Worst customer service! Tried to buy some better wheels and they only offered me the ones I have already! I want something better for my car and they have nothing! Ask for an appointment for service and couldn’t help me with that! I love vw! Been having vw my whole life and my family too! But just hate come here! Idk I guess it’s only my experience, cause I reed other reviews and are great! But not mine!

2011 jetta warranty item should have been given a loaner car, none available, one day job is now in its 4th day, No Customer service, W ill never do business there again, Cinncinati is not to far for service.

My wife and I purchased our Honda Pilot new from this dealership just over a year ago. I was extremely impressed with the service we received, especially from Greg and the gentleman who handled the finances (he was an OSU fan, so I want to protect his identity). The continued service we have received over the past year has been top notch as well. I signed up for an appointment online and received text notifications throughout the process. How streamlined! On other occasions, I’ve waited in the waiting room, which is very comfortable. When we were shopping for a vehicle, we didn’t feel pressured any step of the way. Greg stood by the quality of his vehicles and answered honestly any question we had. I love riding in my Pilot and look forward to driving it for years to come!

Ok, so I brought my car in for service. I really love Cameron, he's always so nice and his customer service skills are excellent! I did my 100k service. It is for a Honda hybrid. I don't think I trust anyone else, because of it being a hybrid. Oh side note....I used to be under the impression that oil changes were about 80, so I was going elsewhere. They are doing it for a lot less. So I'll be bringing my car in for that too. Overall I really feel good about coming into Honda automotive. I think at one time the reputation might have been not so great. But now I really feel much more confident going. And it's really because Cameron makes me feel like they care, and are honest and transparent in their work and maintenance that needs to be done to the vehicles.
