Best experience I could ask for!! This was my first time buying a car and I could not say enough good things about Don Hattan in Derby! Even though it was my first time buying a car, I have been with my parents when they have bought cars in the past at other dealerships. We’ve had bad experiences in the past so I walked in to Don Hattan with my guard up. I appreciated that the staff was extremely friendly and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Their prices are reasonable and they were not pushy at all! Shoutout to Matt my salesman for being so kind and helpful! Matt even came on his day off to help me find the perfect vehicle which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Don Hattan Derby!

I am so pleased to have stopped at Don Hattan in Derby. After months of trying to find what I wanted. I made the turn into the car dealership. Oh to my surprise As I hate to shop for cars I was greeted by Chris Miller, a very knowledgeable agent. I told him what I was in search for, oh with in minutes, I knew this was going to be a very pleasant and pain free process. I made the purchase in 15 minutes. These guys are great. Go out and above on what your looking for. Also will like to take the time to thank Brian Happy and Kent Lawless As I wanted some additional services done. Just wanted to leave a quick note about what a great experience it was to purchase our 2015 Honda Odyssey from Don Hattan Derby! Matt Holmes was very nice to visit with and made the process very enjoyable. We were there for around 2 hours from the time we pulled onto the lot until we drove our new van off of the lot! Matt was very good with numbers and was very informative when we had questions about the Odyssey compared to other vans. We were very comfortable during the entire process! We would highly recommend looking into Don Hattan and absolutely ask for Matt if you are in need of a car!

Matt Holmes was great to work with. It was very busy on a Wednesday night and he was bouncing around to several different customers. We were very specific on what we wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. Matt took that to heart and was very excited to show us what he found. The vehicle was traded in with some damage and he let us know that the damage was already in the works to be fixed. He was not pushy at all and explained how the process worked with the sale. We had some bad experiences elsewhere, so it was nice to have someone talk to us instead of at us. It came down to money and how much payments would be. He worked with Gary Shockey and was able to get us to where we were more comfortable with payment wise. We ended up coming back the next day to purchase our vehicle. The process for both nights took longer than expected due to the busy nature of the place and short staff. We are very happy with the purchase and look forward to coming back to trade in the next one at some point.
