If I could rate this dealership 10 stars I would! Isaac was so great to work with and made the process so seamless, quick, and stress free. His no pressure approach was outstanding and communication was timely and wonderful. The car is immaculate with low miles. Their inventory is top of the line at a great price for a quality car. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase my next car!

I highly recommend Double R Cars. I rarely post reviews online, but thought this business deserved a 5 star rating. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes S550 from Isaac and Reza, sight unseen and without first driving it. The car turned out to be perfect. Many of my friends commented that it looks new. The paperwork process was super easy and only took a few minutes. There were no hidden fees or charges like some other dealers. I can tell from their showroom that they take great pride in offering high quality vehicles. If you’re looking for a car, definitely check them out.

Reza and Isaac run a first-class operation. I will start by saying that I WILL buy from them again! I purchased a 2013 BMW from these guys for my wife. On our way home, Reza texted me that he saw some coolant on the shop floor where it had been parked and for me to investigate. It indeed did have a leak. He arranged a tow truck and picked it up within an hour to take to the mechanic. Two days later he had the water pump and thermostat replaced (and he replaced the heater valve that appeared faulty) all at his expense. Rarely do you find excellent people that stand behind what they sell - these guys are exactly that - excellent. No stress on my part - they handled everything. I will make a point of going back to purchase another vehicle from Double R Cars - great folks! Chuck Winfree

Not a great dealer, spoke to the owner about a bad used car experience I had in the past, scheduled and completed an inspection on the car, and they sold the car to another customer while I was in the process of getting my inspection report. No call, no follow up with me, just your typical sleezzy used car shop. Out $200 for the inspection, thanks for giving me another bad used car experience, what kind of place doesn’t even call you... Note that I am not able to give 0 stars. Picture of the car is below... Update after dealer comments. Note this was an out of state purchase, car was to be shipped (over 5 hours). Dealer never called back to answer initial questions, or made any calls at all until this post, and never requested a non-refundable security deposit. I asked Issac on Saturday to call if anything came up, and “hey give us money or we will sell the car” would be considered something. My activity or communication would be the following, called Saturday to inform about the inspection, inspection scheduled Monday, inspection done Tuesday, inspection report provided on Wednesday, called Thursday to finalize the deal. There was activity everyday except for Sunday. Dealer took the quick onsite sale instead of finishing our deal. If not, why didn’t they call at all, after I called to inform I was scheduling an inspection, or after the inspection was scheduled, or after completing the inspection, or before they sold the car to someone else (which would have been after or during all my inspection activities). They could have requested an update or deposit. Feels like I had to sell myself the car, and lost the car cause I didn’t, just bad customer service on an easy sale. But I am pretty sure this looks and feels sleezzy...
