Johnny was an excellent sales person! For the first time I felt comfortable purchasing a car and not worried about the sales person adding on things I didn't need towards the end. He really cared about all my needs and strived to make it possible for me to have exactly the car that I wanted. Now I couldn't be happier with my new Hyundai! Worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you are considering purchasing a Hyundai, or you already own one, stay clear of these dealership. Sent my car in for a bad ECU, and notified me my battery was bad, so they replaced it with "an old one we had lying around". Well, apparently they installed the battery on backwards because now I have a fried alternator, brake switch, condenser fan, fuse box, power windows etc. No AC, and No power windows...in Miami Florida. Of course they take no responsibility. I've already paid them $2400 and they want another $2400 to repair the damage THEY caused. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, Hyundai Corporate, Federal Trade Commission and my local consumer protection agencies. Looks like I will see them in court. Again, do not do business with this terrible company. You have been warned.

I had a good buy. My salesman helped Me with everything I needed. I am happy and contented with the car. The financial manager is also helpful and explained to us the breakdown of numbers. The manager allowed me to exchanged the car I bought the first time and when we realized after we went home that there was no Bluetooth hands off features, we brought the car back the next day and change it to the one we like most.

My experience at Doral Hyundai was exceptional between the great service of my salesman (Hector Fernandez) and the finance manager that assisted us (Adam Khodr). I came in late Thursday evening and without hesitation Hector assisted me with all my questions, concerns and requirements. I told him exactly what I wanted and needed, sure enough he made it happen. As it was my first time leasing a vehicle and I went alone he made me feel as if I were right at home! A+++ for them!!!!

Salesperson taylor abreu and manager eliyahu rankin were deceitful liars very unprofessional and unethical Not recommended and not trustworthy. I would like to be contacted by steve gutstein or higher management to further discuss my experience there. Tjey should not be working there or any other dealer. Because of them they lost a sale and a client at that location .

I bought a car and then returned it the very next morning because I did not like the interior color. Philip did not get upset in any way, and sat down and helped me select the perfect car through an elimination process. He was very professional and showed no inconvenience or impatience, even though the paperwork had to be completely redone. Philip's deal was on the verge of falling apart, but he kept his cool and made me feel very happy by the time I left the dealership. I would specifically recommend Philip to anyone that was interested in a car.

My name is ROBERT DIRNFELD 305-812-0007Its not about buying the vehicle, its about maintenance, repairs, parts and service in general thats where HYUNDAI DEALERS and CORPORATE falter, dont buy/lease a problem vehicle. Remember in life you get what you pay, HYUNDAI cheap product, quality, customer service, dont expect more from this Korean company. Starting from the dealership all the way to corporate, cheap, arrogant and incompetent service. Again you wont get more than what you pay.All unsatisfied Hyundai customers should get together and initiate a class action lawsuit against HYUNDAI MOTORS USA and the dealers that have abused them. My email is ROBERT.DIRNFELDatGMAIL.COM.I went to pick up my 2015 Hyundai Sonata from service, after being there for a week, it came out worse, it was left again, after emailing Pedro Casal the GM that evening, his response was that he would take care of it, false (have the email). Sounded great, I get a call around 11:35 AM the next morning, Carlos the service writer, informed me to pick up the car and that he REFUSES to repair it, lack of customer service, the reason, I am going to give him a bad CSI, he does not consider it right, and again you receive what you give. Service is bad, DORAL HYUNDAI/HYUNDAI MOTOR USA never have the parts, always on back order, now on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, while in service, service writer called to inform me that parts are on back order, he even told me parts could come within a month or two, suddenly parts came in the next day, did they use used parts if none were available nationwide. Service is extremely bad, the service manager never available, never returns call, GM Pedro Casal as per the email he sent me that he would take care of the vehicle, again lies, Dean the sales manager informed me that it was not his problem and turned his face away, incompetent, arrogant, they get their pay check from the consumer. There are better places to get mentally violated than a Hyundai Dealer, especially Doral Hyundai and Hyundai Motor USA.I will never ever buy/lease a HYUNDAI again. The corporate office has the nastiest attitude, they refuse to assist, starting with Craig, Evelyn, Levi and Sunny. Mr. Pedro Casal GM of Doral Hyundai informed me that Robert Stapler from Hyundai Motor USA, told him that the only way he would meet with me is via mediation, he stated that Mr. Stapler emailed me, total lie, what's he scared of? The bad way they abuse the consumer. If Robert Stapler from HYUNDAI MOTORS USA was a man of HONOR, knowing how they abuse their consumers, he should try to fix the problems, he only aggravated them more.On September 3 and September 6, 2016, Ricky Gardner from Hyundai Motor USA, called me to try to assist me, even offered to fly down an engineer, he sounded like he was really trying to assist me, told me that he would call me on the 6th, he did, was just as arrogant and his refusal to assist me with my vehicle, basically told me to F**K OFF. Seems that all Hyundai employees forget that their income comes from us the consumers, not Hyundai.DORAL HYUNDAI/ HYUNDAI MOTORS USA/ ROBERT STAPLER/RICKY GARDNER/DAVID SUCHOWSKI CEO of HYUNDAI USA are the frustration, arrogance, and incompetence shown by Hyundai USA. What a shame.

