I had a wonderful experience at Donaldson’s! They offer a great inventory of cars at reasonable prices. The team at Donaldson’s is top notch. Steve Fulco made sure I was happy coming in and out the door and I loved working with salesperson Darren Bruno! He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the cars available and he helped me choose a car that best fit my needs! Communication and follow up were excellent and I am thrilled with my purchase. Experience was phenomenal. I’ve had many bad experiences with dealers that try to tack on hidden fees or just play games in general, but not at Donaldsons. Robert Cassero helped me and guided me through everything step by step. Definitely one of best dealership experience I’ve had.

This was my first time at Donaldsons, and the experience was so great! I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy, but I knew what I was looking for and they helped me find the right car. Deanna was my salesperson, and she was really helpful and patient throughout the process! I ended up with a 2019 Jetta and Donaldsons made everything easy with the buying process, I would definitely recommend people come here for their car!

Have NEVER been so utterly dissatisfied with this Service department. It is astonishing to me to be told that making an appointment for service on a weekend doesn't matter and the car won't be looked at unless you are waiting there. We had a 7am appointment for inspection, since we left the car overnight, due to work schedule, it wasn't going to be looked at until we arrived. When we did arrive at 1045 am to what we thought would be to pick it up we were THEN informed it hadn't been touched yet. No phone call to notify us of this and we were told by Chris in the service department that they will TRY to squeeze it in, but the customers that are waiting take priority. Well now we are waiting, going to be late to work all because Donaldsons Service Department doesn't apparently honor their necessary appointments. Why request customers to make appointments or offer "drop off service" if it's not honored???? My boyfriend was BOASTING about this dealership (he bought his last car here and wanted his next from here also).... I WAS looking at some cars in the lot for a trade in.... After this experience Toyota is looking like a MUCH better choice.... Possibly for both of us....

Everyone I dealt with was outstanding. Absolutely no surprises. My experience from the sale to delivery was very professional. I would highly recommend them. This is my first volkswagon and the experience already has me thinking about my next.
