Fantastic customer service, Tami was excellent, great knowledge of all their cars , very friendly and not pushy at all to make a sale. You can tell she really enjoys he job trying to get the customer the car that works best for them. Would/will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a good car.

Our car died in AC NJ. We had to ask family to come get us.I Called them the on a Thursday. and got into the car that Friday. They were very nice. worked with our credit. answered all questions.

I spent weeks searching for the perfect car. I found my dream here. The dealership was great, wonderful showroom, fireplace, big screen TV, plenty of seating. My credit is not so good but SNAP just like that, they got me the money I needed. I would without a doubt recommend these people, very pleasant experience. Don't wait - check them out.

We had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Spent weeks looking around at the local dealerships and Don Wallence Auto had the best selection with the lowest miles on their cars around. We test drove four cars and each ran very well. It made our final choice a difficult one. Josh our sales representative helped us pick out the one we settled on. He had a no pressure sales attitude about him and what sold us the most is his honesty. I will be telling my friends to see Josh when they need a good deal on their next car.

Just bought a used car from Todd, one of the owners, and he was super knowledgeable and experienced. My car has low miles and was serviced in their repair shop (they even supplied their service records) so I felt like I was buying a reliable car. He even got me financed when other dealers could not. My dad wants to take my sister there in a couple of weeks.

The experience I have had working with this family has been horrible, to say the least. The family is unethical and doesn't care about their customers, as long as they are getting money. I purchased my vehicle earlier this year, and have had nothing but issues. I was sold a warranty I was told would cover everything, yet when I went to use it found it covers virtually nothing. I have had many issues, and when I contacted the dealer the owner's wife screamed at me and told me it was not their problem. I had them put new tires on when I purchased the vehicle, and was pleased to see they put name brand tires on. However, less than a year later, I am being told I need new tires to pass inspection. WHAT?!? There is no possible way I could have run the tread down in a matter of months. I don't care how nice their cars may look, or what the price is - buyer beware, and I would suggested running away from this business as quickly as possible.
