I used cars.com to contact a dealer that had a car I was interested in finding out more details on. The dealer sent me a generic generated email, which I replied to, and did not receive any further contact from them. I also called and left a voice mail with one of the sales people at this location and did not receive a return call. Therefore, I did not drive to their location and subsequently purchased from another dealer. Was disappointed when they did not return my attempts to find out more about the vehicle, but I do not have anything positive or negative to say about them. Perhaps they sold the vehicle prior to me inquiring and simply did not contact me. Perhaps I caught them on a busy day. Perhaps they have enough business to not need to respond to online requests.

Thank you to John and his staff. Drove out to Drivemax from Flowery Branch on a Thursday afternoon to look at a truck, no one attacked me as I was looking at the truck, after my inspection I went found John, we test drove it, returned and wrote the deal. The whole process was very professionally done all the down to Wells Fargo. Truck need wheels balanced on Friday morning, John called around 1:00 on Friday that truck was 100% ready to go, Picked it up and took it home Friday evening. I would like to add that in this day cell phones & social media, That when we were test driving and writing my deal Johns phone kept getting alerts of texts & emails, it stayed in his pocket and he never answered any of his incoming messages while I was present, It's nice to know that at Drivemax THE CUSTOMER DOES COME FIRST. Just purchased a F-250 from Mark and Paul. I have to honestly say they went above and beyond all means for me. It was the simplest thing I have ever done. Being a women and buying a car is always a very hard task ("usually" intimidated by salesmen because "they see you coming"!) Not Here. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease buying a vehicle. Just bought a Dodge Durango for our growing family and had a great experience. We were assisted by Ray throughout the process and he was very friendly. I usually hate going to car dealerships because all of the salesmen are pushy, but Ray was not like that at all. We got a good deal and had pleasant conversation throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Drivemax to anyone in the used car market.

I was just driving by and I seen this 2004 Chevrolet Silverado on the back of the dealerships lot. I thought the dealership was closed and to my surprise I met up with Jeramiah. We struck a deal that same day. I came in on Monday and the paper work was completed quickly.

I made a deal and they sold the truck out from under me. There was another review like this about dealer . Paul lied to me and then I was told there would be another truck coming in in a couple of days like the one we had a deal on and he would call me but they lied again and never did.They only care about selling cars and not the buyers. Never again !!!!!!

Went to two different dealership and they got us no where. All the did was want money. They didn't want to help us out what so ever. I drive by DriveMax every single day and didn't think anything about stopping in to look. Did research online and found the SUV I wanted for a VERY good price that we could afford. Driving by the lot everyday is how I shopped for a used car, when I saw the car I was looking for Mark stayed after closing hours to allow me a test drive. A week later the purchase was made. I'm a first time car buyer, from a dealer anyway. These guys made it really simple. I never felt like they were pressuring me ever. They answered all my questions and made me a great deal. I was on the lot a few times over a couple of weeks eyeballing a few different vehicles. They patiently answered all of my questions about all of them (I'm not a car guy). The purchase and finance process was smooth and relatively painless. All in all an excellent experience.

We just bought another van for our service business. We found a great deal at Drivemax, and believe me, I hate the buying process at some dealerships, so I was ready for the dog and pony show, but these guys were straight up with no funny business. Mark H made this a great experience. Normally at most dealerships its high pressure. Not here Mark lets you buy no pressure. Very honest told me anything he knew that needed to be repaired and repaired it before I picked up the car. Excellent Service.

I took a trip out to Drivemax last Saturday to look at vehicle I had previously seen on the website and from the minute I walked in Dave could not have been more friendly and helpful. After test-driving for about 20 minutes I decided it was time to buy and we proceeded to Dave's office to talk shop. He was very fair with pricing and on top of that he was incredibly knowledgeable of the new Georgia car tax and what that meant for me with regards to registration etc. The guys gave me a great deal on my trade in and from start to finish I can say without reservation that the transaction could not have gone any easier. You can tell the team genuinely cares about and respects you with the way they treat you. Dave and the rest at Drivemax make the car buying process truly enjoyable.
