Best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought from out of state and everyone at this dealership, most of all my salesman Cody made me feel comfortable about flying 1200 miles to buy a vehicle from them. Buying from out of state is a big deal and can be scary but they were upfront and honest about everything we talked about so when I got out there, there were no surprises and my purchase went extremely smoothly. Dan was the best car salesman I have ever worked with in 67 years. He made it very easy, and went over everything. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything in my new vehicle. He even made me fresh popcorn as I had just got off of work (14 hours) and needed breakfast. LOL. Everyone loves my new vehicle and thinks it is pretty sporty for a 67 year old Grandma. I love it. Second time purchasing a vehicle through Don Robinson Mitsubishi. Dan O is excellent, always has had my best interest in mind when purchasing a vehicle when it comes to my needs, expectations and ideal accessories with my vehicles. The financing was smooth as well and they were able to offer me a better interest rate then my personal bank, which is great. 10/10 recommend Don Robinson Mitsubishi, especially when buying brand new!! They also installed a hitch on my vehicle and were great about lending me a loaner car while that was being done. Again, it’s a great place to purchase a vehicle! Ask for Dan 😀

I finally found a vehicle that I was looking for. I had touched base with Cody and he answered all my questions on the vehicle. They throughly went through the vehicle to make sure everything was perfect. Mitch made sure to fill me in with everything that was being done and what the process is with everything going on. Would definitely come back to buy another vehicle.

I was having issues with my older vehicle and had to get it towed to the shop and they were very open to fixing all of the issues but then I realized that maybe it would be better to buy a new vehicle seeings how I haven't really had a "nice" vehicle, I told them my plans and they helped me out with a trade in and I found my dream car for an amazing price. The process was pretty much in and out, very reliable and honest, I know I definitely will want to stay with this shop for years to come. Everyone was so nice, so understanding, and very hard working. A straight up 12/10, through the charts in my book.

I walked into Don Robinson with the intent of buying a Lancer, and was able to drive one off the lot yesterday thanks to the wonderful team they have there.Chad helped me find the perfect car (NEEDED heated seats), and even though they didn't have the specific trim of the Lancer on their lot, they were able to find one for me nearby and get it for me.I was shocked how fast they were able to get me in it, and how easy and exciting the entire process was.Can't wait to see myself in this beautiful car for many years to come, and I plan to go to Don Robinson for all my servicing.Thanks guys! I had an appointment set up for a test drive, traveled 3 plus hours only to get there and was told they sold the car 5 minutes ago. In my view, this is unprofessional and disrespectful to a potential client.

Shopped all day in St Cloud looking for a used minivan. Drove into Don Robinson Motors by mistake, and found the exact vehicle I was looking for at very reasonable price. I've been on one long road trip with it so far and it has been a pleasure to drive. The only thing that I happened to notice later was that there was no owners manual in the vehicle, which would have been helpful in understanding some of the controls. They were easy to deal with, no high pressure, and honest in their dealings.
