Found a truck online at Doug's for a very reasonable price. Not being familiar with them I was a little hesitant to visit but I couldn't have been happier with my first impressions, my interactions with the staff, the property and facilities, and the final outcome. Jim and the staff were great. They had just gotten the truck in (with several other vehicles) when we saw it and noticed a small issue they were not aware of yet. They quickly took care of the issue and kept me in the loop on the progress. When it was ready to be seen we came out to take a second look and was very impressed. We purchased the truck and so far everything has been great! As we were wrapping the deal up, we got a chance to meet Doug. Seems like a great guy with bigger than life personality. From our perception, this is a great team. I would happily do business with them again and recommend anyone to consider them for their next used car purchase.

Went to look at a 2012 F150 that I saw on their website. They took deceiving photos of the truck to carefully make sure the flaws weren’t seen until you got there. Then when I test drove it the driver side turbo was going out, the gas cap door wouldn’t stay closed, passenger side mirror was broken, it was already rusting on the rockers and wheel wells, the driver side door was not aligned and would creek and have resistance when shutting. When I told them the truck had all these problems the guy didn’t seem surprised as if he knew how much of a piece of junk it was. Dishonest business with people that were not friendly to talk to. Would never recommend anyone to go here and you’re better off finding somewhere else.

They were very friendly and had incredible customer service. We have been very happy with the vehicle that we got from them. I would recommend them to anyone.
