The service was absolutely exceptional. I dropped my car off at the dealership and had a relative take me to work. After several hours, I was contacted and made aware of the problems and the charges, with some being covered by my warranty agreement. Well before I was due to get off work, I was contacted again, informed that my car was ready and told of my exact charges. Arrangements were then made for the shuttle. I could not have asked for better service. Everything worked as it should have. Exemplary and spot on performance!

Best experience buying a car! Andrea was the best and took great care of me! Kelly was awesome as well! I am extremely happy that I went to Don Brown as my experience was both educational AND easy. I read many reviews before heading over to this dealership and so glad I did. These ladies killed it! Girl power

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have had my vehicle for over two weeks without any correspondence no matter how many times I call or use the text app. I finally get in touch with the service manager 4 days after my vehicle was supposed to be ready for pickup and was told I didn't know what I was talking about because there is no text application. I'm looking at the text as I'm talking to him. They tried to blame everything on the vendors and problems getting parts, however you would think that they would let the customer know they need a rental for another week or month. I was promised a phone call after the initial interaction with the collision center the next business day and didn't hear a word. I had to once again call two days later, left a message and still no call back. I repeatedly called and finally spoke to a manager acting like it was no big deal even though my rental expense on my insurance was going to expire because of the incompetence on their part. Definitely take your vehicle to another body shop. Now, I finally got my vehicle back. Completely unprofessional employees in the body shop as I walked in. One specific person bluntly told me, "Find someone else because I'm on the phone". The cosmetic damage looks like it was fixed, however now I have a ticking in the engine and doesn't run correctly. I picked it up yesterday on 7/6 after I dropped it off over 3 weeks ago. My vehicle was struck head on in front of my home. You think they might have run a diagnostic check with it being in front of the engine compartment but never did. I have the detailed invoice. If you are too busy to deal with a customer in a professional manner, just say so. Quit blaming your vendors for everything and take responsibility. I've seen a ton of reviews where you blame your vendors. As a business owner, have some accountability and quit blaming others. Here's a cheat sheet for you....GET DIFFERENT VENDORS THEN! Not the customer's problem. Please business owner, send me a stupid hand off excuse like I see on all of your reviews.

My husband spoke with Barney before we arrived to inquire about the vehicle we purchased. Barney was very nice and explained everything to us. There were no surprises. He offered us water and made sure we were comfortable during each step of the buying experience. Finance was awesome as well.

I was told by onstar my car needed emergent attention, we took the car to Don Brown to be serviced and my husband was told it would take 3 days - 5 days before they could get to my car. They did work it in the next day which was great. They definitely know how to take care of their customers and address your concerns with care. Thank you Don Brown - Pam for giving my family peace and treating us with care. P.S. we bought our car from Andrea she's the best and knows her lot/ inventory to suite your needs.
