Exceeded my expectations. Becca gave me a detailed explanation of what I could expect and approximately when I could expect my vehicle to be ready. I did not feel at all pressured. She called me when my vehicle was just about done and arranged for the driver to pick me up. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated. I was able to run errands while I was in Green Bay. The check out process was efficient and the cashier was very customer focused and friendly. The popcorn was a fun touch. While I was waiting I met a sales consultant Vince. We talked about the new Maverick. He answered my questions and gave me his card. Again no pressure, no hype. Based upon this very pleasant experience, we will definitely return to Dorsch for service and possibly a new Ford Maverick. Very positive experience. Thank you.

Very friendly sales and financial staff. Made me feel very comfortable by not being pushy. They listened to what I wanted, and got me the most for my money. Have shopped here before, as well as used the service department. It's always pleasant to deal with Dorsch.

Really good customer service and very polite people to work with. Will definitely go there again. Had a transmission issue with my first vehicle I got. They were willing to work with either getting my first vehicle fixed or getting me into another vehicle the same day my car went in for service after it was looked at. Highly recommend going to see what they have if you’re in the market because they’ll definitely help you out

Usually show up early because the waiting room is so comfortable. The employees are very nice and that’s what keeps me going back. In the past bringing your car in for an oil change or whatever you never knew if your car was going to get a new dent in it, yes that happens. Of course it’s denied at first. Unnecessary headache The day I bought my car at Dorsch I was very excited. I had a question about the price we decided on. I remembered it to be a different number so one of the owners came out to talk to me. Being excited about buying the car and talking to a very recognizable Dorsch person, I embarrassingly had a hard time stumbling through my question. Apparently he must’ve been very busy and did not want to be bothered with such nonsense, he assumed I was challenging and immediately interrupted and took a very assertive stance. So after talking him down I told the sales guy, let’s go back to your desk and talk about it. That really did not need to happen. Also Always look over your bill carefully. You have to wonder if their mechanics know anything about mathematics whatsoever, I saved hundreds asking questions about what didn’t make sense to me. You don’t directly speak to the mechanic at Dorsch so be extremely clear on what is going on with your vehicle so the message is relayed properly. After spending $500 to have something fixed that wasn’t broken Dorsch then charged me $400 to fix the real problem. One time I picked up the car and the interior had a very strong diesel smell. It took 3 days to air out. At Dorsch I feel like they keep notes on us. I’m stupid loyal and have too much faith. It’s like they know, no matter what I will always be back. Lots of new changes at Dorsch I’m hopeful that the final months of having this car will be good. Dorsch- Convenience and nice people Now with a bonus After an oil change they wash your car

After searching for months, I finally found the exact vehicle I was looking for at this dealership; a black on black 2012 BMW X5 M. If you’re not familiar, it’s essentially twin turbo V8 sports car disguised in an suv. Its got 555hp, 500 lb ft of torque and will out handle most cars on the road. The car being 2500 miles away was not an issue. My first contact at the dealership was Seth, he was professional, courteous, and helped accommodate several special requests I made about the car since I couldn’t see it in person until I fly in. Seth even picked us up at the dealership in the new vehicle. At the dealership itself, it felt like we were home with extended family. Everyone was kind, happy and professional. Rachel with financing made signing as expedient and painless as possible, and is also a very funny and nice person. The whole experience from start to finish was truly a pleasure. Easily the best car buying experience I’ve had. The cherry on top is the road trip back to Washington in my dream car, it’s the stuff dreams are made of for car guys like me :)