This was a horrible experience. I was told a price on a vehicle and was not happy and i simply asked for the best price upfront. When I decided to leave they tried dropping it 3 grand and i still wanted to leave which they then dropped it 5 grand. Obviously they took advantage of me being a woman alone and made the mistake of assuming i did not know what I was doing. They didnt even want to give me a price without running my credit. I didnt ask for monthly payments, only the price of the car. The guy even said and i quote "your not going to do anything obviously because you probably need a man to make your decision" RUDE

As always it is a frustrating experience to buy/lease from any dealership. You have to fight to obtain a better deal than the one presented and you always leave with the thought that somehow you have been screwed. At the end you are so exhausted that even a problem with the car at delivery makes you want to get out as soon as possible. The car was delivered with a problem with the rear seat frame and I had to go back to the dealer to service it which meant a day wasted.

Customer Service doesn't have an email address and when you call asking for Customer Service, they transfer you to Service and Parts. And, now they call me for a Recall in my car. This past Saturday I tried to purchase a car in Doral Hyundai and Mr. Phillip Perez, Sales Representative and specially Mr. Jacob Reyf, Manager, were very rude, disrespectful and tried to trick me and underestimated me as a customer and as a woman. After a got a deal and signed a lot of documents, Mr. Jacob Reyf introduce himself to me, changed the figures previously stipulated with Mr. Humberto Lopez, Floor Manager and Mr. Phillip Perez and tried to force me to join the Hyundai Financing Program, adding $3,000 to the total financing cost. They were not honest and treated me like an idiot just because I did not accept the rational of his financing concept. They made me waste my time and continuously insulted me using the same sentence over and over again: "You are not stupid, right?" each time Mr. Reyf tried to convince me to accept this unacceptable new deal. This is the second and last time Doral Hyundai has lost me as a customer, I am a loyal Hyundai customer but I am very upset with the very disrespectful treatment I received in Doral Hyundai. I will never consider Doral Hyundai to make business again. Be prepared when dealing with this dealership. I am an Accountant, a Banker and a business woman. I know numbers and how to make business and the way they belittle and trick people is not the best way to do business. Moreover, Mr. Reyf diminish the honesty, the knowledge and the authority of Mr. Humberto Lopez as a Sales Floor Manager of Doral Hyundai and disrespected me all the time to justify a lousy deal. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

I went in thinking I would be treated like I had been at Kendall or Potamkin. High pressure, buy today attitude, but it was the opposite. They gave me space to call my husband and make the right choice. My salesman gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel very comfortable, offering me popcorn and water regularly. The finance lady, was outstanding also she was so nice and answered all my questions. My family will only buy cars from Doral hyundai from now on. I just left extremely disappointed after taking my car in to fix something that was still under warranty. My friend is a mechanic and told me to take the car to get it fixed because the part was still under warranty, so when I took it, they blamed the noise my car was making on the tires even before looking at my car! Once my car was ready, Juan at the service desk, said "it was the tires, I told you". Then to top it off he proceeded to tell me that my front breaks also needed to be changed. When I told him that I had just had them replaced he had to call the mechanic who then apologized and said that he meant to write that the breaks were fine!

