My check engine light was on when I went to Dorazio for my oil change. Instead of showing concern for my safety & doing a diagnostics right then, I was told to make a future appt. It only takes a few minutes to do a diagnostics test. How unprofessional!

I've been thinking new car for a awhile and waiting for the best time for me to buy. The team at D'Orazio Ford has been helpful and patient with my endless questions. Over the weekend I had them run the numbers and see what they could do for me. Not only did I get a new car, 2016 Escape, I got a deal that lowered my previous car payment and saved me money on my insurance too. Anyone who complains about the car buying experience hasn't been to D'Orazio Ford. Nice job guys!

Never have any qualms about bringing my Explorer to D'Orazio. This time, however, they said all my tires were fine. I told Jason I was glad to hear that because my husband told me he thought the left rear was low. But then over the weekend the "Low Tire Pressure" light came on. My husband checked and all 4 tires were low on pressure and there was a screw in one of them. I asked if that could have happened since I was at D'Orazio's, but he said it was really rusted and he thought it had been there for a while.

The service was excellent. I brought my vehicle in because there was a wobble and noise when I turned. They found the problem immediately and probably saved my life and the lives of anyone else on the road with me. They also noticed other minor things that improved the safety of my vehicle. Bernie and his team are amazing in everything they do. And they go above and beyond what I expected. I am so happy I could just cry with joy. Not only that but they gave me a free loaner and a tamale.

Bought a used 2003 envoy from them, it was traded in and i saw it when it came in. I knew it had issues ( one front half shaft was out, vibration in the front etc...) and i still bought the vehicle. I could have looked at it on a lift for an extra $100.00, they said that they would change the engine oil......... they didn't, They also said that they would give me service records for the vehicle, and a write up of what all they found wrong... didn't receive that either. I asked that they change the trans filter and top off the trans fulid, according to them, the trans filter was way up in the trans, in all honesty, you drop the pan and its right there, but they wanted to charge me another 250.00 for that. So what i have found...... they are good on promises and making you feel warm and fuzzy, but actually do very little.

The work done on my car was done correctly however when i got my car back after 2 days the gas tank read empty. Empty! I did not bring it there that way and i understand that it was prob test drivin after my new tires were put on but come on, i didnt think i was gonna make it to the gas station. Iv never let my car get that low on gas and with it being in the single digits outside makes it that much worse. I was required to bring back the rental with the same amount of gas as it had when i took it. I have had all my work done here and have never been given my car back empty, the gage read 0 miles till empty! Still very disappointed about that!

The diesel tech was excellant. He diagnosed the oil leak I have had on my truck since 2005. I had my F250 in almost every year trying to find the leak. Just a minor leak thank goodness or it could have been a big problem for me. Too bad it was not found while the truck was under warranty. The service was done on time and I was provided with a courtesy car to use till the work was done which I really appreciated.

I bought a Super Duty F250 lariat and of course I want to keep it looking good, so everytime I get my oil changed ( which is on special also) they wash the truck really good and if I have any other issues, they take care of that also in the same visit. Ford made an appointment in a very reasonable time that fit my schedule.Eric took a test drive with me. He wanted to check but new what the problemwas from the sound. He gave me a nice loaner car to drive so I wouldn't haveto sit there. Eric gave timely communication. The service department did a fine job on my vehicle and readily addressed both the normal service and vehicle concerns I had. My only disappointment is that I did not receive 'The Works' Inspection Sheet with my receipts. This has not been the first time this paperwork was missing when I had this service. The data on the inspection sheet is valuable to the vehicle owner, especially for a high-mileage vehicle like mine.

I could not be more disappointed with a dealer! I drove over an hour to get to this dealer to look at a used car and was disappointed to find corrosion on the hood of the car after I had specifically asked the salesman to let me know of any condition issues. The dealer made and offer to replace the hood, repair the brakes and a rattle in the dash in order to work out a deal. Then after I went home to think about it we decided that we could live with that deal. When I called back they added $1,000 to the deal and would not fix the brakes! Or I could get the price but they would not fix the hood!! These guys are horrible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
