After a week of looking at a truck, given one number, the sales team raised the price of the truck by 35% the day of the sale. We were treated like morons and the sales team were disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone

This is the second car I have purchased from Dream City. The first one was in 2011. They are AWESOME! It really annoys me to look at these ratings and I read through them all. ***At the end of the reviews on page 4 and 5 is where the real ratings are. The ones that are very positive.****** The car I just purchased, Mehdi actually found and purchased the car I wanted. He worked very hard to get a very good interest rate with a well known bank. The salesmen are all great, I did not feel any pressure to purchase a car I did not want, in fact one of the salesmen took the time to teach my son how to properly drive a manual transmission so we he could safely drive the car. I purchased a 2015 for a better price than the bigger dealers and they handled everything and went above and beyond to make certain we were totally happy and got a great car. The car has minimal miles on it and everything is perfect. Rami facilitated the financing paperwork and David was so kind to work with us during Mehdi's time off. The car I purchased in 2011 was also a great experience, it is difficult to not like Mehdi, he is awesome! It was my first experience with a small dealer and it was my son's first car. We did not really know what to expect, but Mehdi really helped. He made it easy to get the financing and he even found a better rate than was originally negotiated, with a larger bank . This part is important: The car ran well however when we had driven it a bit before taking it to school there was a problem with something in the front part of the engine. We took it back and they repaired it without an appointment! My son took it to school and a few months later the tie rod broke. Mehdi said we could bring it in and he would fix it but my son was at college and it was not feasible, so Mehdi paid for it!! That was great customer service! The car ran really well since then - no problems at all! In fact each time we got the oil changed the guys at the different places would comment on how well it ran and how quiet etc it was. So it was only the best choice to go back to them to buy a new car. I LOVE the new car! They are AWESOME! Please take the time to read the reviews on page 4 and 5 before you decide to not meet with them.

Bought a truck from this place come to find out its been wrecked and had multiple things wrong with it. It has been at Thierry shop for a month and I keep getting the run around "a couple more days and it will be done" I don't even know what they are doing

Rami did a great job working with my needs and got me a great deal with both the bank and the truck. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after the deal was done with a couple minor issues that he didn't need to take care of! We were greeted upon are arrival and Bob helped us out during the process. We told him we have had so credit issues due to the economy and yet he took his time and showed us several trucks till we found the one we liked the most. After a test drive we made an offer and not once they mentioned anything about our credit unlike the place we had been to before. We are very happy with the truck and got a great deal. We will absolutely go back for our next purchase and recommend anyone looking to purchase a truck to visit them first. They have a great selection and straight to the point.

I was recently in the market to purchase a good, reliable, second car. I found what I was looking for at Dream City and then was pleasantly surprised to have an amazingly easy process to purchase the car I found. I worked with Mehdi (sales manager) and found him to be highly knowledgable and pleasant. I was treated with respect which does not always happen with single women and received top dollar for my trade in. The entire process was painless and professional. It was a great buying experience and I would turn to Dream City again if/when the need arises. I would certainly recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. The facility was clean and everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. It made the entire experience very pleasurable for me - and absolutely no sales pressure!!

When i first bought a truck from them i drove it for three months when i realized the initial smoking problem that was suppose to be fixed was getting worse so when i found out the original problem we thought it was was not even close and was showing signs it needed a new engine, i thought they were going to give me the cold shoulder and tell me too bad and the long process would begin. Instead they offered to trade me out of it for another truck. It took a lot of work on both sides but they stood by there word and we came to a deal on another truck that i am very happy with. They were honest and tried hard to make it right. They have my respect and i would have no problem referring anyone!

Matthew was Outstanding: helpful without pressure, informed and informative - knows his cars and how to match buyers. We knew what we wanted (car for my Son) and what we didn't (a long afternoon of hassle and haggle). We were driving away sooner than my expectation. I WOULD GO BACK TO BUY ANOTHER CAR.

