I called about noon time on Tuesday July 20th. to see if I could get an oil change either that afternoon or sometime the next day. The service person I spoke to said that they were actually over booked for that afternoon, however he could get me scheduled the next day July 21st at 10:30 AM. Since I live just a little over a mile from this Chevrolet dealership I said that would work just fine. While I was getting the oil changed and a tire rotation done on my Cadillac I went out into their showroom to speak with one of their salesmen as I also leased a new Chevrolet Malibu. Upon work completion the service person came to get me; took me into the garage to pay for the work that was completely performed, to gave me a copy of such paperwork, and said that my car was at that time being brought around to the entrance way which customers have access to. The work was performed at the time quoted to me the previous day and the price was as told to me upon my arrival to their service garage. Every thing went as promised. Great job done!

We had an outstanding transaction with Randy and Allison. They done extremely well with contact over a course of a week or so while we were questioning and looking to buy a 2009 Chevy Silverado LTZ. It was as described and the interior looked brand new. We would highly recommend them and if we buy in the future they will be our pick. After driving 5.5 hours we met the delivery workers in Toledo. They were beyound wonderful!! The gentleman made a few phone calls after the drop off to see if everything was going fine and another call to see if we made it home! To us that was icing on the cake, it shows they care about their customers even after a purchase. They receive an A++. Excellent communication and honesty!

We have been casually looking for a car for the past year. When we stopped at Don Nester, it was to quickly check out a Commander. Having dealt with many high pressure salespeople, we were hoping to be safely back into our own vehicle before anybody came out to check on us. However, Chuck "caught" us before we returned to our truck. Much to our surprise and delight, he offered no sales pitch, no pressure. Just answered our questions. Although we were in a bit of a hurry to return home, we decided to drive the Jeep. We loved it and discovered that Chuck was incredibly easy to deal with, giving us not only the best price on the Jeep, but also a fair trade in price for our Expedition. Then we met Mike. He took the time to talk things over with us and really seemed to want to make sure this was the right vehicle for us. While we waited for the deal to go through, we chatted with others in the office who were equally as friendly. I must say, it was the most laughing we have ever done buying a car! Once the Jeep was ours, they even offered to let us drive both of the vehicles home. (Our Expedition contained a large piece of furniture we had just purchased that would not fit in the Commander.) And they picked up the trade in at our house...over 50 miles away! Don Nestor Auto Group went over and beyond in so many ways. I will not only give them my future business, but I will recommend them to everyone looking for a vehicle. The drive is definitely worth it.

I gave the highest rating in every category because my experience with Don Nester Auto Group could not have gone any smoother than it did. Allison was very good about answering all my initial questions via email, and provided me with ALOT of photos of the vehicle I was interested in. We drove 6 hours each way to pick up the vehicle and it was very well worth it, the car was in even better shape than they made it out to be, we are extremely happy with it! Bob Harwell
