Honestly, would give zero stars if it was possible. Probably one of the most unprofessional places I have been. Considering I was there for a specific car, ready to purchase. Started off with running my credit, (I have decent credit), apparently comes back and is told the only lender is going to give me 17%, I said that’s impossible, I didn’t understand how that was possible. I told them I was leaving, I start heading out of the door, and then one of the sales people comes running out saying we got you approved for a much lower percent…not one time did a manager talk to me at all. Also when I test drove the car it was on empty, I asked could you guys put gas in it, considering I’m buying it from you, they ended up putting 10$ in the tank, just enough to make it home. Common, who can’t even supply it with a full tank of gas. Sales person, wasn’t helpful when showing me that technology factors of the car, told me to read the handbook. When it came time for the finance to do my paperwork, I was pressured by Dennis, kept telling me I needed the gap insurance, and I kept refusing I didn’t want it. Well he told me, which is illegal to do, that my percentage rate would go up if I didn’t purchase the gap insurance, and if I didn’t want to keep it, just cancel it a month later, to get the money back. Well little to his knowledge, I know they get a kickback $ for having someone sign up for gap. So what he did was against the law, and pretty shady. I plan on talking to the manager of the store, about what type of circus he has going on there, if he is not aware already. Would have recommend someone else to buy there, but not worth the aggravation, and time wasted.

Best car dealership ever. Derek sold me my car 4 years ago and still remembered to regularly follow up with me. My friend wanted to buy a new car and I immediately sent her over to Derek to find the perfect fit. Super easy, great prices, incredibly friendly and trustworthy staff. I'll definitely be buying my next car here. I can't recommend enough!

Had an amazing experience at Driver's Mart in Sanford. Haney was an amazing sells person, of all the car dealership that I have been to this was the best to do work with. Haney from the beginning was upfront with me I told him to tell me the full price of the vehicle with all the "hidden fees" and all the sellers fees and he did. Next day I went back did another test drive and decide to buy the vehicle and sure enough it was all the fees he told me and I was very happy because I already knew what to expect and I knew it fit my budget. Thank you Haney for making it an awesome experience.

Such an amazing experience from the moment I showed interest in a vehicle, until after I drove off the lot with it. The customer service Roshawn provided was beyond anything I’ve experienced at a dealership and never got pressured through the process. Living 3 hours from the dealership Roshawn still made our interactions unique with personal walk around videos of the car and immediately responsive in our emails. I felt confident purchasing through them and recommend that if you are reading this.. stop reading and reach out to them! 10/10

My experience was GREAT! Derek did most of the financing before I arrived. He provided me the down payment & monthly average the day before my appointment. I arrived, test drove the car & was leaving within 2 hrs with MY CAR. He just made me feel comfortable with my decision and that’s what I needed. My family and I will be back.
