are anymore. This dealership is EXTREMELY pushy, rude, and inpatient. You have to haggle for 40 minutes to even get close to a good price.My favorite incident involved when I went in to get some price quotes from them, for some reason they asked for my social security number. When I told them I was financing with my bank... I felt like they did not need that for a price quote. Instead I was told its the only way we can give you accurate pricing... and they assured me my credit information would not be checked, as I did not want to get "dinged". Sure enough a few days later I got a letter from Toyota saying I was pre-approved for their financing because of my good credit. Hmmm shady enough for you? I am pretty sure that's illegal? My second favorite moment, was when the salesperson flipped a piece of paper over and wrote "I will buy the car at this price" and then made an X and a line and told me to sign it. I said "Are you kidding me?, I am not signing this!" And told him to get it out of my face. He explained that would be the only way to get that price, and I said you better check with your manager. Surprise face when the manager came back and said they could do that price but they could not take off the $350 dollar fees when 99% of the dealerships I have contacted fee's are $55. I told them I would drive over the hill to save $300, and they said "You might as well". LOL I did, and I got a car about $800 dollars LESS than I would have from them. Save yourself the trouble when looking for a new or used car and go up the hill to California and avoid the 31 million Citadel, called Reno Toyota.

Horrible experience at Reno Toyota. The "closer" that the salesperson (Chris) brought in became very angry with us for "not buying today", lunged over the table at me, ripped some papers out of my hands, told me that he wasn't going to let me "shop" their offer (even though the offer was $2K more than another dealership + tons of hidden costs), told us we were not real buyers and asked us to leave the dealership. Yes, asked us to leave. We were also told that if we didn't buy the car from the Reno dealership then we couldn't have it serviced at the Reno location. This was exactly the experience that people dread when looking to buy a car. A manager called us when we left to see what had happened. Promised to look into it and call us back. It has been a week and they never called us back. Now looking at the ratings online for Reno Toyota, it shouldn't surprise me, they have bad ratings all over the place. I have also reported to Toyota corporate.So, we paid cash for a 2011 Sequoia at Toyota Marin had an amazing experience and would recommend Toyota Marin (Paula Londow) to anyone. I guess we were real buyers after all. 100% worth the 3.5 hour drive to not be berated. And, Toyota Marin didn't even attempt to throw in any "extras" they were straightforward and easy to work with. I am in an industry where I am in contact with a lot of people and will make sure to let them know of my experience.

Hi, First of all I told them I was not going to buy today just wanted to do my research first. They talked me into giving them my keys to my car to get a quote for a tradin and I said I didn't want to trade my car but they insisted. They would not give me my keys back. They keep trying to guilt me into buying the car. They are very pushy!!! I'm going to buy my car somewhere else!!!

Horrible customer service bought a car there a month ago and still cant get anyone to call me back with what is going on with the loan. Signed a contract for a 2.9% now no answers!!! 5 days till I am late on the car payment for the car I traded in. Left multiple messages and not one call back last time I got ahold of someone in the finance department he was very rude and insulted me!!!!!! Will never buy a car from these jokers again!!!!! Yes I have been waiting for a call back for over 20 days, just tried calling again guess what VOICEMAIL !!!!!!

The ratings I submitted weren't GIVEN, they were EARNED. Chris spent alot of time with my wife and I. We have purchased many cars in our life and there has never been an experience better than today! Chris is our type of personality and he cares about satisfying US, his customers. He has a great sense of humor, very professional and knowledgable. This buying experience is like nothing we've ever experienced before. His customer service skills are noteworthy! Chris knew that my wife can't drive and since we kept our old car, we had no way to get our new car and old car home. Chris volunteered to deliver our new car to our home in Silver Springs. In order to do that, he had to leave work early, have his wife and kids re-work their busy schedule so she could follow him to our home. Let's see... GAS, TIME, MISSED WORK, INCONVIENCE, I could go on but the bottom line is this. When you need a different vehicle, Chris Clark is the guy to see. This dealership and Chris are AWESOME!!! Thanks Chris!!Adam Marazzo was the guy that made the transaction complete. He got us financing that was far better than we had been approved by my lender. I don't know how he packages his transactions but this was iceing on the cake! Thanks Adam!!

