I went to this dealership after my mom bought two vehicles from the lot - why not? The salesman, Mike, was awesome! 2018 Jeep Compass- Loved the experience he provided! However, after about a month and a half, I went to another shop since this dealership stays busy in the service department. They sold me the vehicle with only replacing two tires instead of all four and then had to replace the start/stop battery - they said it was a “courtesy” after showing the diagnostic from the other shop. And now - the screen has a glare in it that keeps glitching, which will not allow me to use it. I called and the service woman got extremely rude with me after asking her if she knew would it could be since they didn’t have appointments until August. “Sir, I’m not a technician, I don’t know.” So far, I have had a problem with the tires, the start/stop battery, and now the screen. I’m not sure if I should be anxious about having 3 problems after buying the car after three months. The woman in the service department needs to be taught a lesson on customer service.

We purchased a new Chrysler 200 from Dominion of Bedford. Pat Meadow did an excellent job of making us feel at home and comfortable with our purchase. The Service Dept at Dominion of Bedford leaves a lot to be desired. We had new rotors & break pads put on the front of our van 3 months ago. Now we need the rotors turned & new brake pads for all four tires. I have spoken with several mechanics. They all contend there is some problem. I have specifically asked the Service Mgr if they are investigating all possible causes. He told me we drove with the emergency brake on. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO EVEN MOVE IF YOUR EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS WORKING PROPERLY. Ours is not. Even though the service dept was to have adjusted it. He told me we rode the brake the whole way down the mountain. HOW STUPID IS HE! This is not an 18 wheeler. It is a van! The brakes have continued to squeek since they were worked on. Further more, the van has been in 3 times for faulty side doors and they are both malfunctioning again! AND though there has been no recall, the bushings & links are being replaced AFTER WARRANTY on some vans because of premature wear. My van has been in at least 2 times since they have gone bad & the service dept NEVER fixed them. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZZARD. The service dept obviously does not care about the safety of me or my family! Also, I PAID for my tires to be rotated, but I don't think they ever got rotated! WOULD I RECOMMEND DOMINION OF BERDFORD? NOT ON MY LIFE THAT THEY HAVE NOT VALUED!
