As I found when I purchased my truck several months ago, the sales and service staff were a pleasure to deal with. Taking the vehicle back for it's complimentary service, and also requesting several other maintenance checks, was like going back and seeing old friends.Mari lee in Sales division remembered and welcomed us warmly and immediately handed us a key to a "luxury" loaner truck to use during our wait, and Maureen, as well as the other folks at the Service Desk were "down home friendly" while effectively and rapidly completing the work to be done.Have bought many vehicles, from many dealerships over the past 40 years, I can honestly say that my experiences with the practices and personnel at Don Addsen in Ronan, Mt. have been the best.

We are very pleased with the personal service we received at Don Aadsen Ford. We like the fact that Ken showed us a car in our price range, held it overnight so could decide, simplified the purchase process, and spent a lot of time showing us the details of the vehicle. The Explorer was used but in very nice condition, except for a noise that was hard to correct. The gentlemen at the service center were very helpful, researched the problem, and made the corrections all under the warranty. All the employees are friendly, and considerate. We have been extremely please with the service, and have recommended this dealership to several others.

Your service dept is the best I have ever encountered. The technicians are thorough, competent, & courteous. I know my car is receiving the best of care. The customer service reps are all of the above & more. They clearly explain the condition of my car, the repairs that are required, the time needed to make the repairs, & the cost to do so. They then take the initiative to make every effort to minimize the cost by checking the warranty coverage. I did not have to ask them to do this. Although I was willing to wait for the repairs, because there was no one available to take me home, they offered me a ride to & home or a rental car. I accepted the ride. The driver was very courteous & competent, too. At your dealership the customer also receives the best of care. And I thank you.

I believe Mare was very upfront in her presentation of price and costs. I really appreciated that. None of the traditional back and forth; in and out of the room during discussions. She was very knowledgeable when we got the tour of the truck. She explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. We thought Ty did a good job re: signing process. He did a excellent job in explaining the different forms.

When I was looking at the car salesman Dallas walked out and was very friendly and informative, plus he was not pushy when I needed to shop around more in Msla. By the time I came back he had reserved the car further near the back of the lot for me in case I came back. I felt listened to and encouraged every step of the way. I lost my last car in an accident, so it was very nice being able to fall into the hands of another vehicle in such a peaceful and perfect way. Ty and Web went out of their way to help me find financing solutions. Whole experience lowered my stress and allowed me to enjoy the experience of buying a used vehicle.