I had looked up the vehicle (2011 Tacoma) on the internet and knew the model and accessories I wanted as well as dealer cost and and most likely sales price. Glenda helped me find a vehicle on the lot that had almost everything that I wanted and worked up a pricing sheet that was very reasonable (about half way between their cost and the most likely sales price). I had decided to trade in my Highlander and Glenda came back with an offer that was in line with what I had found on Edmunds.com.The paperwork was handled efficiently and reflected their offer exactly. I signed on the spot. The entire transaction was handled very professionally and both Chris and Glenda were courteous and helpful throughout. I have had the Tacoma for a little over a month and I am very happy with it and my treatment at Reno Toyota. I will definitely go back to this dealership when I purchase my next vehicle.

I'm new to the area, and drive a honda. I called the local honda dealership and they were flat out rude to me. I decided to call toyota because a friend said they are happy to work on other makes. When I called I got a gentleman named Chris clark, he was able to not direct to the right person, but he cared enough to call me a few days later to make sure my vehicle was done to my satifaction, and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service. I would definately recommend this dealership for all your needs, and I wish I bought a Toyota, Chris Clark was such a nice and truly caring person...wish all salesman were this way. My next vehicle will definately be one, and I hope he is there to make my deal!

I wanted to buy a 2011 Tundra at Reno Toyota. After about an hour negotiation we have reached an agreement on the price of the new one, and on the value of the traid in. When they asked me to sign a paper with the final numbers, it was not the same we have agreed upon. Basically they wanted to use the sales tax credit (we pay sales tax for the difference only, (new car price - traid in value) x 0.07725) to pay for the traid in. They wanted to use my money for paying for my traid in. It was $1,600. They argued, we never went into the details how they pay for it. When I was leaving, they offered to split the $1,600.Since than I have purchased the Tundra for less than we agreed upon at Reno Toyota.I do not intend to buy anything from this dealership ever.

Wife had her heart set on a RAV 4 so I bought her one. Never been screwed and lied to so much in my life without knocking someone out. I'm getting too old I guess, and too gullible. I like to believe in people and in the past I've been able to. No longer, I'm afraid. I've learned a lesson. I'm very happy for my wife as she did get what she wanted. These people at Reno Toyota are crooks and liars. This was a cash deal through my credit union yet they had me fill out loan papers and did a credit check on me. This of course lowers my credit score, which is impeccable. Even my credit union Loan Manager was angered by their tactics. She suggested we find another dealer who would be more honest in their dealings. They actually drew up the paperwork as if we were getting the financing done through them and then lied to me about the sales tax. The car is to be registered in Nye County where the tax is 6.75. They told me they couldn't do that, yet I had just bought a Mitsu in Vegas and they charged me only the Nye county tax rather than the Clark county tax. I found that the reason they lied to me about it was that they had the papers made out that they were financing it in Washoe County at a high intrest rate. I should have walked but I didn't want to disappoint my wife. Stay away from these crooks! There's other dealers and other cars, you don't need Reno Toyota!

I filled out an online application and was very honest. At first all seemed good then I the man I was set to meet with was not there and I met with Manny. He was nice and seemed to understand what I needed in a newer car. He asked that I fax in all my documents the next day. I was so excited at the thought of a new reliable car, I did just that. I was told that I should hear by noon. Noon came and went and I never heard, then I called and he mentioned he had been working all day on my application and that I needed a co signer. I told him I did not want to really do that and he said he would keep on it and let me know. He did alright........I never heard from him again!! Too bad though because I was able to get into a brand new 2006 car with 17 miles on it from another dealer 2 days later.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I'd say Reno Toyota sales people are the lowest form of pond scum, but I don't want to insult pond scum. I had negotiated a price and interest rate on a used car, signed the contract, traded in my old vehicle, then later got told my interest rate wasn't approved and my car payments had gone way up. I wanted my old car back, but suddenly they didn't have it anymore! "Your old car is gone," I was told. I was stuck with the new car whether I liked it or not. I had also negotiated a trade-in price on the old car, but when I got the first copy of the contract, they had changed the number, obviously hoping I wouldn't read what I was signing. These are some of the most evil, despicable, sad excuses for human beings you could ever be unfortunate enough to meet. Stay away from Reno Toyota. Far away.