No one in this dealer has any idea of what customer service really stands for. Having an issue with my car purchased there and the only service I get is how fast I can get transferred to the next person. Not one single person has taken the time to listen to my problems and try to help. These are the same people who offered smiles and help while I was purchasing the car but now with no interest since they cannot profit from my troubles. Very sad indeed.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER>Purchased my vehicle two months ago from John Shepard. I asked about wipers because they looked old. He told me they were new. He lied. I had to replace them the week after I purchased the car. Today I spent over $300.00 at Tires Plus replacing the air and cabin air filter, the brake fluid was sludge, the fuel system needed cleaning. All this on a car that is "certified" and less than two months old. I only use my car for work and put in less than 50 miles per week. As a dealer goes, this place is the arm pit of them all. All of these services should have been done at 30,000 miles well before I purchased my 2013 SonataOh yes!! they started offering me 13% interest in the financing. I walked away from the deal three times finally gave me less than 6% interest. I was promised a small bottle of paint for a couple of touch ups by the salesman, Mr Sheppard. Unfortunately if you don't pay these review sites you cannot manage your reviews / respond or interact with customers. I apologize for the way you felt, we do offer Pop Corn and Coffee for free to our customers, FREE Car Washes for Life (that you can use through the life of your vehicle not when you no longer use it (good marketing: 20 yr warranty.- warranty after 10 yrs? what are the chances you'll ever use it?) In any event, from surveys to customers they feel attacked when a salesperson approaches them coming right off of their vehicle, and to clarify (our salespeople at Doral Hyundai do not use SHIRTS as a supposed customer or salesman from another dealer described).

I called yasser drive from singer island to meet himwhich is about 1 1/2 hr drive. the car was just as he said, price was right left 100 dollar deposit unforunately credit didn't work. I have not been able to get my 100 dollar deposit back. Yasser claimed he could mail it because it could get lost. Then I spoken to sales manager Nick who claimed on the 7th of jan I would have it on the 10th and now on the 16h he won't take my call. I left Pedro Cassel the General Manager several messages and he is so unprofessional in my opinion that he doesn't even return your calls. I no choice but to call these weak men small time crooks. They apparently steal 100 dollars at a time from customers. Do Not Do Business with these rats. If you speak to them tell them to give me my money.

Went in last weekend ready with cash in hand. Walked in with my son dressed in regular shorts & sandals. There were 5 salesman outside chatting all dressed in tacky shirts. I walked in the showroom and walked out and asked another salesman ( not in the group) where I could find the Accent hatchbacks, was told in the back of lot. I walked again passed the 5 salesman that where in a laughing conversation and again not one asked me if I needed help. My son and I walked all the back lot and looked at several cars ( locked ). Came back to my car & left. When I arrived home I called the General mag. for that day and explained what happened. I figured they did not bother with me because of the comfortable way I was dressed so they probably figured I had no $. (wrong !) Mgr. asked me to come back in and he would take personal care of me. I said no way. Should get there salesman to be better people and treat everyone the same, whether they are dressed fancy ( with no money ) or relax look with cash in hand. So, long story or I should say better ending story, I just purchased ( Cash ) my brand new car 2013 Hyundai Hatchback from Rick Case with 20/2000,000 warranty because they offer at no extra charge double the warranty. Thanks for pointing me in a respected dealership jerks. Who ever reads this should really go to Rick Case where EVERYBODY gets treated well and they have free coffee and popcorn.

