Everything was done by phone and online for the smoothest and easiest transaction ever - they delivered the car right to my driveway and picked up the trade and were true to their word throughout the process. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler that came with a hard top and a soft top. When I got home I realized there were some parts for the soft top missing, I called them and they did call me back and said they do not see the parts but would keep looking and call me back. They did not call back. They lost the parts and now I need to spend an additional $400 to get what I already paid a lot for. They could have handles this much better, other than that the buying process was fine.

Had an excellent experience buying a new truck at downs Ford. Even in these weird times where there is no inventory or deals to be had, I was comfortable in making a purchase here. I was able to get the truck I wanted for the price I was willing to pay for it. The Sara team was very nice and accommodating. Not once was I pressured. I’ll definitely be a returning client.

They are always helpful. They explain everything that needs to be done, always ask before doing any work. They will leave recommendations for things that need to be addressed on the next visit so you aren't blindsided when you come in the next time. They don't try and take advantage of you. I will definitely look to them the next time I am looking to buy another vehicle just because of the service area.
