I just bought a newer Mazda CX-5 from Don's Ford and I have to say that from beginning to end the process was easy and stress free. Nikki gave me the information I needed and Nate Armstrong was my salesman. He was fantastic! Nate went way way waaaay above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. I can't say enough good things about Nate! He is an asset to the organization! The price was fair and there were no hidden dealer fees. The vehicle needed a few things and they made sure everything was done 100%. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. The worst service and sales you will ever deal with!!! Over a year still no second key for my truck! Had to go through back window because only key got locked in the truck. Window broke of course it's my fault they wanted to know nothing at all wouldn't even consider helping. Within one years time chunks of metal coming off of my rotors on both back tires. Do they care nope. I would rather drive to oneida or Syracuse then buy here ever again
