I recently bought a vehicle from Dow and I had a really good experience. After searching for a truck in Dallas I was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere and professionalism of the sale. I was able to get a great vehicle at a price that was far better than the big city dealerships. Adam S. was my salesman and he was great to work with. He wasn’t at all pushy or manipulative like what you typically encounter in car sales. I definitely recommend doing business with Dow.

In my over 50 years of dealing with car dealerships Dow is #1. This was our second purchase in 3 months and it just gets better every time. I cannot say enough good about everyone I have come into contact with there, especially Danny. I was there for a particular truck but they did not have it. Dow went out of their way to make sure I got something else of greater value at almost the same price. I will be back for years to come. I was dreading buying a new car...until I talked to Chris and told him how much I hated the whole ordeal and hassle that came with buying a new car. He made me fill right at ease. Everyone there was just awesome. Very friendly not pushy and listen to what my needs were and fixed me up with exactly what I needed , with no fuss no muss and I drove home in my brand new car that day.

After going from used car lots such as car-mart and getting one car after another and putting down payment after another and still finding myself and kids on the side of the road over and over I finally had enough and thought I'll go ahead and take the advice of others so I got online and did a pre- approval application for A line of credit like everyone had be telling me to do for months now . But knowing my credit was not far the best in town due to a repo in the last three years and A bankruptcy in 2004 I knew it was impossible to A bankruptcy in 2004 I knew it was impossible to even get in new car . Bye 11:00am the next morning We received a phone call that changed our whole life Robby Nelson called saying all we need is your paystub and proof of employment and you can drive off today . After hearing that from so many other Car lots I really didn't think it would happen. I had no way to bring anything so I sent it all by picture text and then found a way up there . When I arrived to Dow in Pittsburgh Tx Robby meet us at the door not only with the paper work to sign and not just any old car but he had us approved and in a 2016 jeep patriot with only 18 miles on the car . Never in a million years would I have ever thought I would drive away in a new car . That's not the best part yet . Keep in mind I had done been from Lot to lot and lost out on my deposits placed on the cars and was placed as a repo on our credit (Car-mart ) we were able to drive away with NO MONEY down . The customer service was outstanding the timing was perfect and they understood our needs but most of all they were willing to give us a second chance thank you Dow Cleverly and Robby Nelson you have really changed our life's and my husband can rest now knowing momma is happy . I would like to give kudos for everyone involved with the deal that let me drive away with my brand new equinox! I have to be honest my husband generally does all the car business but he had told me that I needed to learn how. So I was scared to death but they took me in and made it one of the easiest most pleasant things I've ever been involved in.... Excellent experience, very quick when I decided to purchase. The process was super easy and Adrian Guerrero helped me every step of the way. I went in looking for a pre-owned vehicle and cake out with a still new 2014. The only down point I had was that the detail that was done was either not completed or done poorly. The interior glass was not cleaned properly and had a streaky appearance. The Black wheels had grease pencil markings on all 4 wheels, and the areas around the trunk and hood where the weather seals are caked with dirt and dead bugs. Other than that I give them a 9.5 out of 10, as the car itself is wonderful, as well as the customer service.Thanks guys

Ted and the team was phenomenal. I had to purchase a truck sight unseen while living in the Caribbean, they made it very easy and comfortable. They helped make the transition back to the mainland easier than anticipated. I look forward to meeting the team next week when I pick up my truck.

We had a great experience shopping for and buying our new Chevrolet pickup there this week. Zach and Ted did a great job of answering our questions and pointing out the new features (compared to our 2007 truck). Got a great trade-in value and a great price for the new truck too. When we picked up the truck the next day we got a thorough tutorial on all the new electronics too. We had already used the dealership for service and were very pleased. Now they will be our go-to dealer for new purchases as well. Keep up the good work!

Easiest/Fastest vehicle purchase that I've ever done. Saw the vehicle on their site, emailed about, heard back quick, went in to look at it, was what I wanted/expected, was out of there in less than two hours with the vehicle. The only hold up was that it was a Saturday and there was already someone in the finance office... which is all to be expected. Ted Ackley was very nice and seemed like an honest guy, which to me, is hard to find when it comes to salespeople. Everyone at the dealership seemed like this, it was a relaxed and comfortable environment. I purchase vehicles almost yearly and usually go to Dallas because I am not a fan of the lots in Tyler. I now have a new favorite. Dow was great.

I live 140 miles from the dealership. Found desired car on the internet on Thursday and called the dealership. Negotiated a price. Car was in my driveway on Saturday afternoon. My wife Sandra and I were very impressed with our dealings with Ted Ackley and Shaye White at the Dow Autoplex this week in our purchase of the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado Crew cab. On Monday, Ted stayed late to let us test drive the vehicle and work with us on the negotiations, trade-in and financing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the truck and what needed to be done. Shaye was very helpful on Tuesday when I came by to pick up the truck, going over everything in detail and providing advice on the On-Star and other features of the control panel. I have told friends of the good experience that we had and that, if they are looking for a vehicle that your shop offers, they would do well to check with you.

I purchased a truck from Dow Autoplex this past Tuesday and what a pleasant group of people to work with. I originally drove to Dow on Monday to get my previous truck appraised in which they gave me a very fair value for the truck I traded in. The guys ended up staying after hours to see if we could figure out a deal on Monday and were willing to check every angle for the best deal possible. We were finally able to reach a deal on Tuesday and the group I was able to work with couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle at Dow Autoplex, I know I will!!

I am probably every car salesman's nightmare - easy to chose but credit for nightmares. Ted Ackley called me Monday morning and I was driving my 2013 Ford Focus by noon. It is the car of my dreams and Ted helped put me in it! Dow has my loyalty as my go-to car dealership!
