Hands down the best experience I have had at a dealership/mechanic! I was on a road trip from Detroit to chicago when my 2004 ford focus started experiencing issues. In a panic I tried to find someone who could help me out in a pinch as it was already late in the day. Tim was absolutely wonderful and checked out my car right away and was able to get me on the road again! I highly recommend this place!

I bring my Focus here for regular maintenance and any service needs. I don't have a stellar knowledge of auto mechanics. Sometimes I struggle knowing what to ask for, but their service manager does a nice job pinpointing what I'm trying to say. I like that they're willing to explain things to me and also that they charge very reasonable prices. Things usually go smoothly, but if I have any concerns they do a good job resolving it.
