Waiting room was clean, staff was friendly, the complimentary beverages and snacks made the wait easy. I own a brand new ford from Apple in Columbia. Their waiting room and oil change service is a joke compared to yours. When the time comes will definitely be trading in my F250 for a Ram.

James Johnson is the best service advisor out there. He does a fabulous job and even keeps track of his customers vehicles on his day off!!! 5 stars. Would get 6 Stars for going above and beyond!

I bought many cars over the years from different dealerships in the Baltimore-Metro area. Found Don White's and was impressed from day one. Our salesman, Steven "Will" Williams, made the difference as for a great experience. Very helpful but not overbearing or pushy. Visited the dealership three times in two weeks before buying a new Grand Cherokee L. Their service package is one of the best I've seen too. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Will!

When it comes to no bs sales, Myles Williams is your guy! The guy is as funny as is he knowledgeable, and they don't call him a product specialist for nothing. Could not recommend more, he takes sales out of the high pressure stone age most people associate with it. You're the man Myles, 5 stars isn't enough!!!