Truly, one of the worst experiences of my life. The list of negative experiences I went through with these people is too long for me to get into in words. The sales side of this dealership is beyond sleezy and the service side is severely incompetent. Here's just a glimpse of what I went through, but it's not everything:Sales Dept: Paid $16k for an '08 car. Got the ol' pressure sales tactics from the salespeople which I just wasn't ready for. The car had some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed. They promised me it'd be taken care of right away. They took 2 weeks to get tbe car to me. When I finally started driving it, I discovered a horrible noise that I would hear everytime i cranked on the a/c. Had to then be inconvenienced again because I had to take the car in to their svce. dept. to have this taken care of as the car was under warranty.Service Dept: Well, took the car in to have the a/c noise fixed but the svce dept determined that the problem was the engine block. ENGINE BLOCK? Needless to say, the engine block was changed but the noise was still there. Got fed up & got their corp. office involved. Went to another Hyundai dealership's svce dept. (Rick Case) & they took care of the problem right away. It turned out to be that it needed a new a/c compressor.You can just imagine the nightmare that this was...but wait, there's more...I just won't get into any further detail. Folks, just please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Im more than surprised that my request to upgrade my car for yours has met with such difficulty. Your company spent valuable time and money to advertise and have people respond to their ad. I sent my cars pertinent information on two separate occasions and the first lady Yamie knew nothing about my request when she made contact. After being made fully aware she said she would talk to her manager and return a call. Next Andrew made contact and he also knew nothing of my request and would also talk to his manager. I have heard back from neither of them and now you have made contact and seem to know nothing about my request. The simple thing to do would be to value my car as stated and tell me what it would cost to get into the R Spec. If my car fell short of expectation then an adjustment could be made. The process to date has been amateurish at best leaving me with no further desire to do business with your company. When I bought my 2013 Genesis I went to my neighborhood Hyundai dealership in Vero Beach to find much the same type of careless, carefree, uninformed attitude and went near 200 miles to another dealership to make my purchase. I will return to them to acquire an R Spec. When dissatisfied with service my only option is to deny my business. Possibly you could show this email to real management/ownership but I doubt that will happen.

I'm an active duty Marine, and me and my wife are expecting our first child so we decided we'd like a "Santa Fe" to best suit our needs. We browsed several Hyundai dealerships in the south Florida region, and based off the excellent service we received from Johnny Rodrique of Doral Hyundai, we decided that he was doing the most fighting for us to get us the vehicle of our choice for the right price. Johnny and Nick really emphasized their willingness to support military families by getting us into the car that we wanted. My wife and I had a budget which we were told by other Hyundai dealerships was unreasonable. These gentlemen really bent over backwards for us, and sacrificed a lot of time away from their family to cater to us. Based off of my experience and after buying several new vehicles in the past, Johnny Rodrique is the salesman I would recommend to Family, Friends, and anybody who wants a straight to the point, non-pushy, attentive guy who is on your side to get you the best bang for your buck!

This Place and it's salesmen are the typical bait and switch dirty greaseball used cars salesmantype dealership. Drove all the way from Ft Myers to purchase a pre owned Honda Accord. When we arrived the care was in terrible condition. It was filthy the leather was torn and the front tires where completely worn out. I was told that this car was in mint condition and that it was ready to go. Needless to say the greasy saleman and manager could have cared less. We ended up spending 7 hours driving in our car round trip for nothing. This place is full of empty promises and they could care less about you .They definately have that We ll just sell the car to someone else attitude buyer beware.The manager said that they only do the minimum to get these cars back on the road.Which by the looks of this car was absolutely nothing. Additionally they charge a 900 dollar dealer fee on all oftheir used cars.This is outrageous. Especially when they dont even wash these cars when they get them in .

