The only thing I disliked was the typical "game" of giving me a price that I couldn't do then when I was leaving coming down to the price I wanted at first. It was late in the day so the car wasn't explained as usual but I was partly to blame as I wanted to go home.

Received a good deal. Sales person & manager were good to work with .Was disappointed that when our new car was ready for us the sales person we worked with just walked us to the car handed us the keys & didn't go over the car more. Example ... Lights,gas button, etc ( when test driving the car he pointed out some features)We purchased the Cherake Laditude 1015 VERY DISAPPOINTED there is no CD PLAYER & DO NOT LIKE In order to NOT have The engine shut down system when standing still WE NEED TO PRESS THE BUTTON EVERYTIME WE START THE CAR . It's going to be a long 3years ......

Very good experience - from the moment we walked in we met Pete who directed us to Joe Ponzio, who was exceptional. Joe listened to what we wanted right down to color and interior. Within 15 minutes he brought out an SUV I fell in love with. We test drove it and decided to lease it. We then met with Goldee in Finance and that was also a smooth and friendly service.

Even thought the Tech could not find the intermitten problem - they worked on it for 2 days. The Service Writer - Tom Campbell was great as well.
