My wife and I had been looking for a few months at different trucks to buy for pulling a 5th wheel travel trailer. We looked at new and used and had been to a couple dealerships both in person and online and decided to try Doug Smith a try since it was super close and we'd heard good things from other people. So glad we did. After arriving we were contacted quickly, like you'd expect, but we were guided instead of pushed or pressured. Kai was the person that helped us and he was amazingly cordial, friendly and respective of our time. He helped us with what we thought we needed but also helped us understand better what we might really need and was even humble enough to ask an associate for help with certain questions he felt he didn't have as much knowledge in. It was very comforting to feel that he wasn't just pushing for a sale right then but had even encouraging us to order the truck and wait for possibly 3 months to make sure we got what we wanted. We did find what we wanted (for the most part...I wanted blue, but 3 months wasn't worth it in this market) but it was late and just before they were closing. We could have closed the deal that night had they pushed it but they said that we could go home and think about it and not feel like we had to get it done right then. After all was said and done, we went home, got up the next day and went ahead with the purchase of our new Dodge 3500 for the price range we were wanting to be within. Will definitely go back for possible future purchases!

We recently had our Dodge truck in the service department for recall repair. The work was done in a timely manner, the service writers were helpful and friendly and explained well what was included in recall and what was repaired. We have bought a couple of vehicles from Doug Smith and have had pleasant experiences working with the sales team. From sales to service we have been happy and satisfied with Doug Smith Autoplex! Updated 3/1/21 Another great service experience with Doug Smith! Our service advisor Dirk, was friendly, helpful and attentive to our service. He notified me of repair and cost and was quick in getting our vehicle taken care of!

Very great experience! They gave us a fair trade in value for our car and because of their great relationship with banks, we were able to get the lowest interest rates! Kai was so helpful and genuinely had our best interest at heart! No pressure and overall a very positive experience. 10/10 recommend!

This is a really nice dealership...as far as dealerships go. I'm not being intentionally disparaging. Dealerships just are what they are. I needed help at the parts counter today. The parts manager was very pleasant and helpful to look up my needs and provide a price quote. The show floor is clean and expansive. Multiple new year models are open for those like me who just like to sit inside and pretend for a moment or two. Staff are courteous, although very few greet with a smile. Just being ticky-tack I suppose.

Dougs Smiths Service Department has stepped up once again. I was headed out of town and needed a last minute oil change, they got me in and out quickly, they even pointed out that my registration had expired and were able to perform the emissions test that was needed and provided me with the on the spot registration, the advisor even put my new plate decal stickers on for me. Thanks you guys are awesome!!! I have taken my 2500 Ram in for service several times. They are always at the top of their game with customer service. They really stepped up on the last repair, I was having some transmission problems and was going to be leaving town the next week and needing my truck to pull a trailer. They were able to get my truck into the shop and get my transmission repaired quicker than they estimated. Jed is amazing, very professional and kind, always kept me up to date and informed during the repair process. He is always making sure that everything is taken care of and in a timely manner. Thanks for all your help.
