Test driving some used cars, and with the two lots we drove cars in both could detail they're cars a bit better. Drove one car (that I believe was at this lot, but we were at quite a few of their lots and they're jumbled in my head. So look at this for an "overall" rating) and it sounded like a wheel bearing was going out. The salesman was very nice and said they would definitely service the car if we wanted it. But maybe makes sure the cars are up to par beforehand? Especially with the price they're asking for. All in all great salespeople, clean looking lots and buildings, not so great used cars.

Drove 3 hours to purchase my new Jeep. Jordan made it happen. We blindly called multiple dealers and Jordan stayed on it until he had what we were looking for. Because we were 3 hours away, we were able to have the credit application and deal done in advance. It was the easiest deal we ever did. Jordan was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely make the trip back to purchase from them again! One thing missing was I wish the dealership had more accessories or merchandise. I’m sure covid impacted that.

Do not buy if you are out of state. Purchased my Jeep 2 months ago and I have no plate or tags. We were promised it would be a smooth process and now no one will take my call to resolve the issue. Buyer beware!

I was on vacation with my horse and living quarters horse trailer in Hocking Hills when the check engine light came on in my Ram. I went to the service center and Kathy Nye were incredibly helpful. I didn't have any cell service where I was staying with the horses, so my only way to communicate was I Message. Keith used his personal cell phone to keep me posted as to the progress. The staff made a bad situation more manageable and they helped me get back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. When I told the management at the campground that I was using Don Wood, they said that is who they use exclusively.

I went in with not a clue in the world on what I wanted. Ethan took what I looked for in a vehicle and made it happen. It was hands down the easiest process I've experienced while purchasing a vehicle. It was beyond my expectations. Tanner and Nick were also a pleasure to work with! Thank you guys so much for being so awesome. I look forward to coming back in a few years for an upgrade!