Well I had made a deal over the phone to purchase my dream truck. Had everything set up and was told over and over from numerous employees that the truck I was buying was in immaculate condition. It drove great but entire truck was covered in rust, should have disclosed that. Than looking more into the emissions and call a dealership who services these vehicles find out coming from the dealer word for word " there no way that truck will pass ca emissions" after asking the sells team about 10 times before coming up if it would pass the emissions which they assured me it would pass no problem. Than after finding that they tried offering me two other trucks for which were no were near the truck I came to buy. I spent 5 hrs on there lot and left being out 350 bucks in gas and hotel for which this lot was going to take care of but as soon as deal fell through didn't offer anything. They offered to put a clause that if truck didn't pass emissions they would come down and get truck but by the time they did that I was burnt and just not happy. If not buying local get a guarantee on the hotel and gas before coming up and make sure you get it either way purchase or not. DONT MAKE THE TRIP WITH OUT A GUARANTEE!!!! Told me call them when I was ready to buy I was indeed ready and they informed me wrong good luck to any out of town purchasers.

We went to dream city after leaving a nearby dealership where we less than satisfied to say the least. Bob was our salesman and he was super easy to deal with, very personable and was very helpful in showing us vehicles that met our wants and needs. He was knowledgable, easy going, and didn't waste time. He was a no pressure salesman and at the end of the day we walked away with a great deal and feeling satisfied with the service, the way we were treated and the truck we wanted, despite our low end credit score. We will definitely go back when we need a new vehicle in the future!

I had a great experience rami,frank,mehdi at dream city this past week they gave me 4 days to make up my mind on the truck I got. They got me the deal that I wanted and overall never really pressured me into anything I didn't want. So overall I recommend dream city auto to people looking to get a nice truck or car.

I was a picky customer who wanted a truck. It took me three hours to decide on the truck I wanted. The sales person helping me was very patient and very knowledgeable about all the trucks I looked at. They treated me with respect and were no pushy like most sales people. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Will be a future customer when my wife gets a car in 6 months. Great car dealership will recommend to all my family and friends. The buying process was easy because they got what they wanted... my money and trade in! I bought a car that less than 2 weeks into owning is having major transmission issues. They want no part in helping me fix this. I bought a bumper to bumper "warranty" that I didn't even know I paid for that doesn't seem to repair the transmission without hundreds more dollars being spent to diagnose the problem. I talked to Medhi who told me to drive on up and they would get me a car to drive while they had my car looked at and fixed. I drove the hour and a half to be told by John that they have the tail light policy. Once they can't see the tail lights anymore your not their problem. John also said its a used car what did you expect. He was very rude and unprofessional. I would not waste my time here. They are very shady.

After looking for our first pick up truck, up and down the street for 3 days, we met David, who was helpful and most enjoyable to work with. Dream City was the only dealer we ran into who was willing to make a limited 3 mo./ 3000 mi warranty on a 1999 pick-up. This impressed us, as it's pretty scary to know what you might get if you are a novice shopper. This, he said is their standard practice. Also impressive AND unsolicited! All in all, we got the truck at the right price and had a great time doing it. We will be back.

I came in looking for a small light duty work truck. I was promptly greeted and helped by the salesman Ken. He took me for a few test drives and was able to help me find something that was both economical and efficient. Benny the GM was able secure a loan for me quickly and was very helpful in having a few minor things fixed on the truck before it left the lot. Bought a car january and in march remembered we had bought gap insurance but never received any paperwork for it. Called dream city about it, but they kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why we didn't have anything yet. To find out they never had applied for the gap insurance I paid for. They tried to send it in, in april and then again in june but was denied. So now i have no gap insurance that I paid for, though I am suppose to get my money back, still no gap coverage. They basically pocketed my money until i brought it to their attention, then by the time they went to get the gap insurance it was too late to get the coverage due to the time we bought the vehicle. I just wonder how many other people bought gap insurance and never really got it. Do not trust them....

We found a car on cars.com we were interested in and called to make sure the car was still available. We set an appointment for the next day and asked if we could get preapproved before driving 2 hours. We were asked to apply on the website and with in 30 minutes we got a call from sales manager Matty that every thing was ok and they accepted our offer. We had gone to two other places and both places had told us everything was good as well, however on one occasion the car we wanted was not on the lot and the other place told us we can't buy what we wanted and tried to dump a v8 suv on us,! Although we had told them we wanted a fuel efficent car!! once we got to Dream city we were skeptical, but our sales person Dave had the car pulled up, we drove it and every thing was as promised. We got the car we wanted with no haggling. Our son will need a car in a few months and we will definatly go back to Dream City. Dave made the buying experience fun and pleasant and was very helpful.Thanks Dave and Matty , and if you are looking for car we recommend you go see these two guys.

When I originally called I spoke to Carl Peters and he gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in.
