I drove 30 minutes from my house to come to only this dealership because of the outstanding service reviews! This service team went above and beyond. Jeffery was amazing over the phone and in person! I didn’t get his name but he’s a service advisor and he was very kind also. They quickly got the job done and the price was very fair. While waiting the sales team was very kind as well and never made a comment when my three kids occasionally were loud. I will definitely be returning

Mr. Robert my salesman was very nice, patient and really took the time to explain all the BELLS and Whistles! Eddie was there to guide me with all the paperwork and warranty info. he had a great personality and made the process as quick as he possibly could! I upgraded from a 2003 to a 2021 Yukon! There IS definitely a lot more features on the new one BUT I absolutely chose the right place to purchase @ Dorman in Dunn, NC! IF you are looking a new vehicle check them out! You’ll be glad you did!!!!! I AM!

I took our church van in for potential mechanical issues and the service received was outstanding. Easy check-in and diagnostic work was completed in a very timely manner. I was honestly informed there were no mechanical issues (inspection completed) and I sincerely feel I underpaid for the time and effort the service dept. spent on our van. 1st class operation. No problems, no issues, and they gave me more for my trade in than I was expecting! The sales manager there, Mr. Jon Warren and my salesperson Mr. Johnnie Hockaday were wonderful. I've told all of my friends and felt so strongly about my transaction that I serched out this site to respond to!I was not the only one there buying a vehicle either.