Doral has a very professional and friendly staff. They have a very good inventory and eager to help select the right vehilce. My husband and I were looking for an economic car in every sense of the word. usually people tend to jump from dealer to dealer; Dealer hopping, I would call it, but we didnt want that so we decided to go to Hyundai. as soon as we walked in, the sell representative and others were very pleasent. in this case, Mr. Rolando Cespedes (our sales rep) was very kind, helpful and he really looked out for our best interest AS CUSTOMERS. I am very happy to say that he got a good deal with OUR CAR, and the payment we were looking for. needless to say, the car is amazing! i love it. soft steering wheel, runs sooo smooth. ohh. we recently went to Orlando, Florida (walt disney) and I was sursprised on the gas. before we left, we filled the up the tank and by the time we got to Orlando the tank was still half full. I had a good experience at the dealer. I called ahead of time and asked the receptionist to suggest someone pleasant to deal with and she referred me to Juan Barona. I asked for a specific car, a white elantra with a preferred package. Juan offered me car at invoice minus $300 on the elantra of my preference. I was glad that nothing changed when I came to the dealership. Salesperson was pleasant, courteous,proffesional and handled all paperwork related to the sale. It took three hours from the moment I came in to the moment I left with my car ( previous experiences were much longer). I was pleasantly surprised to receive both an email and a text message thanking me for my business before I even got home. I will be referring my friends and family to Doral Hyundai. LTW.

I am writing to make everyone aware of the practices of a dealership called Doral Hyundai in Doral, FL.About 2 months ago I had purchased a 2012 Elantra Limited. I have to say that the shopping experience was very positive. However, today, all that positive experience has become one big bitter nightmare.When buying the car, the dealership agreed to make the last payment on the lease I had. They would not keep the car (a 2009 Yellow Mini Cooper). They would do everything needed to properly returning the car including offsetting all costs associated to it.When I called on the 14th of October to ensure all was well I had a bad surprise. What prompted me to call was the fact that I have received a bill from BMW Bank informing that the last payment was due.When I called, I was notified that not only the payment was not made. They had no recollection of us agreeing with them paying it. Furthermore, they said that the car was there at their lot waiting for me to come and pick it up. Since they were unflinching about doing what was agreed I had to coordinate the removal of the car and return of it to the Mini Dealership.If this was all I would be less unhappy. However, my wife, upon arrival of the Hyundai Dealership with the tow truck (Because of their dishonesty the car could not be driven because it lacked the proper documentation), inspected the car and found that it was vandalized. The Mini Cooper has a logo outside on the trunk. This logo has been removed. The car was dirt and the tires were flat. It was visibly not well taken care of.While waiting for the car to be towed. My wife learned from one of their employees that Doral Hyundai was trying to sell the car. Since they have failed to do so, they decided to pull this trick on me.Since Doral Hyundai is adamant in not recognizing their mistakes, I am seeking all possible avenues (including legal action, going to the media, etc.) that may allow me to collect the moneys owed.I alert everyone: Stay out of this dealership. They will cheat on you without thinking twice.

This was the most pleasant car purchase experience I have ever had. MIGUEL GOMEZ was honest, straightforward and helpful. This is a well run, professional dealership. It is easy to see why they sell so many cars. JUAN manager was also very pleasant. I normally dread purchasing a car, this was a delightful experience. I started shopping near my home and visited a dealer in all south Miami. I was disappointed on how they treated "potential customers." I was so disappointed that I decided not to purchase a car. I then went on the internet and eventually connected with Miguel Gomez. It was well worth driving over 90 miles from naple, Fl to Doral Hyundai to purchase my Elantra Limited. I wish I could give this a zero star, or maybe a half star. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of. While Jesse, my individual sales rep, was a great guy to work with, the same could not be said for the senior management. Juan was dishonest and ingenuous on his promises. Sent me home with the car, then called back a couple days later saying they needed another few thousand dollars to get the deal done. Classic sales tactic. Get em used to the car, then tell them you need more money. This, mind you, was done after Juan swore he doesn't do those kind of deceitful tactics.Do yourself a favor. Stay away from Doral Hyundai. Visit Carmax or Maroone instead.

The service team at Doral Hyundai were quick and easy to deal with. Their loaner program is what made our service issue a hassle free experience. The service advisor Daniel, kept in contact with us throughout the week as the car was having a minor issue fixed. Also, Nick Tagle is a true professional in his field. He was also involved with communicating with us even if though it was for a service related issue. Being it is our first off brand vehicle and surprisingly it has been one of the smoothest cars we had ever owned.
